The yacht from 'Skyfall' is on the market for $9.4 million, and it's just as cool as James Bond himself
You might remember the beautiful yacht we saw brief shots of in the 2012 James Bond movie "Skyfall." Now's your chance to take a look at the whole boat, and if you have enough cash on hand, to make it your own.
"Regina," the 183-foot superyacht owned by Turkish business tycoon Dogukan Boyaci , is on sale for $9.4 with Engel & Völkers Yachting .
This six-cabin yacht sleeps 12 guests and has been re-fitted since the movie was filmed. But it looks every bit as glamorous, even without Bond around.
It was last on the market in 2012, when it was listed for $14 million by Fraser Yachts .
Alex Davies contributed reporting on an earlier version of this article.
The 183-foot yacht has 1,140 square meters of sails.
It can cruise at 12 knots (13.8 mph).
It is also equipped with two engines.
"Regina" comes with a crew of 9.
There's room on board for 12 guests.
They can stay in any one of six en-suite cabins.
All are elegantly furnished and come with satellite television and a DVD player.
The master cabin has its own lounge and a walk-in dressing room ...
... as well as a bathroom with his and her sinks.
The dining table in the salon has room for all 12 guests.
There's a white Baby Grand Piano in the room.
The hallways are decorated with statues.
Near the bow, there's a small table and space for lounging.
There's a sun pad near the ship's stern, where you can also enjoy drinks at night.
The rest of the deck is open, with room to move around.
A table on the deck also has room for all the guests on board.
With canoes, paddle boards, jet skis, water skis, and a speed boat on board, there is plenty to keep guests entertained.
For "Skyfall," Daniel Craig and Berenice Marlohe were filmed on board in Turkey's Gulf of Fethiye.

Life on board Skyfall yacht Regina with the James Bond cast and crew
- Charlotte Bailey
- October 19, 2012
The yacht management company of superyacht Regina, which appears in the James Bond film Skyfall, has shared a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the shoot...
According to a representative from Pruva Yachting, the cabins, although not filmed, were used as dressing rooms and backstage areas for the cast.
“The salon was turned into the bedroom of Bérénice Marlohe and one of the bathrooms was used for the shoot – as seen in the trailer, a love scene done in the shower!” says the representative.
The sofa in the main salon was re-covered and the curtains replaced with a different colour, and props such as stools, mirrors and bar accessories were brought in.
On the exterior decks, the sunbeds were turned red. The 56m sailing superyacht was completely transformed, says the representative.
One night the crew prepared a last-minute Turkish meal on board for the film’s producers Michael Wilson and Barbara Broccoli, production designer Dennis Gassner and star Daniel Craig, plus 16 guests, which proved very successful.
The superyacht’s appearance was shot over eight days in Fethiye, Turkey and the final verdict from the cast and crew was overwhelmingly positive.
“ Regina was really liked by Daniel and the other artists,” says the representative. “After shooting we had some charter requests from famous artists, such as Salma Hayek. We know that the yacht was suggested to her by Daniel Craig.” Producer Michael Wilson liked the yacht so much he returned to Bodrum to charter her with his family.
Captain Yusuf Karmaz, the only crew member to appear in the film, says: “It was the first time that myself and the crew have hosted a really big production team on board, with different and, sometimes, quite unusual demands. And though we had very busy days, it was amusingly interesting.
“The highlight was sailing at half speed, when the yacht was shot in her all grace and beauty both from the air, the side and on the decks. We feel very proud that the producers were satisfied with our job, and for us, it was a real pleasure to see one of the most professional filming teams in the world at work.
“It was definitely an unforgettable experience. We are all looking forward to the Skyfall premiere.”
Regina is for sale through Fraser Yachts for €11 million. She is also for charter through N&J or Pruva Yachts.

James Bond’s 183-Foot ‘Skyfall’ Superyacht Comes With Jet Skis and a Wet Bar
The baddest sailboat of all time is selling for an eye-popping price…

James Bond didn’t solely travel by Aston Martin or Bombardier jet. Case in point: a mammoth 183-foot long superyacht featured in Skyfall is now for sale for $9.3 million, a lofty price point that seems out of reach even for Bond himself.
But the schooner, named Regina, is just as stunningly regal as it was on the big screen.
Aside from its impressive size, it has six lavishly-appointed cabins that can accommodate up to 12 passengers. Each boast bedheads of solid honey mousse onyx columns, Afyon Marble walls and onyx sinks and floors.
The Master stateroom, where Bond would have rested in between chasing down Russian baddies and bedding beautiful women, includes a lounge-area and walk-in dressing room.
Also included are a dining room, a full wet bar, espresso makers, deck areas for sunbathing (bikini beauties not included) and al fresco dining, jet-skis and stand-up paddling boards. Oh yeah, did we mention the shower…?
In case its new owner were to need to make a speedy getaway, from Raoul Silva or any other eccentric villain, not to fear: Regina has a total sail area of 1,140 square meters and boasts twin 440hp MAN engines.
The Regina, available through Engel & Vöelkers , would be the crown jewel of any superyacht collection.

Charter James Bond superyacht Regina
Sailing superyacht Regina appeared in the 2012 James Bond film Skyfall, alongside Daniel Craig.
In the 23rd installment of the James Bond film franchise, Daniel Craig and actress Berenice Marlohe travel aboard the 56m steel schooner Regina (called Chimera in the film). The filming took place off of the coast of Turkey in fact taking Regina back to her birthplace; Bodrum, Turkey.
Charter Regina in the Med this summer rates start at 70,000/week
Some of the scenes, although meant to be shot on the yacht were recreated in other locations. The shower scene between the two, which is meant to take place on the yacht, was actually filmed at the Four Seasons Hotel London at Canary Wharf.
Built in 2011 by Pruva Yachting & Shipyard, this luxurious sailing yacht is the epitome of refined elegance, its interiors awash in polished mahogany and white lacquered surfaces, with plenty of natural light flooding the salons via full-length windows. The spacious main salon even features a white baby grand piano. Although Regina is well-equipped for leisurely chartering on calm seas, she is also prepared to handle rough sea conditions thanks to her two aluminum alloy masts and strong standing rigging.
She accommodates 12 guests across six staterooms (two master cabins with king-size bed, three guest cabins with double bed and one guest cabin with twin bed). Master cabins feature separate lounge and dressing rooms, and all cabins feature satellite TV, DVD and music system, individually controlled air conditioning, and private en suite bathrooms with shower and toilet.
Regina also boasts generous deck space that sweeps from bow to stern, where guests can sunbathe, or dine al fresco at one of two separate dining tables, one on the foredeck and one on the aft deck, each with seating for up to 12 guests. The aft deck also features a large daybed for sunbathing, and a casual wet bar.
Outdoor amenities include a three-person jet ski, wakeboard, sea kayaks, water skis, canoes, Zodiac dinghy, towing ring, and snorkeling equipment.
Regina is available for charter in the Eastern Mediterranean, (Greece, Turkey) from 70,000/week.

The best James Bond Boats and Yachts (2024 update)
If you frequent the high seas, then you are certainly familiar with James Bond movies. After all, this iconic franchise has become synonymous with what it means to lead a life of luxury and danger. From speed boats to submarines and everywhere in between, Ian Fleming has given us some of the most memorable watercraft used by Bond himself throughout his adventures for more than 50 years now. In this blog post, we’ll take a look at some of the best James Bond boats and yachts that have been featured in recent 007 films – both large vessels like The World Is Not Enough’ super yacht as well as small ones such as Live And Let Die’s’ hydrofoil! So fasten your seat belts and get ready to explore these larger-than-life vessels from the world’s top spy!
From Russia With Love (1963)
One of the most memorable boat chases occurs in From Russia With Love . A young Sean Connery and Tatiana Romanova were traveling to Venice when the bad guys assaulted them. But Bond made a spectacular escape aboard a Fairey Huntress .
The speedboat is part of the Fairey Marine catalog. Created by English sailing enthusiasts, the company produced boats until the early 1980s. Its first motor cruiser appeared in the 1960s.
This James Bond boat sequence helps publicize the Fairey Huntress and the Fairey Huntsman motorboats. They became widely popular, and won multiple offshore races. They were the craft of choice for Royal Naval Skippers.
Live and Let Die (1973)
The Glastron GT150 featured on Live and Let Die movie poster is crucial for the 007 boat history. Roger Moore drives the speedboat through Louisiana everglades and makes a 120ft leap over the pursuing Sheriff’s cars.
26 boats were used to create this iconic sequence, and 17 were destroyed during the shoot!
The Glastron GT 150 used to establish the world record was sold just after the shooting. It is now the property of the Ian Flemming Foundation, and it was part of James Bond’s vehicle exhibition in London.
For safety reasons, we don’t recommend these kinds of stunts with speedboats while you are on sailing vacations. But you can still experience high-speed sensation and jumps with water toys. Learn how to choose among them here!
The Spy Who Loved Me (1977)
In this Bond movie, the boat is, in reality, a Lotus Esprit. This beautiful white car is one of the best British sports cars of the 1970s. Q turned it in an incredible vehicle. It turns into a submarine to escape an attacking helicopter.
Filmed in the Bahamas (Nassau), the underwater scenes feature the extravagant vehicle that can fire torpedoes and anti-aircraft-missiles.
Enjoy a superyacht charter in the Bahamas to immerse yourself in the James Bond movie ambiance.
Golden Eyes (1995)
The Manticore yacht is the villain’s lair seen in GoldenEye . Most of the scenes were filmed in Monaco. The actual luxury yacht is the Northern Cross , a 142ft boat built in Sweden in 1991.
Designed by Tor Hinders and Per Kavli, the motorboat has a top speed of 24 knots and a cruising speed of 18 knots. The accommodation is designed to sleep up to 10 guests over five cabins.
The crew cabins accommodate up to 8 people. It was the property of a Finnish businessman before it was refurbished and sold for $7 million in 2006.
Check our Yacht available for charter in the French Riviera and cruise to Monaco to experience James Bond’s universe glamour.
The World Is Not Enough (1999)
In the longest Bond pre-title sequence, Pierce Brosnan is chasing Giulietta da Vinci’s Sunseeker Superhawk 34 .
Driven down the Thames at 60mph, the motor yacht is wiped out by mini-torpedos. The Superhawk 34 used in The World is Not Enough was for sale in January 2012 for $150,000.
After this film, the collaboration between the film producers (EON Productions) and the boat company becomes more notable.
Sunseeker is a major boat builder for the sports and leisure markets in the world. The James Bond franchise helped the British luxury brand to become an international icon.
Try our Sunseeker Superyacht for a taste of James Bond lifestyle.
Casino Royale (2006)
In the 2006 James Bond film, several luxury yachts appeared. Among them, there are the Sunseeker Predator 108 and Spirit 54.
The Sunseeker superyacht is the villain’s “floating lair.” It was filmed on location in the Bahamas. With over 100 feet long, the performance yacht has four cabins, one master suite, and it can accommodate up to eight guests.
Full-scale models of accommodation on board were built for the film studios in Prague.
The large-scale sets were mounted on a large hydraulic platform to simulate the movement of the sea during filming.
In 2017 the yacht was for sale at $4.2 million.
Daniel Craig and Eva Green also sail casually into Venice on the elegant Spirit 54 . This classic British 54-foot yacht was handcrafted in Suffolk by S pirit Yachts . She sleeps up to six guests in two en suite double cabins.
It has to be shipped to Miami, then Barbados and Croatia before finally arriving in Venice. It is also the first sailing yacht to go up the Grand Canal in over 300 years.
After the shoot, the luxury boat was used for cruising and racing, mainly in the UK and Ireland.
Skyfall (2012)
In SkyFall , Daniel Craig and Severine (Bérénice Marlohe) sail on the Pruva Regina yacht gliding through Turkey’s sapphire waters.
The actual superyacht is a 183-ft schooner built in Turkey by Pruva Yachting in 2011.
Regina has a maximum speed of 12 knots, and she can accommodate 12 guests in two master suites, two double staterooms and two twin cabins plus nine crew.
This James Bond yacht was listed on sale in 2012 for $14 million.
Fun fact: the shower scene which is supposed to take place aboard, was filmed in room 712 of the Four Seasons Hotel at Canary Wharf in London.

No Time to Die (2021)
In No Time To Die, released in 2021, the 007 yacht is called Spirit 46. She is a very beautiful 14m sailing yacht that is initially designed for fast-pace racing. Clearly a true match for an adventurer such as James Bond.
In 2021, it seems that James Bond is going back to its old love from the Casino Royale time, the modern yet classic wooden sailing yacht.
The yachts named after James’ Bond movies
Although our article is intended to list the yachts that have been featured in a James Bond movie, you might also encounter boats that were named with one of the James Bond movies, without actually being a part of the movie.
John Staluppi is the most emblematic case of a James Bond fan that decided to show his passion through the naming of its yachts. As such, he named all of the 18 yachts that he owned over his life after James Bond movies.
Like James Bond, John Staluppi likes his yachts fast. To be more precise, he likes them unusually fast compared to their respective size.
One of his most famous posessions include yachts called :
- For Your Eyes Only : a 36m yacht that could go over 30 Knots
- Octopussy : a 43m yacht that can reach 50 knots
- Moonraker : a 36m that can sail at 57 knots
- Casino Royale : a 49m luxurious yacht
- Skyfall : a 57m superyacht with 3 VIP suites
- Diamonds Are Forever: a 61m motoryacht available for luxury charters
It seems that John Staluppi, like many of us, made the realisation that sailing a yacht truly makes you feel like you are part of a James Bond movie. Luckily, your yacht doesn’t have to be featured in a Hollywood movie or to bear its name for you to feel that way.
The famous Riva boats in the James Bond movies
Since the middle of last century, luxury Italian boat maker Riva has become a cornerstone in Hollywood blockbusters. From classic runabouts to modern variations with wooden cladding and impressive technical characteristics, their boats have been featured alongside stars like Clark Gable and Chris Hemsworth – all encapsulating style, wealth and status on screen.
Riva boats have been making a splash in the Bond films since Robert Moore first took up the mantle of 007. In 1995, Pierce Brosnan starred as James Bond for “Golden Eye” and with him came Riva ! Daniel Craig later paraded around on one too when he stepped into his version of Agent 007’s shoes in “Casino Royale”. Over time these beautiful vintage yachts continue to gain more admiration from film-lovers everywhere; even now with many new movies about our beloved secret agent coming out each year – so does their presence remain over all that time.
Do you want to feel like 007 ?
Experience the James Bond lifestyle (without the all the fighting) .

James Bond's 'Skyfall' Yacht Can Now Be Yours For A Bargain
Money is no object in James Bond’s world. Living proof of that is the grand sailing yacht featured in the 2012 film Skyfall which just went on the market for a cool US$9.3 million.
That’s a decent amount of coin for a 55 metre superyacht but bear in mind this is the boat in which Daniel Craig and Bond girl Bérénice Marlohe shared a scene with (right before they killed her – oops spoiler).
The stunning craft features teak decks which extend from the tip of the bow through to the stern. Walk along the deck and you’ll be greeted with a 12-seater table complete with flat bed sun lounges and a wet bar accompanied by a massive 3D television. Because Bond loves TV.
This is the second time that ‘Regina’ has hit the market with its first sale happening back in 2012 for a stonking US$14 million. Since then it has received some minor upgrades which raises the top speed to 12 knots.
Inside the cabin punters will find lashings of luxurious mahogany, marble and onyx. ‘Regina’ isn’t just for one couple to indulge in though. It can accommodate up to twelve in its six cabins with each room coming with satellite TV and premium audio systems.
And jet skis. Never forget the jet skis.
Those interested can now register at Engel & Völkers Yachting.

Regina yacht, from James Bond’s Skyfall, for sale at $14.2M
By Adrian Prisca
Updated on August 31, 2017
Following the plethora of gadgets and items which were released to celebrate the newest James Bond movie, Skyfall, the wonderful Regina yacht, from Med Yachts, which sailed in the newest movie with 007 is now up for grabs.
A vessel on which the charm and elegance of the James Bond character used to unveil within the movie, it measures 183 feet from tip to toe and comes with the ability to accommodate as many as 12 guests. The cabins of the yacht haven’t been featured in the movie, but were used as backstage areas and dressing rooms for the cast crew and actors.
One of the bathrooms was used for the shoot, visible in the trailer, with the love scene under the shower, while the salon was turned into the bedroom of Bérénice Marlohe. The crew has had the curtains replaced with a different color, while the sofa in the main salon was re-covered.
They have also brought in additional stuff like mirrors, bar accessories and stools for the cast, to differentiate it from the original. Outside, the yacht had also been transformed to fit in the fabled movie, as, among many other changes, the sunbeds were turned red.
The yacht is now available for purchase, at its initial state, being listed at $14.2 million. In case you don’t want to spend that much money on an experience to relate you to James Bond and the Skyfall, it is available for charter at $120,000 per week.

7 Reasons We’re Psyched for Skyfall
- By Yachting Staff
- Updated: February 25, 2014
Rendering of 223-foot Sunrise motoryacht Skyfall
John and Jeanette Staluppi, long known among yacht-spotters for their builds bearing the names of James Bond films, have commissioned a 223-foot superyacht from Sunrise Yachts.
Skyfall is scheduled to launch in 2017 and will be the largest build yet from the Turkish shipyard. Worth Avenue Yachts brokered the deal.
Here are seven reasons we’re psyched about the new project:
• There’s a much better chance of Adele singing at the christening ceremony for Skyfall than there was during the 2011 launch of the Staluppis’ 200-foot Benetti Diamonds Are Forever .
• Skyfall is rumored to be packed with new technologies thanks to Italian designer Vallicelli & Co., naval architects Mulder Design and OYD, and German-based interior designer Focus Yacht Design. We’re hearing phrases like “Voith Linear jet propulsion system” and “MME micro turbines” as “power-generating sources of the future.” Neat-o.
• Sunrise Yachts has been in operation for just six years, showing how quickly today’s superyacht yards can ramp up to take on impressive projects.
• Exterior designer Andrea Vallicelli is describing Skyfall as a “slender yacht,” even though she’ll have five decks. We can’t wait to see that claim in real life.
• The maximum speed on Skyfall is expected to be 23 knots, with a range of no less than 5,000 nautical miles at slower speeds. That’s a serious transatlantic traveler.
• Skyfall is being described as a fast-displacement yacht with a steel hull and aluminum superstructure. It sounds run-of-the-mill, but with the Staluppis involved, we know it will be anything but standard execution.
• Skyfall will be the Staluppis’ 19th yacht. We can’t wait to see what it sparks in their imaginations — and what Bond movies will come out between now and the launch to inspire an even bigger build down the road.

James Bond's Skyfall 183-Foot Superyacht For Sale
If you were paying attention back in 2012, you probably know that Regina , the yacht used in the James Bond film Skyfall , was for sale. At the time, the 183-foot vessel was being sold for €11 million (around USD $14 million at the time) and could be chartered for weekly jaunts for around €50,000 per week. Five years later, and the Bond superyacht is back on the market.
Priced at €8.85 million, or around USD $9.3 million, the boat is being sold by Engel & Völkers Yachting , and is every bit as luxurious as its price tag suggests. Built in 2011, Regina features a 31-foot-wide teak deck along with classic touches such as clear mahogany wood and white lacquered surfaces.
Inside the six en-suite cabins, passengers will find sophisticated design details such as solid onyx sinks and flooring, Afyon Marble walls and headboards emphasized by solid pieces of honey mousse onyx columns. The master bedroom stretches across the full beam of the boat and boasts its own walk-in closet.
Regina’s deck also features a wet bar, espresso makers and large-screen 3D television. Guests can lay out on the flat-bed sun lounger or enjoy an al fresco dinner at the 12-person table. With dual engines and 12,270 square feet of Doyle Sails, the yacht has a cruising speed of 12 knots. When you’re ready to get your heart rate up, the yacht also comes with water skis, canoes, jet skis and snorkeling gear.
In the main salon, outfitted with high-grade sapele mahogany (an African timber), a large circular dining table and sofas sit in front of a white Baby Grand Piano. Regina is staffed by a crew of nine and no request is too grand for this Bond team.
