“Turtle IV” was the very beginning of the Hatteras Long Range Cruiser legacy. She is hull #1 and the showcase boat for two years, Turtle IV toured the country showing off what the legendary LRC would soon become. In remarkable condition and as the Hatteras Demo Boat, Turtle IV has many upgrades and attention to detail that no other LRC was equipped with. The African hardwood Sapele and Teak trim throughout the vessel is like no other!

Equipped with twin Detroit Diesels 4-71N motors with approximately 4000 hours, she will burn about 4 gallons an hour at 8 Knots. Giving a range of over 2000 Miles on her main tank alone.

Some of the Upgrades include: New upholstery and curtains throughout (2013), complete new galley (2013), (2) New Phasor 15kW Generators (2013), New 30-gallon hot water heater (2013)New batteries and chargers replaced in 2015, and washer and dryer (2012)

The current owners have documented everything in the ship's log for the 5 years of their ownership. When the owners of Turtle IV came to me they wanted a LRC but were not sure of what LRC would best suit their needs. I introduced them to the 58 Hatteras LRC and they decided that was the boat for them. 

Now the search started for the nicest, best maintained and best equipped 58 on the market. When we went aboard Turtle IV that was it. It had been exceptionally well maintained, was still in use and the owners were very knowledgable. So we made the offer and that was 5 years ago. The current owners traveled from Ft. Pierce FL to Lake Gunthersville AL to its new under cover home. 

Since then it has been the star of the area and the new owners showed their pride of ownership by continually tweaking and upgrading Turtle IV to its present condition. 

You will not find a better maintained and equipped vessel of this type anywhere. Don't let her age fool you, she is a beauty.

'With a heavy heart': Iconic waterfront Fort Myers Beach bar and restaurant for sale

Bonita Bill’s has been a beloved Fort Myers Beach stop for locals and visitors for 30-plus years with a laid-back vibe, waterfront views, good food, and cold beer.

And now it’s for sale .

The San Carlos Island gem’s social media pages announced the news Wednesday, June 12.

“It is with a heavy heart we share the decision made by the Semmer family to sell the Bonita Bill's properties and business,” the posts read. “This decision comes from all of Bill Semmer’s children in the resolution of his estate.”

Spot originally was a fish house in 1926

Bill Semmer bought the Bonita Fish Company and Fish House in 1991 (which was originally a fish house in 1926) and rebranded it as Bonita Bill’s Waterfront Cafe and Tiki Bar. The beloved community figure, who also owned Semmer Electric, died Jan. 20, 2023.

He is survived by his children Nikki Semmer, Katie Semmer-Reynolds and Billy Semmer.

“We thank everyone who continued to support us as we worked to rebuild after Ian, through the loss of our father Bill Semmer, the uphill battle of costly repairs and construction, rising operating, labor, and food costs, and a changing market,” the post continued.

With a “No shirt? No shoes? Can we get you a beer?” motto, Bonita Bill’s gained even more recognition when it reopened six months after Hurricane Ian with a Bertram yacht perched on a dock next to its open-air dining room.  Nearly two years later, it’s still there.

"We posted on social media a message of remembrance to (the one year anniversary of Ian) and we invited anyone to come sign the boat to leave their own mark on it as it’s left its mark on Bonita Bill's," Semmer-Reynolds said at the time. "People will sign their name or messages or hope or remembrance or even just something silly. It’s a way for both locals and visitors to leave their mark."

The future of that yacht and Bonita Bill’s are still up in the air.

“We will continue to remain open and operate as usual until the property is sold sometime in the future,” the post states. “Real estate Inquiries can be directed to SVN Commercial Partners at 239-851-5492.”

Travis scott arrested for disorderly intoxication and trespassing in miami.

Travis Scott was arrested on charges of disorderly intoxication and trespassing property in Miami on Thursday morning, according to records obtained by Page Six.

The “Sicko Mode” rapper, whose real name is Jacques Webster, was booked at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center at 4:35 a.m.

Police set Scott’s bond at $650, which he submitted.

A media representative for the Miami-Dade Police Department did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request.

Local TV station WSVN reported that Scott, 33, had been on a charter boat in the Miami Beach Marina when its owner called police and requested that the star leave the vessel between midnight and 1 a.m.

“He was drunk, causing a disturbance and asked to leave multiple times,” a police rep told the outlet.

Police also told WSVN that Scott “became irate, screaming profanities, left and returned to disturb some more.”

Less than a half hour after they arrived, cops arrested Scott at 1:17 a.m. before officially booking him three hours later.

His rep did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment, and he has yet to address the arrest.

The “Goosebumps” artist, who shares two children with ex-girlfriend Kylie Jenner, is scheduled to kick off the European leg of his “Circus Maximus” tour in the Netherlands next Friday.

Scott recently made headlines when he got into a fight with Tyga’s friend — and Cher’s boyfriend — Alexander “AE” Edwards at an afterparty in Cannes, France, last month.

“Models were flying everywhere in the melee. Someone got hit with an ice bucket,” a source told Page Six at the time.

Scott and Tyga, 34, were both in the DJ booth when the “Highest in the Room” performer did not like something the emcee said, so he took the microphone, but Edwards, 38, encouraged him to “show love.”

“Travis was the aggressor,” our source claimed. “He and his team were being neurotic, erratic and crazy. He was there looking for a fight with anyone to be honest.”

Scott has not addressed the fight, but he was not arrested — and even received support from fellow celebrities like Odell Beckham Jr.

Since rising to fame, Scott has faced a few legal issues over the years. He was first arrested on charges of disorderly conduct after inciting concertgoers to rush the stage during his Lollapalooza set in 2015.

Two years later, he was arrested again on charges of inciting a riot, disorderly conduct and endangering the welfare of a minor after encouraging fans to join him onstage at a concert in Arkansas.

In November 2021, Scott hosted his annual Astroworld Festival , where a total of 10 people died as a result of a crowd crush in Houston. Police never filed charges against Scott, and a grand jury declined to indict him on any criminal counts in June 2023.
