Returning to the picturesque backdrop of Poros Port, the East Med Multihull & Yacht Charter Show celebrates its milestone 20th-anniversary edition with 100 captivating luxury yacht charters.
Formerly known as the Poros Yacht Charter Show, the East Med Multihull & Yacht Charter Show (EMMYS) is a dedicated trade-only yacht show designed to educate and inform the yachting industry on the latest Greece yacht charters and the most enticing sights and sounds of a Mediterranean yacht charter .
Celebrating its 20th anniversary, the 2024 edition is scheduled to run from 25-28 April and welcomes 100 luxury yacht charters from 30 different exhibitors.
Greece yacht charters at EMMYS
Predominantly a multihull show, EMMYS proudly showcases a great range of catamaran yacht charters , but also displays innovative motor yacht charters that are ideal for providing unforgettable Greece and Mykonos yacht charters .
Clearly zoned with a layout designed for a seamless transition around the docks, visitors to the show can expect guided tours of the attending crewed yacht charters , plus exclusive opportunities to try out relative products and services that create the ultimate East Mediterranean yacht charter package.
Combining an extensive water-based yacht charter exhibition with exhibitor pavilions, the 20th East Med Multihull & Yacht Charter Show provides authentic boat show appeal, with added sun, sea, and inspirational insights into Athens yacht charters .
Crew competitions at EMMYS 2024
Getting everyone involved, the East Med Multihull & Yacht Charter Show presents three competitions for visiting crew members to partake in. Offering all participants the chance to battle for bragging rights for their respective teams and Greece charter yachts, the competitions to regularly feature at the show include:
- Chef Competition - Diamond and Emerald categories
- Tablescaping Competition
- CYBA Designer Water Competition

EAST MED MULTIHULL YACHT SHOW is a crewed charter yacht show with a m ain focus on multihull vessels will be a major attraction for Greek and foreign yacht charter brokers, marine vendors , journalists and correspondents for the most prestigious magazines promoting yachting & maritime tourism worldwide. It is the perfect opportunity for crewed yacht charter companies to display their luxury yachts and premium services to some of the most influential guests from around the world. With a wide variety of both multihull & monohull crewed yachts available for In-Water display, there is something for everyone at this prestigious event.
East Mediterranean Yacht Show includes the following:
• Yacht Exhibition : Multihull & Monohull Crewed Yachts covering the full range of yachts & catamarans available for charter in the Greek market .
The participants will have the opportunity to present their services to business oriented yacht brokers from all over the world. This section is intended exclusively for yachting professionals .
• Pavilions : Greek crewed yacht charter companies , including companies providing maritime tourism services . This section will be accessible to all visitors.

Yachting in Greece
Greek Seas and coasts with the numerous advantages they have to offer, turned Yachting to be a very popular activity for both Greeks and foreign visitors.
A trip on the calm Greek waters, on your own or a chartered yacht, offers you the possibility to sail among extremely beautiful clusters of islands, to anchor in naturally protected bays of rare beauty, to visit inaccessible beaches and to swim with safety in exceptionally clear and transparent waters.
It is useful to divide the Greek seas into 4 zones running from North to South, and thus examine the course of the summer winds.
Winds vary greatly from zone to zone, (except when the meltemia winds are blowing, which are very strong, and result in large areas overlapping and having the same features).
Nowadays there are 19 marinas with 6,661 docking places in Greece, offering high quality services. Quite a few of these marinas have been awarded by the European Blue Flag programme. New modern marinas, hotel ports and moorings for the safe docking of boats already operate or are in the process of starting their operation, in order to meet the needs of tourists coming to Greece by sea in the most satisfactory way and under the safest conditions.
