Luxury yacht LANCE is a 37.95 m (124' 6") from Sanlorenzo with regular collaborator Francesco Paszkowski credited with her exterior design. She is an imposing model in terms of interior volume and is an elegant example of Italian craftmanship. EXTERIOR Guest space is generous and configured perfectly to guarantee charterers can relax and enjoy their time on board. On the sun deck there is a row of sun pads which make the most of the elevated position and a lovely shaded jacuzzi. The upper deck aft is a convivial space with a sheltered dining room and full beam sofa to aft. The foredeck offers a lovely cosy bow lounge, perfect for guests to take a quiet moment while appreciating views over the bow.

On the main deck there is another sheltered lounge arranged with a sofa and moveable chairs which offers access down to the water’s edge swim platform.

INTERIOR The elegant interior is a sociable and welcoming space decorated in a cool neutral palette of grey and cream. The main salon boasts a long L-shaped sofa which faces towards the starboard side sliding doors making the most of the views. There is a forward dining space which leads through to the well-equipped galley, allowing the crew seamless access between the guest and service areas. The upper deck salon offers an informal lounge perfect for chilling out with the family for a movie night.

The master suite is located forward on the main deck with the additional suites amidships on the lower deck.

Forward on the lower deck is the crew quarters including mess and cabins.

The beautiful master suite is forward on the main deck creating a private haven for primary charter guests with also benefits from a wonderful ensuite bathroom further forward. The lower deck guest accommodation is configured as two VIP suites and two twin/convertible suites positioned amidships. All the suites boast luxury ensuite bathroom facilities and are restful private spaces for all guests.

The 43.9m/144' motor yacht 'Alaska of George Town' (ex. Alaska of George Town) was built by Shipworks Brisbane in Australia. Her interior is styled by design house Bernie Cohen Design and she was delivered to her owner in February 2004. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Bernie Cohen Design and she was last refitted in 2015.

Alaska of George Town has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 9 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Range & Performance

Built with a aluminium hull and aluminium superstructure, she benefits from a semi-displacement hull to provide exceptional seakeeping and impressive speeds. Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3412) 12-cylinder 900hp engines running at 2300rpm, she comfortably cruises at 13 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 16 knots with a range of up to 4,606 nautical miles from her 70,000 litre fuel tanks. Her low draft of 2.24m/7'4" makes her primed for accessing shallow areas and cruising close to the shorelines. An advanced stabilisation system on board promises exceptional comfort levels at anchor or on any voyage. Her water tanks store around 12,000 Litres of fresh water. She was built to ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) ✠A1, Yachting Service, ✠AMS classification society rules.

$200 Million Superyacht Owned by Nicholas Latifi’s Father Takes the Spotlight Boarding Lance and Lawrence Stroll

Since its inception, the Monaco GP has lured the creme de la creme to the coast of Monte Carlo. The race in the Principality of Monaco is one of the most prestigious and glamorous races on the calendar. The 2024 edition is no different. However, on this occasion not a celebrity but a former F1 driver Nicholas Latifi made the most heads turn. The Canadian and his father reportedly arrived at the Monaco harbor with their fellow countrymen in a whopping $200 million super yacht.

This biggest privately owned yacht on the weekend is Lawrence Stroll ‘s former ultra-luxury yacht called Faith. The Canadian billionaire was aboard it along with his son and Aston Martin driver Lance Stroll. The 318-foot-long vessel exchanged hands between Canadian billionaires Lawrence and Michael Latifi, father of the former Williams driver, in the recent past.

According to @JoePompliano on X, the super yacht has 2 helipads, 2 jet skis, a gym, a theatre, a pool, and a sauna. The fully loaded boat also rents for $1.5 million a week. According to some photographs, one of the front helipads also doubles down as a basketball court when not in use.

Kym Illman did a little research and revealed a boat much smaller than Faith costs about $120,000 to $150,000 to park in Monaco for 5 days. That’s the basic operating cost. According to various sources, Faith’s yearly operating cost is around $15 to $20 million.

The massive superyacht can accommodate 18 guests comfortably and a crew of 34. However, the Latifi-owned yacht wasn’t the only extraordinary boat on the harbor on the weekend.

F1 photographer reveals the details of the second-largest yacht at the Monaco GP

The second biggest and second most expensive yacht of the weekend is Lionheart. Owned by British businessman Philip Green, the super yacht is worth a whopping $150 million. The Monaco resident’s vessel is a 2016 model and Italian made by Benetti. The Lionheart is sturdy as well with steel construction paired with an aluminum superstructure, according to SuperYachtFan.com .

The mega boat has a cruising speed of 15 knots and has a diesel-electric propulsion system which is powered by Caterpillar engines. Apart from that it can house 12 guests and a crew of 30. According to Illman, the running cost of Lionheart is $15 million a year.

The British billionaire’s yacht is not as long as Faith, falling 18 feet shy and measuring 300 feet. The weekly rental costs are not clear, however, a few popular names have boarded the Lionheart. In the past, soccer megastar Cristiano Ronaldo has been spotted riding the mega yacht.
