Dates announced for the first Caribbean Charter Yacht Show in 2021

Exciting news: the dates have just been released for the very first annual Caribbean Charter Yacht Show. Held in partnership with the IGY Yacht Haven Grande St.Thomas and the International Yacht Brokers Association (IYBA) the charter show event will take place later this year, from December 9-12.
Who is the event for?
Taking place at Yacht Haven Grande Marina, St Thomas, in the US Virgin Islands , the show is specifically catered to the charter community's needs and will showcase the magnificent Caribbean charter fleet for the 2021-2022 season. It's a must-see for charterers keen to explore the region's outstanding natural beauty in the coming months.
Whilst the dates for this brand new event have been released, further details have yet to be announced. This includes information regarding the show agenda and discounts.

Business Highlight - International Yacht Brokers Association

With more than 1,500 members and growing, the International Yacht Brokers Association (IYBA) is the world's largest and most influential association for the yacht brokerage and charter industry. Established in 1987 and formerly known as the Florida Yacht Brokers Association, IYBA is dedicated to professionalism and ethics in all aspects of yacht transactions.
IYBA was created to unite those engaged in the yacht brokerage business for the purpose of promoting professionalism and cooperation among its members and to promote and maintain a high standard of conduct in the transacting of the yacht brokerage business. An IYBA established code of ethics encourages best practices when engaging in transactions with other member brokers and consumer protection is the premise for its increased level of professionalism. In the event of a disagreement amongst member brokers, the Ethics Committee is equipped to resolve disputes. IYBA maintains a presence at important industry events with the goal of removing barriers to commerce and improving consumer protections. IYBA also sponsors charitable events and assists in disaster relief efforts.
The Miami Yachts Show, held yearly in Miami, is owned jointly by the International Yacht Brokers Association and Informa Markets U.S. Boat Shows. The show represents a significant cornerstone of achievement to IYBA and the yacht brokerage community.
