The companionway is center line to the forward Stateroom.the VIP stateroom is port. with a queen bed . The TV is located on built in raised cabinetry. Storage locker . The Hi-LO coffee table can double as additional dining table if needed. The salon sole is wooden flooring. It features area Blue Carpeting with White Stars. The carpeting is bound on all sides.There is a barrel chair starboard. The window treatments Head rail and Lambekins are new. Privacy is achieved by wooden blinds. Located next to the chair is a U line ice Maker recessed in cabinetry and bar sink and faucet. The dinette is on the starboard side directly across from the port side Galley. The Hi gloss table and L shaped seating, additionally the Samsung Flat screen T V is located in the cabinetry, with audio/visual equipment . 1989 Ocean Motor Yacht   Both Engines Completed Major Overhaul in October, 2010. this vessel is comparable to the other 53' Ocean Motoryachts currently available, with the added benefit of recently majored engines and complete exterior paint. This yacht has benefitted greatly from an interior "facelift", as the majority of the softgoods; carpet, sofa, and interior appointments have been redone.  It has a 17 2 beam and she has the interior volume of a much larger yacht with a full beam Salon and a full beam Master Stateroom. The previous owner completed a full repainting of the yacht from bottom to top. This included repainting on the fly bridge and the aft deck. At the same time, new headliners were installed on the aft deck, the salon and the galley. New Eisenglass enclosures were done on the aft deck. She is the preferred Plan B model. She includes an aft deck seating area and allows for ease of line handling. It is a 4 stateroom yacht, each with its own ensuite head. The master has a centerline king; the VIP a centerline Queen; a double bed in the aft and bunk beds forward. The heads were done new to vacuflush type, each with its own pump. In addition, in 2007 the following new appliances were placed in the Galley: full size GE side by side refrigerator and freezer with water and ice door; full size GE range with self-cleaning oven and a GE dishwasher. The galley also has a microwave, instant hot water, garbage disposal and trash compactor. The vessel is powered by twin 735 HP Detroit Diesel, 8V92 engines and has a 15kw Westerbeke generator and 4 Cruise Air reverse cycle AC/heat units.

This 53' Ocean Stabilized Motoryacht is a huge volume vessel that gives its passengers ultra luxury and great performance.  You can have it all with this vessel.  Great cruising speeds, gigantic Saloon, with a Fireplace, Three Staterooms, Office, Laundry Room, Huge fly-bridge, Walk in Engine Room and more!  This boat is well equipped, to cruise today. Bottom was stripped and peeled in 2012 with new barrier coats applied.  Bring all your friends as there is plenty of room aboard this comfortable and entertaining yacht.

Liberty has been in Fresh water for the past 12 years and shows well due to a experienced owner who always wants the best.

Starting at the top we have a spacious flybridge with radar arch and bimini top. The centerline helm is forward with swivel helm seats. There's guest seating to either side with cocktail tables. New Garmin touch screen electronics at both helms.  Plenty of room for entertaining in the sun while cruising or at the dock. The large aft deck is equipped with a dinghy davit and holds a tender for exploring while at anchor.

A spiral staircase takes us below to the pilothouse. The pilothouse is forward with lower helm station starboard and a full galley starboard with new stainless stele refrigerator/freezer, full size electric cooktop, wall  oven, dishwasher, disposal, microwave oven and trash compactor. Everything you need is included in this well thought out galley.

To the starboard side is the lower helm, with upgraded Garmin Touch Screen electronics, keeping you safe and in control at all times.  Rebuilt Stabilizers and Bow Thruster, keeps the boat level underway and the thrusters provide extra help when in a tight docking situation.

Walk into the main Saloon and be amazed a the huge amount of space.  Built in dining table, built in wet bar with Ice Maker, Wine Fridge, drink master system and great storage.  The entertainment surround sound rivals many home high end systems.  Integrated, into the cabinet with power elevator to drop the TV out of the way when not in use.  Beautiful custom carpets and furniture makes this a room you will be proud to spend time in.

Behind the Saloon is a open deck area with custom storage, and room for chairs for enjoying the warm nights at dock or anchor.

Head down the spiral staircase and you will be amazed at the size of the Master, optional room can be walk in closet, baby's room, or office.  Big head with Tub/Shower makes this a very desirable live-a-board

Back on main deck and walking forward you head down the steps for the forward VIP Stateroom, very nicely decorated and a full head and shower.

Keep rounding down the stairs and you will get to the lower stateroom with two twin beds perfect for crew, kids or storage.  Also at this level is the well thought out laundry and storage area.

From this level you enter the full beam walk in engine room.  The engines have had constant maintenance, with new exhaust manifolds, hoses, and all systems gone through.  Clean and Bright, everything is well laid out.  Diamond Plate decks, and great lighting makes time in the mechanical space a pleasure.  

Back out on deck, walk to the front of the boat and take a seat in the integrated bow seat as you cruise along and enjoy the scenery.

Ho Hum offers luxurious accommodations for extended cruising and liveaboard use. It features a spacious owner's cabin with an en-suite head amidships and two guest cabins forward with an additional head. One of the guest cabins doubles as an office. The interior is finished with high-quality materials, including teak joinery, teak and holly flooring, granite counters, stainless steel ports, and plush upholstery.

Entering from the large aft deck, one walks through the main salon, past the galley to port, and the stairway to the owner’s cabin to starboard before stepping up to the pilothouse. There is a stairway to the cabins located forward and to the starboard in the pilothouse, as well as stairs to the flybridge aft and to the starboard in the pilothouse.

The well-appointed salon is accessible from the aft deck. It is finished with quality teak joinery and teak and holly flooring. To the starboard, there are two seats and storage. To port, there is a folding dining table with an L-shaped settee. The upholstery was recently replaced. Thanks to large windows, the space has plenty of natural light and provides excellent exterior views. There are seven opening windows in the salon and galley. 

The galley is forward to port in the salon. There are overhead cabinets, under-counter cabinets/drawers, abundant storage, and Corian countertops.

The pilothouse is forward of the galley/salon and aft of the foredeck. It provides excellent visibility from the helm and has exterior doors to port and starboard. There is an L-shaped settee with a teak table aft and a captain’s seat to starboard.

Ho Hum’s accommodations include an owner’s cabin amidships with an en-suite head and two guest cabins with a shared head. A stairway leads to the guest cabins from the pilothouse and a separate stairway leads to the owner's cabin from the salon.

The large owner’s cabin is amidships with easy access to the pilothouse, salon, and mechanical room via companionways, fore and aft. It features a queen bed, storage space, and an en-suite head with a separate shower.

The primary guest cabin is forward with a queen bed and storage. The primary guest cabin and guest cabin share the guest head.

The guest cabin and office are to port. It has twin offset beds, a storage locker, and a desk with a chair.

Deck Layout and Equipment

Beginning aft is a  stern platform  with stainless steel safety rails and a transom door leading to the aft deck. The  aft deck  is covered and offers plenty of room for deck chairs.  It includes a deck hatch to access a large storage/mechanical area and a molded stairwell to the flybridge. There are side bulwark doors for access to the side decks, which are well-protected by high bulwarks. The aft cockpit and the covered portions of the side decks have glued-down teak decking. The exposed areas of the deck have molded non-skid. Bulwark cap rails are varnished teak with snap-on protective covers.

The  flybridge  offers excellent visibility from the helm station. A bimini covers it, and a fiberglass arch supports the radar and antennas. Built-in seating, a table, a helm station, two helm seats, a wet bar with a grill, and a sink make this space great for entertaining!
