Below Deck returns to the Caribbean for season 11 onboard motor yacht ST DAVID

The hit Bravo show, Below Deck will be returning to screens on 5 February 2024 back onboard the 197-foot charter yacht ST DAVID by Italian shipyard, Benetti. With newcomer, Captain Kerry Titherage replacing Captain Lee, this season promises plenty of franchise firsts as we see how the new captain handles the drunken antics, meltdowns, and hookups.
I have big shoes to fill, but I like it that way.' – Captain Kerry
The coming season will be based out of St George’s in Grenada where ST DAVID cruised back in mid-February until mid-March this year. Anchoring round the island’s south-western coast, as well as in neighbouring island, Argyle, charter guests enjoyed the crystal blue waters and white beaches that are typical of the Caribbean .
In addition to Captain Kerry, viewers will also meet newcomers Cat Bough, Xandi Olivier, and Barbie Pascual who will join the stew team under returning favourite, Fraser Olender’s leadership. Other familiar faces include Chef Anthony Ireane and deckhand, Ben Willoughby.
While she will be helmed by a new captain, ST DAVID has already been one of the yacht features on Below Deck . First used in season 10, the 196-ft motor yacht was the largest yacht to be used in the show’s history – offering ample space for crew and charter guests alike to play out the drama that has made the series one of the longest running reality tv shows on Bravo.
Given the striking opulence of her Baroque-style interiors by Winch Design, it is no surprise that ST DAVID has returned to Below Deck as the show’s example of the luxury that epitomises the yachting industry. With her exquisite mosaic flooring, marquetry, and a spiral staircase that runs through all 3 decks, the superyacht resembles a Tuscan palazzo. It is ST DAVID’s grandeur that has made her such a popular choice for luxury yacht charters to high profile events like Cannes Film Festival .
When Below Deck ’s featured guests weren’t relaxing champagne in hand on the plush, tawny gold sofas, they could enjoy the state-of-the-art amenities onboard: ST DAVID has everything from a spa, to an open-air cinema, to a private nightclub that can be experienced while cruising at a speed of 13 knots. The m/y also has an excellent selection of water toys that include a 6-person Multirider Banana, seabobs, kayaks, Waverunners, and diving equipment.
The series’ eleventh season was based out of Grenada, an island that forms part of the Windward Islands in the West Indies. Known as ‘Spice Island’ because of its significant production of spices like nutmeg and cloves, it is a popular stop-off on Caribbean yacht charters due to its incredible local cuisine. The island also boasts clear turquoise waters which are perfect for taking advantage of the toys onboard your luxury yacht to explore the beautiful coral reefs, underwater sculptures, and friendly marine life.
Grenada also lies at the southern end of the Grenadines, so it is an ideal stop for charters exploring other regions like the Tobago Cays and the Southern Caribbean islands.
If you are interested in recreating the Below Deck experience, then charters for ST DAVID start at €325 000 plus expenses for up to 12 guests. Be sure to speak with your preferred charter broker to book this vessel to see the Caribbean for yourself.
The latest season will be available to stream from 5 February 2024 on Hayu and Netflix.
