Boomerang Sardinia Sailing Charter is based in Marina di Portisco on the Emerald Coast (Costa Smeralda) in the north-east of Sardinia. It entered the market in 2003 with its first ten boats for charter. Today its fleet numbers over 40 boats (sailboats and catamarans) ranging in length from 35 to 56 feet.

A meticulously maintained fleet

Boats from the world's leading shipyards (Dufour, Jeanneau, Lagoon, Bali) are cared for by a carefully selected team of employees. All loan models meet the highest safety requirements , are well maintained and undergo regular technical inspections. You can set sail on the classic sailing boats Dufour 390 , 430 or 520 , Sun Odyssey 440 or 490 . If you prefer catamarans, you can choose either the Bali 4.8 or the Lagoon 42 or Lagoon 450 .

The Costa Smeralda or Emerald Coast in northern Sardinia is famous for the unmistakable shade of the sea. Beautiful bays with white sand and turquoise water, such as Isola dei Cappuccini or Isola delle Bisce, are perfect for a leisurely holiday cruise. About the crew.

M/V Brianna Marie is a Young Brothers 38' Flybridge model built in 1983. Designed by Earnest Libby in Beals, Maine, Young Brothers lobster boats are known for their high quality construction while being seaworthy, spacious, and stable. Brianna Marie boasts both outdoor and indoor seating, a head (bathroom), coolers, and sound system.

THE CAPTAIN

Owen grew up lobstering in Boothbay, Maine. He jumped into the yachting world after high school and has been sailing globally for the past 14 years. From running both private and charter yachts in New England and the Caribbean, to racing sailboats across the Atlantic, Pacific, and beyond, he looks forward to sharing an experience in his home waters of Maine!

Brianna was born and raised in Bangor, ME. After attending college, she met Owen and jumped aboard a sailboat with him and never looked back. She served as the first mate, chef and stewardess on private and charter yachts and obtained her USCG captains license. She attended culinary school in France, and has enjoyed being a private chef from Hawaii to Sardinia. As a Boomerang herself, Bri moved back to Maine and attended nursing school in 2020 and currently works as an ICU nurse at Maine Medical Center.
