About Luxury yacht Lex

LEX is a 26-meter Maiora that was constructed in 2007 and last renovated in 2018. The owners of LEX, who are avid art collectors, have adorned the interior with works by well-known Spanish painters, giving LEX a personality that few yachts of her size can match. Furthermore, while being a yacht of less than 30 meters in length, the service offered is comparable to that of a yacht of more than 40 meters, with attention to the tiniest detail.

The LEX can accommodate ten people in four cabins, each with its own bathroom. The master cabin has a comfortable double bed, a TV, a large bathroom, and an office area for any business things that need to be handled while on vacation. The VIP cabin features a double bed as well as a television. The two twin rooms include an additional Pullman bed to accommodate 10 guests and may be changed to double bed cabins, which is excellent for visitors that want three cabins with double beds rather than the customary two. The LEX superyacht's crew consists of four experts who provide exceptional service on board.

LEX has a classic and friendly ambience with a stylish and modern decor. Crisp white soft furniture, rich chocolate brown wood flooring, warm wood paneling, and delicate cream headlining characterize the salon and dining areas, which are open concept. Side windows provide lots of natural light while still providing excellent vistas. The formal dining room, which is located at the front, seats guests in elegance and grandeur. 

In the saloon and cabins, LEX has a TV and a Bang & Olufsen sound system. It is able to listen to your iPhone's music on board thanks to its streaming music technology. A modest cellar with excellent Spanish wines, as well as a variety of cigars, are accessible to clients on this superyacht. 

There are a lot of toys, so you won't get bored. The three-person jet ski, an electric surfboard, and two Seabob F5S units, the most exciting watercraft on the market, are among the highlights.

Motor yacht LEX is a Maiora 85 built by the well-known Italian shipyard in 2007. A luxury yacht that features a chic and modern interior, with a timeless and welcoming ambiance. The salon and dining is an open plan, offering crisp white soft furnishings, rich cocoa dark wood floors, warm wood panels and pale cream headlining. Side windows infuse the space with plenty of natural light, while offering spectacular views. Forward, the formal dining area seats guests in elegance and style.

Exterior living is on 2 decks and boasts ample areas to entertain and relax. Adjacent to the salon through sliding glass doors, is a magnificent large teak table for the perfect alfresco dining experience, along with plenty seating and shade. Side decks lead forward to the foredeck and a large double sunpad.

Charter guests wishing to make the most of the azure waters, will find the extended swim platform ideal for effortless water access. LEX ’s upper flybridge deck features a further alfresco dining option, spacious sunpad, barbecue service station and partial shade.

LEX can accommodate up to 9 guests in 4 en-suite cabins on the lower deck. The master stateroom is amidships and full beam of the yacht, with a center lined queen size bed and love seat. The VIP cabin is forward and full beam of the yacht, with a center lined double bed. Two guest cabins each have side by side twin beds, both with an upper Pullman berth, for one additional guest. The yacht is fully air conditioned throughout, for optimum comfort.

Where can you rent Maiora LEX to experience a dream cruise?

The superyacht LEX is available for charter all year round on the island of Ibiza, moored in the port of Marina Botafoch . This very beautiful is perfect for discovering the Balearic Islands, in 4 hours of pleasant navigation the boat will drop anchor in Palma, and if you wish you can sail to Menorca or Cabrera (in the latter case, we will be necessary to book a buoy in advance).

The LEX can accommodate 10 people in four en-suite cabins. The main cabin offers a comfortable double bed, a television, a very generous bathroom and an office area. The VIP cabin has a double bed and a television. The two twin cabins are equipped with two single beds that can be combined into one, and offer a bunk bed ( pulmann ) for a child or a teenager. The Yacht can thus accommodate 10 people. The crew of the superyacht LEX has 4 professionals, her Captain Marcos, Ibicenco, will help you discover the best of the Balearic Islands. This boat sails at a cruising speed of 23 knots with a maximum speed of 28 knots .

Lex charter motor yacht weekly rates MYBA, WMT (Spanish VAT 21% applicable): July/August € 55.000; other months € 46.000. Rates include: yacht’s hire, crew, yacht’s insurance, yacht’s laundry fees, BERTHING FEES IN MARINA IBIZA. Rates do not include: guests’ food and beverage, fuel for the yacht and the tander(s), personal communications costs (internet, fax, if available onboard), personal laundry fees.

N.B.: Lex offers berthing fees paid in the prestigious Marina Ibiza.

Sleep guests

FIRST. The validity of this Contract is subject to the effective payment of the amounts stipulated on the front side of this lease agreement of a recreational vessel, in the form and terms that are fixed therein without being varied except by express agreement with the LESSOR. SECOND. LEASE WITH SKIPPER. In the event that the vessel, object of this lease agreement, is leased with a Skipper who shall be provided by the leasing company and whose services shall be paid by the latter, the skipper shall have the knowledge, experience and skills required to sail the ship. The leased vessel shall exclusively and solely be captained by the aforementioned skipper, the latter being the only authorised person for this purpose. Likewise, the Skipper shall be the only authorised person to adopt as many decisions as may be required in the case of damage or repairs to the vessel or should the vessel need to be towed, as well as to take all precautions to guarantee the suitable upkeep and safety of the vessel, the LESSEE accepting to comply and fulfil any decisions that may be taken by the skipper in such cases. THIRD. LEASE WITHOUT SKIPPER. In the event that the vessel, object of this lease agreement, is leased without a skipper, the LESSEE will provide a skipper who shall have the knowledge, experience , skills and license required to sail the ship. The leased vessel shall exclusively and solely be captained by the aforementioned skipper, the latter being the only authorised person for this purpose. The LESSOR shall have the right to make a sea test to the skipper provided by the LESSEE, In the event that the LESSOR considers that the skipper does not have sufficient experience or skills in the handling of the boat, the LESSOR will place a skipper of their confidence and the LESSEE must pay € 200 as a salary. In the event that the LESSEE refuses to hire the skipper provided by the LESSOR, THE LESSEE will lose the deposit made when booking the boat and the charter will be automatically canceled. FOURTH. TERM. The term of this lease agreement shall be expressly stipulated by the parties in writing on the front side of this document, and one day of lease shall be deemed as 8 hours. For any extension or variation of the schedule, consultation and agreement with the LESSOR shall be necessary. If the lessee wants to extend the lease more than 8 hours, the lessee must pay 100€ per hour or fraction of an hour. In addition, The boat must return to port 8h after the departure time agreed by the parties or before sunset, whichever occurs first. Any day of delay in returning the yacht to the port of departure, stipulated on the front side of this agreement, shall imply a charge of twice the daily rate, unless agreed otherwise. The lease agreement shall not be deemed as terminated until the vessel has been returned to the duly identified lease company staff, in such case prevailing the agreements of the previous paragraph. The vessel shall be returned by the LESSEE with its fuel tank full, the LESSOR reserves the right to charge the LESSEE with the costs of these expenses plus a 30€ fee for the refueling service. The boat must be returned by the LESSEE in a state of cleanliness similar to that which was delivered, otherwise, the cost of the additional cleaning will be € 100. FIFTH. INSURANCE. The vessel and its crew are insured, by a company with acknowledged prestige, that covers any accident that may ocurr to the vessel. Neither the LESSOR nor the skipper or the boat shall be held responsible for any injuries, personal and / or material damages caused duringt the charter or by accidents resulting from diving and swimming or activities such as water-skiing, wakeboarding ,taking small boats out, jet skiing or any other water activity or water sport. The insurance policy is in the hands of the LESSOR for inspection of the LESSEE should the latter wish so. SIXTH. CANCELLATION. In the event of cancellation, the cost of the cancellation shall be 25% of the total rent, providing the cancellation ocurrs more than a moth before leaving port; 50% of the rent if the cancellation ocurrs between 30 and 7 days before the date of leaving port; and 100% if the cancellation ocurrs 7 days before leaving port. In the case the company is more than 2 hours delayed when handing over the vessel, the LESSEE shall be refunded the whole rental amount paid if a vessel with the same or better features can not be provided. SEVENTH. At the time of handing over the vessel both parties shall examine the vessel, check the inventory and shall approve and state their satisfaction, as well as its suitability for use at sea. EIGHTH. The LESSEE agrees to make good use and to maintain the vessel in good condition as well as to respond for the integrity of all the items listed in the inventory and, consequently, for any damage, breakage, theft or loss. No Alcohol allowed onboard except the one provided by the LESSOR. All boats have a GPS tracking system. In the case of rents without skipper, the LESSEE undertakes not to exceed a maximum speed of 25 knots , not to perform dangerous maneuvers and not to enter areas marked as dangerous. The LESSEE must request said information on danger zones from the LESSOR. All this will be considered misuse of the vessel and will be charged with € 200 of the customer's deposit. NINTH. DEPOSIT. The amount to be paid as a deposit shall be held by the LESSOR and shall be used to guarantee correct compliance with the conditions of this contract, as well as to respond to malicious or negligent damages caused by misconduct or negligence to the vessel and its crew and generally to cover any possible loss or breakage of material, refilling of fuel or provisions ordered by the LESSEE, as well as harbour dues, except the costs of moorage in the home port. The deposit shall be paid by the LESSEE at the time of departure from port in cash, by Visa or Mastercard. Once the lease has been concluded and the vessel is returned, the LESSEE shall be reimbursed for the difference, once payment of all the extra items has been made and an inspection has been carried out and the vessel and the equipment are found in good condition. The refund of the deposit will be made within 48 hours after the rental. The LESSOR is not responsible for any delay in said refund produced by different banking entities. In the case of an accident, stranding or any other circumstance directly attributable to negligence, ignorance or malicious damage by the LEESEE, the LESSOR retains the right not to refund the deposit to repair damage caused by any of the above cited events or the lack of commercial use of the boat. The amount of 2000 Euros shall be deemed as the MINIMUM deposit for the vessel. In some boats can reach up to 3000€.   TENTH. The LESSEE undertakes and obliges to use the vessel in accordance with the regulations of the Harbour, Police and Health Authorities of any ports he may visit. The LESSEE undertakes not to embark more passengers on the vessel than the authorised number and shall use the vessel solely and exclusively for recreational purposes, being expressly forbidden to carry out any commercial activity, sub-leasing, assignment, professional fishing, transport, boat-racing or any other activity or use prohibited by law. In the event that any of the aforementioned activities are carried out, the LESSEE shall be personally liable to the relevant Authorities, even if this is involuntary misconduct. If any of these circumstances entails the vessel being immobilised, the LESSEE shall pay the LESSOR an indemnity equivalent to the lease price in force during the period of retention of the vessel. In the case that the vessel is confiscated the LESSEE shall reimburse the value of the vessel to the LESSOR within a term of ten days, the price being stipulated as that set forth in the Insurance Policy for the leased vessel, at this time and by mutual agreement. ELEVENTH. In the case the LESSEE can not partially or completely use the vessel due to damage that has been caused during the period the vessel is leased and is not caused by misuse or negligence by the LESSEE, the latter shall not be entitled to request reimbursement of the deposit paid providing the LESSOR makes another vessel available to the LESSEE with the same or better features than the previous one. In the event that the LESSOR is not able to provide the LESSEE with another vessel of the same or better features, the latter shall be reimbursed for the days remaining until the termination of the agreement. In the case the damage had been caused due to misuse or negligence by the LESSEE, the latter shall not be entitled to any reimbursement for the days remaining until the termination of the agreement. TWELFTH. In case of adverse weather conditions (east wind of more than 15 knots or rain) on the rental start day, the LESSOR, in agreement with the LESSEE, may change the rental day for another with better conditions or in case of not being able to find alternative day, the LESSOR can cancel the rental and return the full amounts paid by the LESSEE. THIRTEENTH. The LESSEE shall be responsible and shall pay all the costs for engine fuel, lubricants, harbour dues, except for the costs of moorage in the main port, which is included in the lease price, and in general all the consumable material required to keep the vessel in good order and care during the term of the lease, such as provisions, catering, etc. FOURTEENTH. Cooking, smoking or boarding animals on board is completely prohibited, without the express written consent of the LESSOR. FIFTEENTH. The LESSEE undertakes to return the vessel in the same condition that it had been leased at the beginning of the lease. Negligence, misuse, bad treatment of the vessel and failure in fulfilment of the law or that set forth in this agreement shall be sufficient cause for immediate termination of this agreement, and the amount paid as a deposit to the LESSOR shall be retained as compensation therefore. SIXTEENTH .- The LESSOR reserves the right to use and publish for commercial use any image or video taken during the lease of the vessel object of this contract. SEVENTEENTH. Should any possible differences arise from the contents or interpretation of this agreement both parties shall submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Ibiza, where the registered offices of the LESSOR are located, and the parties shall waive any other jurisdiction that could be applicable.

Data treatment

• Pay now 50% and the rest the day of departure before boarding.
• Departures are 8 hours maximum and the boat must be in port before 9 pm
• If the weather conditions are adverse, with winds from the East of more than 20 knots or rain, the tenant will have the right to change the day of rental without any cost or in case of not being able to change to another day, he will be able to cancel the charter without any cost.

For those passionate about sailing, we have authentic sailing boats. It is usually an option that is not usually taken into account despite being ideal for large groups, and very cheap compared to catamarans that are usually highly valued. In our catalog we have large classic sailboats like our Classic Sail ing Ketch “OctopusC” as well as more modern options that tend to be smaller like VD 70 FT.

Rib boats are the star option for specific charter days along the coasts of Ibiza and Formentera. The semi-rigid boats are very fast and versatile, due to their size and construction they allow access to places inaccessible from the land or with large boats, ideal for those adventurers who want to go on an excursion or a fishing trip.

It should be noted that one of the great advantages of rib boats is their low fuel consumption. We have options available with or without caitan as long as the necessary permits and requirements are met. Interior and exterior living space is generous. The aft deck is the perfect place to dine. With a large table to welcome up to 9 guests, enjoy the fine cuisine of your chef in comfort here. Forward, you will find a large sun-lounger. One of her highlights is her flybridge. Great sun-bathing space and some welcome shade can be enjoyed. There is also a flybridge TV. A great space for entertaining or soaking in the warm Summer sun.

The Below Deck universe is one of the popular franchises on Bravo. Fans have been clamoring for the trailer for Below Deck Sailing Yacht following the major breakdown of Daisy Kelliher and Gary King ‘s short-lived romance last season. Now, it’s finally here, and the trailer teases everything viewers want — drama, romance, and breaking the rules with the guests.

As fans of Below Deck Sailing Yacht know, each season of the show takes place in a different location. Now in its fifth season, the show is set in Ibiza. Season four of the show was set in Italy. This new season comes after Gary was accused of sexual assault. 

The new season of Below Deck Sailing Yacht seems like a good time based on the trailer, which comes exclusively from E! News . As it begins, Daisy can be heard saying, “Going into this season, I got rid of some dead weight. The breakup did a number on me last year. I felt very broken. But now, I’m coming back in more focused, full of energy and I’m f–king good at my job. And I’m taking back the reigns.”

Of course, she is referencing her breakup with Gary. She then counters the previous statement by saying, “It’s gonna be a s–t show.”

The trailer then teases a bit of work-related drama as she says to Gary, “Guess what? We have a f–king job to do, and I’m not f–king carrying this season on my own, you f–king prick!”

Naturally, the season isn’t only about the failed romance between Daisy and Gary. The trailer also shows the crew getting a bit too friendly with the guests. Captain Glenn Shephard , who is clearly upset, can be seen reprimanding the crew after having too many drinks with the guests. 

He says, “You guys went out with some guests, I set some ground rules. Two drinks maximum. You knew the rules, you broke the f–king rules, and now you’re here getting upset.”

This season also welcomes some new faces. There’s Chef Cloyce Martin , Chief Engineer Davide Morosi , Stew Diana Cruz , Stew Danni Warren , and Emma Crouch as the deckhand. 

Fans can watch the premiere of season five of Below Deck Sailing Yacht on October 7.

Oranienbaum (Lomonosov)

Still commonly known by its post-war name of Lomonosov, the estate at Oranienbaum is the oldest of the Imperial Palaces around St. Petersburg, and also the only one not to be captured by Nazi forces during the Great Patriotic War. Founded by Prince Menshikov, Peter the Great's closest adviser, the Grand Palace is one of the most opulent examples of Petrine architecture to have survived to the present, although until very recently the palace itself has been greatly neglected. After Menshikov's death, Oranienbaum passed to the state, and was used as a hospice until, in 1743, it was presented by Empress Elizabeth to her nephew, the future Peter III. Peter made Oranienbaum his official summer residence and transformed one corner of the park, ordering the construction of a "Joke" Castle and a small citadel manned by his Holstein guards. This peculiar ensemble, called Petershtadt, was mostly demolished during Pavel's reign. Antonio Rinaldi, the Italian-born architect who also designed the Grand Palace at Gatchina and the Marble Palace in St. Petersburg, was commissioned by Peter in 1758 to build a modest stone palace next to the fortress, and this has survived.

After Peter was deposed, Rinaldi was commissioned by Catherine the Great to build the Chinese Palace, in the Upper Park, as her official country residence. However, Catherine spent little time at Oranienbaum, which she had grown to hate during her marriage to Peter, and by the end of the 18 th century the estate had been turned into a Naval Cadet College. The palace became an Imperial residence again in the reign of Alexander I, and retained that status until the Revolution, when it was immediately opened as a museum. Although never captured by the Germans, Oranienbaum was bombarded during the war and, while the Grand Menshikov Palace survived intact, its restoration was given much lower priority than the more famous estates at Peterhof and Tsarskoe Selo. Today, the small but elegant park has been almost completely restored, while the full restoration of the palaces has finally gained momentum over the last decade.

St. Pete Beach is the perfect place to rent a boat in Florida. There's a fair bit to see when you’re walking around St. Petersburg, but the real action is on the water. Enjoy the Beach Life The beaches in St. Pete are truly world-class. Dock up your boat rental at some of the various superb beaches, such as Bahia Beach where you can take some time to lie back and soak up the Floridian rays. Get your Fishing Gear Together When it comes to fishing just outside big urban areas, it's normally not the best spot. In the water around St Petersburg however, there is a great range of marine reserve areas that are quiet and have an abundance of fish. Have your Camera at the Ready There are loads of great wildlife to take note of and photograph in the nature preserves that are dotted around here. Seabirds, eagles, and various fauna that roam by the waterside.

Things to Do in St. Petersburg by Boat

Visit Egmont Key National Wildlife Refuge

Just beyond the Sunshine Skyway Bridge and outside of Tampa Bay, the former military base has become a 280-acre state park and wildlife refuge and is home to a wide variety of birds, tortoises, sea turtles, and much more. 

Only accessible by ferry or private boat, the island also has a rich history with ruins left from Fort Dade and a 150-year-old lighthouse. Although boats are not allowed to beach, visitors can anchor and walk ashore to enjoy the pristine beaches, hiking trails, and unspoiled natural beauty.

It's important to remember that pets are not allowed on the island due to the bird sanctuaries and other protected species, and there are no facilities available so it is important to bring plenty of fresh water and sunscreen.

Visit Bean Point Beach

Boaters leaving Tampa Bay to cruise out the Gulf of Mexico pass Anna Maria Island to the south. At the northern tip of the barrier island sits Bean Point Beach, one of the area's most beautiful beaches and the perfect place for an afternoon getaway or a day in the sun.

Although it is not remote or uninhabited, the white sands and turquoise waters make Bean Point Beach a popular attraction. Boaters can anchor up and wade ashore, where it is possible to watch manatees swim past while lounging in the sand, with access to nearby restaurants and other facilities within fairly easy reach. 

No matter what you plan to do once you get there, remember to take plenty of fresh water and sunscreen along to help make your day in the sun a good one.

Fish in the Gulf or Tampa Bay

With quick, easy access to either Tampa Bay or the Gulf of Mexico, St. Petersburg offers anglers a variety of inshore and offshore fishing opportunities. Well-known for the size and number of tarpon in the area, Tampa Bay offers great fishing when it might be too rough to run out to the deeper water in search of big fish. The Bay is also a great place to fish for redfish, snook, and many other species.

Offshore in the Gulf's deep waters, mackerel, shark, amberjack, mahi-mahi, tuna, and sailfish are common catches, although there are lots of grouper and snapper waiting on the bottom as well. Whether hunting out in the deep or keeping close to home, St. Petersburg offers some of the best fishing on Florida's West Coast.

Cruise Tampa Bay

At 400 square miles, Tampa Bay offers boaters plenty of places to go for a great day on the water. Whether fishing, heading to a favorite beach, or just going for a lazy cruise in the sun, there is plenty of open water and great places to anchor up.

Tampa Bay has popular parks and destinations like Egmont Key National Wildlife Refuge and Shell Key Preserve. Other popular destinations for boaters interested in socializing are some of Tampa Bay's many sandbars, such as Pine Island, John's Pass, Fort De Soto, and others.

Tampa Bay has endless opportunities for cruising, fishing, sightseeing, and more. Just remember to bring plenty of fresh water and sunscreen to make it a perfect day on the water.

Wake Zone:  Marinas and many inshore waterways are marked as No Wake Zones. Pay attention to warning signs and buoys and, above all else, be courteous to other boaters, swimmers, and the area wildlife. When in doubt, slow down.

ProTips: Be sure to pay attention to channel markers and buoys, and be extra cautious when visiting a popular sandbar where swimmers may be in the water.

Explore Sarasota Bay

Just south of the mouth of Tampa Bay, Sarasota Bay offers boaters with smaller vessels another place to explore. Although it is shallower than Tampa Bay, Sarasota Bay has well-marked channels and plenty of opportunities to fish, stop at a waterfront eatery, or gather with other like-minded boaters at a popular area sandbar. 

Fish in some hotspots around the bay, or snorkel in the shallows to enjoy the creatures hiding in the seagrass. Cruise slowly past luxury homes or take in the area's incredible natural beauty, including a wide variety of waterbirds. Manatees are also common in the area, so it's important to keep watch for these slow-moving creatures. 

Sarasota Bay is also known for its seagrass, so paying close attention to the marked channels is important to avoid fouling a propeller or damaging the ecosystem.

Wake Zone:  No Wake Zones exist in all protected waterways like marinas and channels. Pay attention to warning signs and buoys and, above all else, be courteous to other boaters, swimmers, and the area wildlife. 

Tips: Long Beach has something for everyone. Cruise the harbor for a great view, haul or dock your boat and get out your walking shoes to take advantage of all Long Beach has to offer.

Cruise the Gulf of Mexico

Leave Tampa Bay, turn north, and cruise Florida's west coast toward Clearwater and beyond. Or, turn south, and head down to Sarasota, Siesta Key, and Venice. Although many of the coastal areas have been developed, there are parks, preserves and sections of beachfront where Florida's natural beauty is on display. 

 If the weather is good and going deeper is the plan, head straight out of Tampa Bay into the Gulf of Mexico in search of big fish, or stay closer to shore and enjoy the sunshine and privacy of the open water. 

Depending on the waves and wind, being out on the Gulf can make wakeboarding, water skiing, or any other activity fun. However, drifting along the coast for an afternoon can be a great way to relax in the sun.

It is especially important to carry plenty of fresh water, snacks, and sunscreen when running any distance from shore in case of a breakdown.

Tips: The weather can change quickly, and boats can break down. Ensure the vessel has been well maintained, all safety equipment is in good condition, flares are not expired, and communication equipment like VHF radios are tested often. Going for a ride is great, but getting home safely is still the highest priority.
