Ceremony Packages

Our Yacht Classic ceremony package comes at a cost of £3,000 and includes the following:

• English speaking wedding planner and coordinator
• A team of trained workers on the day to ensure your day runs smoothly
• Instruction on all paperwork required to complete legalities in the UK
• Pre-wedding meeting with your co-ordinator
• Return transfers with driver and translator to complete legalities
• Return transfer to complete mandatory blood tests
• Blood test costs
• Registrar costs
• Wedding Service Translator (Turkish to English)
• Decorated ceremony location in the colour of your choice
• Glass of Champagne for the happy couple and witnesses
• Professional videographer and photographer (minimum of 3 hours)
• A4 photos presented in an attractive album
• Digital copies of all photos taken
• Full length DVD of your wedding
• Decorated Bridal car (with driver) from your accommodation to the wedding venue

Secure your wedding date with a £500 deposit.

If you are having the fully inclusive reception at the Yacht Classic Hotel, the cost is:

• £90 per adult and £45 per child* for the chicken menu,
• £100 per adult and £50 per child* for the meat menu
• Wedding Cake
• £110 per adult and £55 per child* for the chicken, meat and fish menu. *2 - 11 years old. Under 2’s are free

The following is included:

• A glass of Champagne for all your guests
• Evening Wedding meal
• Decorated meal tables in your chosen colour scheme (wasn’t previously added)
• Unlimited local drinks (wines, beers, local spirits and soft drinks) for up to four hours
• Return transfers by minibus for all guests

Right on the water's edge, and with its own marina, the Yacht Classic Hotel is a tasteful, elegant wedding venue and a jewel in the crown of Fethiye’s tourism sector, much in demand as a stylish and central place to stay, particularly amongst the sailing fraternity. Indeed, some rather famous people have chosen to stay here in the past, including Louis de Berniere, Daniel Craig and more recently Russell Crowe, no less! We are sure that couples will love this location just as much as they did. The Yacht Classic offers a choice of private beach or decked terrace for the ceremony, both looking out over the bay. The wedding reception will take place alongside the hotels private marina. Renowned for the quality of food and service, this is certainly an extremely elegant and stylish venue to celebrate a marriage. 

Ceremony & Reception

While our standard ceremony & reception package is listed below to give you a good idea of what's available, many couples want to add some unique touches of their own. Whatever your requirements, please remember that our experienced wedding coordinators are here to help and are always happy to work closely with you to make this your perfect day.

• Confirmation of details in writing and continued contact with a wedding coordinator up to and including the wedding day
• Instruction on all paperwork to be sourced in the UK and subsequent organisation of legal requirements for getting married in Turkey
• Face to face pre-wedding meeting with coordinators to finalise details
• Printed & confirmed order of events
• A return journey to Fethiye with an English speaking driver/guide to finalise all necessary legal work 
• Guest transport from and to accommodation (within the local area ie. Oludeniz, Ovacık, Hisaronu, Calis, Fethiye)
• Hairstylist & make-up artist for bride and two bridesmaids 
• Barber for groom and two groomsmen 
• Bouquets of seasonal flowers for bride and two bridesmaids and six buttonholes
• Decorated bridal car
• Floral arrangement for registry table
• Private ceremony and reception areas with seating for all guests
• Decorated gazebo & floral wedding arch for wedding ceremony
• Choice of colours for seating sashes at ceremony and reception

• A glass of sparkling wine for the bride, groom and each guest to toast the happy couple after the ceremony
• Live music during ceremony and reception 
• Photography and video recording your wedding day 
• Sunset photo shoot of bride and groom
• Gourmet 3-course Barbecue menu or preselected A La Carte menu
• A glass of sparkling wine for each guest to toast the bride and groom during the speeches
• Standard three tier wedding cake made to a design of your choice (fresh flowers, ribbons and piping are standard decorations - should you require particular ornaments or decorations we recommend you bring them with you)
• Sound system and microphones for wedding music, ceremony and speeches
• Belly dancer
• Wedding album for you to take home with up to 50 printed photos 
• USB containing the same 50 photos & fully edited video of your wedding day

NB: The 12 hour wedding day commences at noon with a visit to the hair stylist and barber with the reception concluding at midnight - current Turkish legislation does not permit music to be played at open air venues after midnight. If you would like to continue partying into the small hours we are more than happy to take you to one of the clubs or bars of your choice in the area that remain open - however, having done so, this is where our responsibility ends.

Yacht Classic Hotel in Turkey

Situated right on the waterfront and boasting splendid marina views, the newly renovated and stylish Yacht Classic Hotel offers friendly service and attractively furnished guest rooms in a modern style. Additionally there are five villas with guest rooms comprising a spacious open plan bedroom with living area, bathroom and terrace, plus access to an exclusive outdoor pool shared between the villas.

Breakfast and a la carte dining can be enjoyed al fresco by the waterfront during the summer, and set in the tranquil gardens is a charming outdoor swimming pool with plenty of sunloungers and serviced by a pool bar. In addition, the spa offers a range of massage and beauty treatments as well as a Turkish bath and sauna.

The hotel is an easy 1km walk from restaurants, cafes, bars and shops in Fethiye centre, and just 15 minutes’ walk from the Telmessos ruins and the Lycian Rock Tombs although the nearest beach, Calis, is 3.5km away.

Our Sweet & Simple Packages are for couples who are looking for a simple wedding ceremony. 

Confetti package - £5,499.

Your Wedding Ceremony will take place at the Yacht Classic Hotel - package is for up to 10 Adults (including Bride & Groom). Additional Guests are charged at £66 per adult and £33 per child (Subject to reconfirmation 3 months prior to your wedding)

• In-resort wedding coordinator to assist with all of the final arrangements
• Pre-wedding meeting with your in-resort wedding coordinator shortly after your arrival
• Transport to and assistance at the local medical centre and registry office (Blood tests are required for this destination, fees are included)
• All registrar's fees, charges and expenses applicable
• Attendance of your in-resort wedding coordinator at your wedding ceremony on your wedding day
• Standard bridal bouquet of local, seasonal flowers
• Groom’s buttonhole
• Wedding photography coverage with all images to be provided digitally (2 Hours)

Weddings in 2025 and beyond:

We are taking wedding bookings for 2025 and 2025. Our wedding package prices are confirmed up to the end of  2025, however if your wedding is in 2026 please note that prices are subje ct to an increase of up to 10% and for 2027 weddings please allow up to an increase of 15%. (This is the maximum increase you can expect for you wedding package)
