Boat Master course is designed for experienced candidates to enhance their nautical knowledge and skills for commercially skipper power-driven yachts up to 15m LOA, up to 20 NM.
There are two main types of this certificate: Inland Caregiver of Persons with Disabilities and Sea Caregiver of Persons with Disabilities. Caregiver can issues yacht crew certificates to inclusive sailors.

Sail Training Requirements
Power boat training requirements, extra skill training, train for the the inshore skipper certification.
This course is designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge needed to confidently navigate coastal waters. With a focus on practical training and hands-on experience, this course and hand book is very comprehensive and is what is required for ICC compliancy. The ISSA Inshore Skipper handbook has been written on every subject that is required for sailing or chartering a yacht. This also includes a section on engines and modern navigation chart plotters. After the course: Skipper power boats or Rigid Inflatable Boats: – up to 20 nautical miles offshore (with inboard our outboard engine) – only in day time – conditions up to F4 Beaufort.
