SEA WALK is a 62.3m (204.4ft) yacht built by renowned Dutch shipyard Oceanco to Lloyd's classification with a steel hull, aluminium superstructure and an internal volume of 1,166GT. Only ever used lightly and privately by two owners since new, and always rigorously maintained, the yacht showcases exterior design by the yard working with The A Group and sophisticated earth toned interiors by Nice-based studio Zuretti.

With impeccable Northern European credentials, she was delivered in 2005 for a highly experienced owner with worldwide cruising plans, hence the electrical converters that allow her to plug into shore power anywhere in the world. She was built to MCA standard and could easily be made compliant should her new owner wish to operate her commercially.

An extensive refit in 2014 saw Azure Yacht Design and H2 Design collaborate to extend her main deck aft to add a large feature jacuzzi and to create a corridor from the lower deck guest lobby to the beach club. The work saw SEA WALK nominated for a Best Refit award by the International Superyacht Society.

An expansive sun deck has a D shaped raised sun lounge forward, a bar, BBQ and dining table midships and a large versatile space aft used for sun loungers, exercise equipment or entertainment. There is open air dining on the owner's deck below, shaded by the overhang, and a sun lounge aft.

On the main deck aft there is a lounge area forward providing another option for open air dining, a spiral staircase leading down to the beach club and a large raised jacuzzi aft flanked by steps down to a large swim platform. Curved glass doors slide open to reveal a spacious beach club with lounge.

The split level owner's deck features a bedroom forward with wraparound views, a huge en suite and a massive oval shaped walk-in wardrobe, and access to private foredeck lounge seating, also accessible from the main deck's port side deck. Aft of the guest lobby is a full beam lounge with bar and 2.3m (7.5ft) headroom. Sliding glass doors open onto the aft deck dining area.

The main deck has a large lounge aft, a dayhead off the lobby and formal dining for 12 guests to starboard. Forward of that is the wheelhouse.

As well as the owner's suite there are two double cabins and two twin cabins on the lower deck, and a twin bunk cabin on the main deck completes accommodation for 12 guests in six cabins.

With low engine hours logged on her twin 1,850hp Caterpillar diesel engines, she has a top speed of 15 knots, a cruising speed of 12.5 knots, a transatlantic range of 4,500nm and zero speed stabilisers ensure comfort at anchor on arrival.

We are very pleased to bring SEA WALK to market, asking EUR 38,000,000 with EU VAT paid. She is currently completing her 15 year survey but will be available for cruising this summer and remains available for inspection, virtually or in person, in Croatia. ‘Sea Walk’ is a 204.40ft  /62.3m  motor yacht built in 2005 by Oceanco and last refitted in 2014. Previously named Lady Christina, her luxurious interior is designed by Zuretti and her exterior styling is by Oceanco.

Sea Walk’s interior layout sleeps up to 10 guests in 6 rooms, including a master suite, 2 double cabins and 3 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 13 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Each cabin is well appointed and offers the ideal place to rest after a long day of exploration.

You’ll find an array of leisure and entertainment facilities onboard, making her ideal for entertaining friends and family on your charter vacation. There’s lots of space for enjoying an alfresco lunch or dinner on deck, or simply lounging in the sunshine and working on your tan.

She has a cruising speed of 13 knots, a maximum speed of 15 knots and a range of 4,500nm from 143,000litre fuel tanks. You’ll glide across the water in style, taking in the view as you sail.

This impressive yacht comes complete with a modern stabilization system to reduce roll motion even during rough seas, and the yacht also has ‘at anchor stabilizers’ to keep things smooth even at anchor/zero speed.

A Jacuzzi on deck is just perfect for relaxing with friends and family, while taking in the breath-taking scenery after a long day of exploration.

Wi-Fi connection is available throughout, so you’ll be able to stay connected while you’re away, great for business, checking emails or sharing your experience on social media.

The 62 metre motor yacht Sea Walk has had a major price reduction of €1,750,000, listed for sale by Burgess .

Built to MCA class by Dutch yard Oceanco , she was delivered in 2005 with a refit in 2014 and has always been privately used. Accommodation is for 12 guests in five cabins. The forward-facing master suite is host to a private saloon, while a further two doubles and two twins come with entertainment centres and en suite bathroom facilities on this yacht for sale . 

She features a large main saloon with several conversation and relaxing areas, and boasts a drop-down cinema screen and projector as well as a plasma television screen with surround sound for a full cinema experience. There is also a full wet bar cleverly disguised behind folding etched glass doors.

Exterior spaces are vast and include a large sun deck that offers comfortable seating, sun lounging chairs sheltered by a glass windscreen, a fully-equipped barbecue/bar area and a table for al fresco dining set under the shade of the radar arch.

Twin 1,850hp Caterpillar diesel engines allow a cruising speed of 12.5 knots topping out at 15 knots and she is fitted with zero speed stabilisers.

Sea Walk is now asking €34,750,000.
