I recently purchased a sailboat from NewERA, Yelp needs five more stars for this group of outstanding individuals. Bill Hackell, my salesman, and Dan Manley, the owner, are by far the best customer service providers I have EVER encountered. From finding the right boat, financing, inspecting, and delivery, these guys never let me down. I live in Las Vegas and they NEVER missed a call or a text during the buying process. I only wish I could give them TEN stars.
