Luxury motor yacht LADY JADE (EX Fortrus, Catalonian Spirit) was designed and built by Inace Yachts in 2008 as a new model superyacht and explorer vessel. Weighing in at 284 gross tons M/Y LADY JADE has a sturdy dark blue steel hull and white aluminium structure, the yacht can accommodate 12 guests in 6 spacious cabins. She was extended by 6 metres in 2020 and refitted in 2023, now measuring 41.0m (134'6") in length.

M/Y LADY JADE has a generous original interior designed by UK designer Michael Kirschstein with 2019-refitted interiors by Pastrovich Studio. The salon and dining are an open plan, with the salon aft and dining forward. The salon boasts a contemporary feel with dark blue and subtle cream soft furnishings, light carpets and medium warm wood panels, large panoramic windows allow ample natural light to enhance the space. The dining area seats guests in style at a beautiful formal wood table. Above, the lighting is soft and serene, setting an elegant ambience.
Forward of the dining, access to the VIP and guest cabins is amidships, while further forward on the main deck the master suite is a full beam of the yacht.

Above the main deck, the upper deck of the LADY JADE motor yacht has further areas to entertain with a full sky lounge, complete with a massive L-shaped sofa, loungers, TV set up with an Apple TV and Mac Miniplex plus a wet bar.
Motor yacht LADY JADE offers plenty of exterior deck areas to enjoy. The aft deck, which was extended by 6 metres in 2019, offers a shaded alfresco dining option around a large table and a relaxation area on large sofa/sunbed. A spiral staircase leads from the aft deck up the first deck and then onto the sundeck where guests can enjoy the ultimate in relaxation an entertainment, featuring a full wet bar, 2 alfresco tables, additional seating, Spa Pool Tub, sun pads and plenty of shade if required.

Luxury yacht LADY JADE (EX Fortrus, Catalonian Spirit) accommodates 12 guests in 6 en-suite cabins. The master suite is on the main deck forward and full beam of the yacht, featuring a king-size bed, swivel chairs and desk/vanity, his and her facilities and a TV entertainment centre with SAT TV. The VIP cabin is on the lower deck forward and full beam of the yacht with a queen-size bed, day bed, vanity, TV with DVD and his and her facilities. 2 guest double cabins are amidships aft on port and starboard with queen size beds, TV/DVD and en-suite facilities. A further 2 twin cabins are amidships forward on port and starboard with single beds, a Pullman berth, TV/DVD and en-suite facilities.

41m Inace explorer Lady Jade completes nine-month refit
The 41-metre explorer Lady Jade (ex. Fortrus and Catalonian Spirit ) has completed a nine-month refit at Lusben’s repair yard in Viareggio, Italy.
Built by Inace Yachts in 2008, Lady Jade’s refit encompassed a complete repaint, a metalwork modification on the ceiling of the sundeck and the aft section of the hull and a new layout and décor for her Stefano Pastrovich interior.
Refit work at Lusben included a structural modification to the aft section of the hull, where the quarter boards have been reduced in size to give the aft cockpit a more open feel. The ceiling on the flybridge was also extended in length by a metre, providing better shade in the outdoor bar and dining area. The update of the exterior decks follows on from a major six-metre extension completed at the Alia Yachts shipyard in May 2018.
Exterior work also included a repaint to return the hull from white to its original blue colour alongside the installation of underwater lights along its length for a “more distinctive personality.”
The full-beam owner’s cabin, located forward on the main deck, the four guest cabins and the VIP cabin on the lower deck have also undergone renovations. The refreshed, contemporary interiors feature black lacquer and dark wood panelling alongside all-new furnishings, creating an “elegant but cosy setting,” according to Lusben.
The announcement follows the completion of another major Lusben refit, the 52-metre, Benetti-built Solafide last month.
