Warning! Scam alert on your personal info: Be smart with new companies or those with "few" reviews. It was like pulling teeth to get an answer on the "Yachtaid bucks". Starts off by saying get up to $80 off your next purchase, yet in another place the writing says $22. The on line help chat person would NOT state which was right only to say but the item and you will get a voucher. Even with the so call Yachtaid bucks the item was cheaper almost everywhere else. OK , I did my homework, the real issue for everyone to avoid is: In order to create an account you must agree Yachtaid can use your personal data as they see fit to sell, market, or anything else Yachtaid chooses. There are too many other reputable, upfront, professional businesses to honestly service your needs and keep your personal data private.

I will not order from this company again. I ordered an air conditioner online on Oct. 31 and received an email confirmation of my purchase and payment. On Nov. 3, they email me and advise the price has gone up $200. They refused to honour the advertised price noting their supplier raised their prices. They offered a $50 discount (so $150 more than advertised). I consider this unethical. So buyer beware. You could make a purchase today, and then be asked for more money before they'll ship the product you ordered. I cancelled my order.

Great team. Super reliable. Very professional. I would give it a 5 star, but I had to pay the $300 service fee for the same issue twice. This was made clear to me in advance, but I still think it's steep. However, highly recommended to anyone for A/C which was a really tough vendor to find. Also, their customer service girls are awesome. Always available via phone and email including nights and weekends.

We have been dealing with Angela at YachtAid Marine for about six months. Angela and the entire crew have gone out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to repair our bow thruster. They made multiple calls to the factory in Italy and even had a part they couldn't get fabricated for us. Will return whenever we need to. Great service!!

After searching all over Miami an old mechanic friend of mine recommended I check out this place and Not just did they have all the hard to find components I was seeking but everyone in this establishment was extremely professional and knowledgeable on boat electronics. It was a true pleasure to bring my business to YachtAid and I look forward to years of more Business with them! Happy camper!

After an exhaustive on-line search for what I was looking for (a particular AC display unit for my boat), I finally found something very similar on YachtAid Marine. It wasn't an EXACT match, so I decided to use their chat function and ask some questions (actually....many questions). There was NO delay and the person who helped me went to great lengths to answer all of my questions and steer me to the exact matching part that I needed. Not only that, but they sent me schematics and an email with a link to the owner's manual as well. I highly recommend this company for their attention to detail and desire to please the customer. Purchasing online can sometimes be intimidating but we had an excellent experience with YachtAid Marine. Their staff was very knowledgeable as we tried to troubleshoot and purchase parts for an Air Conditioner Repair. When all else failed, and we were unable to repair it, they made returning parts very easy and allowed us to use our refund credit toward the purchase of a new Air Conditioner Unit. A big thank you to YachtAid and their pleasant customer facing team!

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!

VERY helpful customer support! I had has several questions that they answered quickly and clearly. I made my purchase on a Sunday. I had the A/C unit by Thursday with FREE SHIPPING! WOW! Plus the unit was 20% off. I am not sure customer service can get any better!
