Experienced Senior Sous Chef required for a 100m + private vessel.
- We are looking for an established Chef with previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef on larger vessels or ideally Head Chef experience. You will be working under the Head Chefs, playing an important role within the galley. With this said, they are looking for a confident candidate who is keen to grow and establish themselves on a bigger vessel.
- State of the art equipment and galley space with excellent budgets!
- Great existing team onboard with lovely Head Chefs.
- You will ideally have at least 5 + years of experience in the industry, additionally a restaurant/shoreside private cheffing background is also desired. We are looking for a well rounded Chef, who is keen to take on responsibility and be a valuable member of the team.
- Incredible training budgets in place for those looking to expand on their knowledge.
- The role comes with a 2:2 rotation.
- Salary will be depending on experience but very competitive and in line almost with a Head Chef's salary.
- Start date will be confirmed but will not be until later this year/in the new year so those who still have notice periods to work are welcomed.
Head Chef – Travelling Fleet Role – 2:2 Rotation
Head Chef required to work within a unique private fleet.
- We are looking for a Head Chef to join early next year, the program has a really interesting itinerary and will go off of the beaten track to some amazing locations.
- We are looking for an established Chef that have fantastic land-based, ideally Michelin experience as well as some yacht experience (within a Head Chef role). A high-end restaurant background is highly desirable.
- The yacht is looking for someone flexible, adaptable and with no ego! You will travel to the different vessels within the fleet depending on the needs of the program at the time.
- World cruising and offering 2:2 rotation.
- Excellent opportunity to be creative with the owners enjoying many things from tasting menus to themed nights.
- Incredible training package and salary on offer – $8,000 to $9,000 depending on experience.

Third Chef – 100m Private M/Y – 2:2 Rotation
We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Third Chef to join a private 100m + dual-season vessel.
- This role will start in the new year.
- You will mainly be cooking for the crew so must be happy creating diverse, interesting and healthy food for the team.
- It is a close-knit galley with some very talented chefs onboard!
- Ideally you will have experience on similar size vessels, a restaurant background and culinary training prior to yachting is also desirable.
- B1B2 visa in hand is preferred.

Temp Crew Chef – Shoreside Role – One Month In Europe
Galley / Contract
We are looking for an experienced Chef to cook for 5-7 crew whilst their vessel is in the yard. You will be cooking shoreside where the crew are staying in Italy.
- €175 – €200 per day.
- Please note that STCW & ENG1 are not required for this role as it is shore-based. This said, as you won't be signed onto a vessel you must be able to work in Europe.
- This temporary position will run until the 20th of December. You will be back in time for Christmas!
- You will be required to prepare lunch at the house and drive it down to the offices during the day. For the evenings, you will be required to cook for the team at the house.
- It is essential that you have your driving licence.
- They are looking for a chef who can create light and healthy meals for the crew.
- You will have accommodation provided at the house.

Incredible opportunity to work with an experienced and longstanding engineering team on board a well run, exciting and fun program with amazing owners.
They are seeking an experienced ETO with several years experience on board large yachts along with a solid understanding of all electrical systems including bridge and guest services and a good knowledge of Creston.
This is purely an ETO role. They currently have an AV IT Officer on board. You will need to be confident with diesel electric propulsion systems.
Open to a candidate with a blend of commercial and yachting experience. The ETO CoC is not required but it would be advantageous if you hold this ticket.
Busy dual season program. The yacht does have various events/parties onboard and there is an element of setting up lighting and music equipment and supporting the other departments to make sure these events are a huge success!
They are looking for a hands on ETO, someone who can think outside the box and is proactive without needing to be told. Someone who can think ahead and spot defects that need fixing and take action!
Yacht is currently based in Europe with future plans TBC.

Key Responsibilities: As a Technical Manager, you will provide technical oversight, guidance, and support to yacht managers for a designated fleet of vessels. Your responsibilities will include:
- Technical management according to the provisions of the Yacht Management Agreement.
