The World Yacht Trophies 2024 concluded the Cannes Yachting Festival on a high note, with a resounding victory for the Ferretti Group! With no fewer than four awards, these trophies, highly prized in the nautical industry, highlight the excellence of the design, technology and innovation of the Group's creations. With its emblematic brands such as Ferretti Yachts, Pershing, Custom Line and Wally, the Ferretti Group has once again demonstrated its exceptional expertise in the world of luxury yachting.

Ferretti yachts infynito 80: best layout trophy in the 64-80 ft category (19.50-24 m).
The Ferretti Yachts INFYNITO 80 won the " Best Layout Trophy " in the 64-80 foot category. This 23.70 m long, 6.36 m wide yacht is powered by two 1200 HP MAN V8 engines. The little sister of the InFYNITO 90, it is part of the Explorer family of yachts, designed for long-distance cruising. This model stands out for its exceptional optimisation of interior space, combined with a modern design offering ideal comfort for life at sea.
Pershing GTX80 : Best Exterior Design Trophy in the 80-98 ft category (24-30 m)
Le Pershing GTX80 a séduit le jury avec son "Design Extérieur Innovant" , remportant le prix dans la catégorie des yachts de 80 à 98 pieds. Du long de ses 23,98 m sur 5,80 m de large, ce yacht incarne parfaitement l'audace et l'élégance qui définissent l'ADN de Pershing. Propulsé par trois moteurs VOLVO D13 de 1000 CV avec IPS 1350, il s'impose comme le yacht sportif de luxe par excellence, alliant performance et raffinement.
Custom Line Navetta 38 : Best Semi-custom Yacht
The Custom Line Navetta 38 won the " Best Semi-Custom Yacht" award, thanks to its perfect balance of luxury, comfort and customisation. This emblematic model embodies the Group's craftsmanship in all its splendour. She is 38.76 m long and 7.90 m wide and is powered by 2 MAN V12 1400 HP engines. One of its major innovations is its new stern, which houses a 70 m² wide-beam Beach Club, offering an exclusive and luxurious space for relaxing by the sea.
Wallypower50 : Best Exterior Design Trophy in the 45-98 ft category (13.70-30 m).
The WallyPower50 has won an award for " Outstanding Exterior Design " in the 45 to 98 foot category. This yacht stands out for its futuristic lines and cutting-edge technology. Measuring 14.60 m long and 4.30 m wide, she is powered by two 480 hp VOLVO PENTA engines with IPS 650. Her iconic design includes a flush deck, a flat surface and Wally's signature glass and carbon dome. At the stern, folding bulwarks on either side provide an additional 6 m² of space, creating an ideal platform for enjoying the sea.
What are the World Yacht Trophies?
The World Yachts Trophies are the must-attend event of the autumn. Each year, it brings the Cannes Yachting Festival to a majestic close, rewarding the best powerboats and yachts from 14 to 140 metres, launched during the year and unveiled for the first time in France. During a gala dinner overlooking the Bay of Cannes, some thirty trophies are awarded to the world's top boat builders in recognition of their unique expertise.
On the evening of Saturday 14 September, the greatest names in yachting gathered in a glamorous atmosphere, illuminated by the spotlights of the Croisette. Guests were dazzled by the famous Yachts Parade, an unforgettable night-time show featuring the most spectacular yachts before the prize-giving ceremony. Once again, the Ferretti Group captivated the audience with its exceptional models.

Charter club, news & events, azimut double victory at the world yachts trophies 2024.
Now in its 23rd edition, the World Yachts Trophies, organized by Yachts France magazine, annually award the best yachts presented during the previous yachting season. This year, Azimut was honoured in two different categories.
The first Azimut yacht named a winner at the 2024 Yacht Trophies is the Seadeck 7 , awarded in the “Best Exterior Design” category. Seadeck 7 is the second model in the Seadeck Series, designed by Alberto Mancini, which introduces the concept of the Fun Island , a central element of the new lifestyle that embraces the sea on all sides for an immersive experience, inviting a genuine and profound connection with nature. The Seadeck 7 also marks a milestone in the Shipyard’s green path, being the first yacht in the world to combine hybrid power with Volvo Penta’s IPS propulsion system.
In the “Best Layout” category, the new Fly 62 by Azimut was awarded, not only the latest model from one of Azimut’s most iconic Series, but also a true revolution in the flybridge segment. With the Fly 62 , the Beach Cockpit is born: the transom opens outward, and the sofa lowers in a synchronized movement, eliminating any physical barriers and creating a spacious sunbathing area close to the water, offering a unique connection to the sea for a yacht in this segment.
These awards confirm the ongoing success of Azimut’s innovative solutions, which, after receiving significant recognition at Cannes, is now preparing to participate in major national and international boat shows in the coming months, starting with the Genoa Boat Show.
