Rabdan features at-anchor stabilizers providing exceptional comfort levels. Her water tanks store around 30,000 Litres of fresh water. She was built to Lloyds Register classification society rules, and is MCA Compliant.

Motor Yacht
Motor yacht Rabdan is an undeniably beautiful example of superyacht design built in 2007 by Australian company Hanseatic Marine. With an aluminium hull and superstructure, her exterior is the work of Espen Oeino while her interior is designed by Silverstrin. This unique vessel measures 73.3 metres and can accommodate up to 18 guests.
With a defining sleek and slender silhouette, this triple-deck yacht was built by its owner to be environmentally conscious, unique and reliable; a combination many thought impossible. She has been built to SOLAS passenger ship Classification and boasts a shallow draft that allows her to explore areas other vessels of her size could never hope to access.
The luxury yacht took two years to build and was shrouded in secrecy throughout her construction. Rabdan features a modernist interior with Contemporary Italian styling that incorporates hand-made white carpets, American walnut veneers, stitched leather upholstery and minimalist furniture.
With an abundance of outdoor spaces and indoor social areas, there is no doubt Rabdan was built to entertain. The top deck hosts a salon with a long table that seats up to 18 guests at once, as well as an aft foredeck and lounge complete with built-in couches and tables. Here also lies a sunpad that converts into a dance floor simply by removing the cushions, and a large Jacuzzi pool.
Both the main deck salon and upper sun deck boast areas which turn into cinemas, while a number of different lounges, seating and dining areas can be found throughout the vessel’s three decks. Motor yacht Rabdan features a large swimming platform aft from which tenders and watertoys can be boarded from and also has ample space for a helicopter to take-off and land if need be.
Amongst her eight cabins are five double staterooms, two VIP suites and a grand master suite. The master suite is located on the top deck and includes panoramic forward-facing windows, two walk-in-robes and an en suite bath. The main deck houses both VIP suites and an accompanying office with bathroom that can be converted into an extra suite if needed. The remaining staterooms are found on the lower deck, two with Pullman berths, and can be converted into larger suites by combing a set of two.
Luxury yacht Rabdan is powered by two 16V-4000 MTU engines that allow her to reach maximum speeds of 27 knots. Featuring a dedicated crew and a wide range of onboard facilities and water toys, Silver is an excellent charter yacht for luxury holidays. The luxury yacht cruises comfortably between 18 and 25 knots while a crew of 16 ensures the comfort of each charter guest.
Boasting a full range of exciting entertainment options, among Rabdan’s other notable features include an open bar, gym, beauty saloon, massage room and sauna. You will also find onboard a passenger lift, Yamaha Grand Piano, and games table.
The luxury motor yacht is equipped with an entire armada of water toys to provide endless hours of entertainment during any yacht charter. Water toys include tenders, Jet Skis and a range of watersport, fishing and scuba diving equipment all of which is stored in a large garage.

Abu Dhabi's latest marina and F&B destination - Al Qana - is open

Dubai: Abu Dhabi’s latest waterside attraction is open – the Al Qana Marina comes packed with fine F&B options and berths for up to 106 boats. It is located in the Rabdan area next to Khor Al Maqta’a.
The Marina can take in vessels of up to 80-metre length, while their owners can get access to dock storage boxes, full-scale security services, and vessel cleaning and prepping. There is also assisted berthing for those who need it.
According to the developer, the new Marina fits right into Abu Dhabi’s landscape. Fouad Mashal, CEO of Al Barakah International Investment, said: “Abu Dhabi, an archipelago of over 200 islands, is steeped in maritime history. Al Marina provides visitors with an opportunity to immerse themselves in the rich history and heritage while also enjoying Al Qana's modernity, luxurious amenities, and diverse culinary offerings.
“Al Marina's opening in the heart of Abu Dhabi will further establish Abu Dhabi's reputation as a modern maritime hub for yacht owners and water enthusiasts, while also promoting tourism in the city.”
Boat owners can head for Al Qana Marina with a day pass or annual membership. The Marina offers annual members rights to exclusive offers on annual memberships to The National Aquarium and The Bridge Lifestyle Hub, as well as additional discounts on spa treatments and culinary experiences at some of the destination's F&B establishments.
“Al Marina's picturesque location affords visitors breath-taking views of Abu Dhabi's iconic skyline and the serenity of the area's pristine waters," said Stuart Gissing, General Manager at Al Qana. "The activities available at Al Qana, combined with its vibrant culinary offerings and next generation entertainment venues, only add to Al Marina's appeal and success. All buildings have been designed to a 2 Pearl Estidama standard to include: high performance building envelope enclosure and glazing system, optimal North-South building orientation, external shading of windows, premium efficiency ECM fans for fresh air units and fan coil units, high efficiency HVAC systems, LED Lighting with occupancy sensors and daylight control, EnergyStar Appliances, low flow and flush fixtures to reduce potable water, GGBS cement for blockwork and structural concrete to reduce embodied carbon, locally sourced building materials with high recycled content. NWTN Inc. organized a test drive event for Rabdan ONE, their new all-wheel-drive electric SUV. The vehicle is eco-friendly and made in Abu Dhabi.
The company said more than 100 potential buyers had the exclusive opportunity to get up close with the vehicle that boasts intelligent, comfortable, and dynamic features and powered by the world’s leading range extension technology.
Car enthusiasts, families, and some of the region’s most exciting influencers, who participated in the event, drive the Rabdan ONE around NWTN’s assembly facility in KEZAD.
The comprehensive driving experience area allowed drivers to fully experience its acceleration under strong power and enjoy the superior performance of the Rabdan ONE.
The car boasts of some stunning design features such as its wing-shaped light set, the yacht-style body design, and the encircling cab.
The company said the car’s ultra-low wind resistance aerodynamic structure allows for a perfect combination of form and function, making it a head-turner on the road.
Powered by a dual-motor drive system, the Rabdan ONE delivers 510 KW power and 1040N·m torque, allowing it to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds.
Luen Govender, Head of NWTN’s Abu Dhabi Plant, said the first test drive experience in the UAE was designed to showcase Rabdan ONE’s game-changing electric vehicle performance and technology, as well as highlight its versatility.
“Whether you’re looking for the perfect family car or a professional who covets comfort and convenience, the Rabdan ONE ticks all the boxes,” Govender said.
Govender said the overwhelming response to the car was exciting as the company looks forward to the official launch of the vehicle later this year.
NWTN , a pioneering green energy mobility company in the Middle East, has a vehicle assembly facility in Abu Dhabi and a supply chain manufacturing base in Jinhua, China.

AL ALYA FERRY TERMINAL Al Aliah Island, Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi Ports has embarked on a development program to enhance the Maritime Sector in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi as an attempt to support the Abu Dhabi’s vision in becoming one of the Top 10 Maritime Cities in the world. The main aim is to provide a series of On-shore and Maritime Facilities that deliver much required amenities for the public and all who participate in the water activities in and around Abu Dhabi shores.
The services range from providing alternative transportation modes like sea ferries and terminals, additional marine stations and berthing options together with suitable Public Realm and Commercial destination amenities.
With a plot area of 4563.44 sq.m
Al Alya Terminal will be located on the South-western side of Ras Ghareb (Al Alya) Island. The site currently includes a marina and an informal landing craft ramp. The following are the elements in terms of landside infrastructure:
