The 43.5m/142'9" catamaran yacht 'This is It' offers the unmissable chance to charter a brand new superyacht, having only launched this year. Delivered by the Italian shipyard Tecnomar and featuring interior styling by Italian designer The Italian Sea Group this award winning yacht can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 cabins.

Built in 2024, This is It celebrates the ocean in style, offering relaxed luxury with her abundance of deck space and grants access to the world's most beautiful, hard-to-reach anchorages thanks to her shallow draft.

Guest Accommodation

This is It offers guest accommodation for up to 12 guests in 6 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 12 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht charter experience.

Onboard Comfort & Entertainment

Keeping comfortable and entertained on This is It is easy thanks to the available amenities such as a serene luxury spa, for the utmost in relaxation. Revive yourself after an intense workout in the sauna and in addition sit back with a glass of champagne in the deck jacuzzi.

Whatever your activities on your charter, you'll find some impressive features are seamlessly integrated to help you such as Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing you to stay connected at all times, should you wish. Built with a aluminium hull and aluminium superstructure, she offers greater on-board space and is more stable when at anchor thanks to her full-displacement hull. Powered by twin MTU engines, she comfortably cruises at 17 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 21 knots with a range of up to 3,600 nautical miles from her 53,000 litre fuel tanks at 10 knots.

When not cruising This is It has onboard an incredible selection of water toys and accessories for you and your guests to connect with the waters around you. Take to the sea on the Jet Skis offering you power and control on the water. Additionally, there are Jobe towable toys offering fun and adventure. In addition there are waterskis that are hugely entertaining whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro. If that isn't enough This is It also features a seabob, wakeboards, kayaks and kneeboards. When it comes to Tenders, This is It has you covered - with two tenders, including a 15m/49'3" Technohull Chase Tender.

Lo staff dimostra una professionalità e una cortesia che trasmettono tranquillità per la vacanza. Le imbarcazioni sono molto curate, e anche se possono verificarsi alcuni imprevisti, il personale si adopera senza indugi.

Viaggiare con Spartivento in barca a vela alle isole Eolie, dall’arrivo in base a Portorosa fino al rientro, è stato perfetto. Organizzazione al top, barca impeccabile, tutto come da contratto. Consigliatissimo.

Notevole esperienza condotta a bordo di un Lagoon 42 nuovissimo ed equipaggiato di tutto punto. Comfort e finiture degne di un cinque stelle ci hanno consentito di trascorrere una piacevolissima settimana per mare in giro tra le Eolie lontani dalla pazza folla ferragostana!

Per due estati differenti ho avuto la fortuna di navigare a bordo di una delle loro barche a vela e lasciarmi incantare dalla bellezza delle Isole Eolie, insieme ai miei amici. Il personale a terra e lo skipper hanno pensato a tutto e la nostra barca non ha mai dato problemi.

Vacanza alle isole Eolie indimenticabile, sia per la bellezza del posto che per l’ottimo servizio offerto da Spartivento! Catamarano di ultima generazione, tutto perfetto e soprattutto pulitissimo, non scontato per un charter in alta stagione.

Naviga in Italia con stile in un’imbarcazione più compatta, con costi più bassi e ottime prestazioni in tutte le andature.

Eight-Hour Private Catamaran Charter

Please pay your captain for the following.

• The captain’s fee & Fuel Charges are paid directly to the captain on the captain’s booking site . (The minimum tip suggested is 20%)
• If you would like a stewardess for the day, the captain can arrange that for you.
• The U. S. Coast Guard does not allow us to include the captain’s fee in the price of the boat. These are in addition to the boat rental.

Additional Information

• We can arrange the departure time to fit your schedule.
• We can accompany up to 13 guests per boat.
• Your confirmation email contains a payment link that can be shared with each guest for them to pay their portion directly.
• Should you tip your Captain? Your crew works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable and safe experience on the water. A 20% tip is the minimum amount suggested.
• What about the weather? If the weather is too dangerous to go out during your scheduled time, you will have the opportunity to reschedule or receive a full refund. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ONCE YOUR BOAT LEAVES THE DOCK.
• All of our boats have passed and are up-to-date with the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Vessel Safety Check!

Tarde perfecto. Reservamos la excursión de Roses, Cap Norfeu, baño y Cadaqués. La experiencia ha sido muy grata y placentera. Nos hemos podido bañar en aguas profundas y cristalinas y en todo el trayecto la tripulación ha sido de 10. El servicio de agua para beber es gratuita durante las 3 horas de trayecto. Recomiendo realizar esta experiencia en su visita a Roses.

Innovative, high-tech composite materials constitute most of the structure of our sailing catamarans: hulls, flybridge, decks, bulkheads and more. Fountaine Pajot has perfected a resin injection and infusion technique, an advanced technology that gives our boats all their robustness. Thanks to this expertise, we can make our catamarans considerably lighter while maintaining consistent quality . Injection also makes it possible to meet the most stringent environmental requirements, in line with the commitments of the Fountaine Pajot Group.

Sailing catamarans from 40 to 50 feet are built at the Aigrefeuille headquarters, a few kilometres from La Rochelle. Catamaran yachts from 51 to 80 feet are built in La Rochelle, France, where they benefit from a slipway.

It is essential to define your sailing program: define the size of the crew on board, the level of sailing knowledge, the sailing project and the target sailing area. Every project is different. The ergonomics of Fountaine Pajot catamarans have been designed to facilitate manoeuvring at the helm, enabling a small crew (2 persons) to manoeuvre the boat easily, both in port and at sea. The unique design of the helm station allows good communication between the aft cockpit and the Fly relaxation areas. Of course, your level of navigation will determine your ability to sail with two or more persons!

Our electric catamarans now feature a large surface area of solar panels, up to 2000 WC, perfectly integrated into the design of the coachroof. Combined with equipment such as wind turbines or hydro-generators, they compensate for the energy consumption generated by on-board use during cruising. Our delightfully spacious and comfortable 70-foot Catamaran OMBRE BLU³ is built by the cutting-edge shipyard Sunreef Yachts and provides incredible space both above and below decks, including three entertainment areas and bar.  The shaded aft cockpit area, all in teak, is 41 square meters and features two huge sunbeds, plus a sofa and a large dining table.  Teak stairs lead up to the 21 square meter Fly Bridge, which features a very spacious area with cushions for sunning and another large dining table, which is undercover. The foredecks also offer day sunning beds and cushions for you to enjoy whilst sailing or at anchor.

Our position

Trying Mama Rosa's Italian Touch in St. Pete

The pandemic has been a nightmare for Tampa area restaurants. Labor shortages and costs going up… it’s led to some great places closing their doors. The one that crushed me last month was when I visited Italia Mia in St. Pete. It has been my go to spot for great Chicken Parmesan ever since I moved to Florida 10 years ago. Truth be told, the last few visits were not so great, but I kept going thinking they were facing those pandemic problems I mentioned. Last month, I wanted to have Mason Dixon’s producer Andrew give the place a try. When I walked up, my heart sank. The doors were locked. It was dark inside. They were usually closed Mondays – but this wasn’t a Monday. And peeking through the windows, it was clear Italia Mia hadn’t been open for a few weeks if not months.

A guy who runs a marital arts gym next to Italia Mia told me the new owners couldn’t make it work. New owners? This was news to me. I’d noticed staff changes over the past year or so, but didn’t think much of it. Come to find out, those times I was not really enjoying the food… it was after the original owners had left. Some Q105 listeners let me know that they opened a new spot called Italian Touch. I looked the place up online and sure enough, there was the short Italian woman who’d served me many times right there on the hompeage. When I pulled up the menu, it was almost an exact match to Italia Mia. So after the show yesterday, off I went to see if the magic was still there.

The new place is nowhere near Italia Mia geographically. Mama Rosa’s Italian Kitchen is in the Kenneth City area (8211 46th Ave N, St. Petersburg, FL 33709). Although it’s far away, taste bud wise, it’s the 100% Italia Mia experience that I thought was long gone. As soon as I walked in that hypnotizing smell of great Italian food got me psyched. As I passed the counter and into the dining room, there she was… Mama Rosa. Working a room twice the size of Italia Mia all by herself, she frantically went from table to table. After the first bite of my salad, I knew my favorite spot for Italian is back. The dressing has that vinegar and garlic punch I loved at Italia Mia. When the Chicken Parmesan sub arrived, I attacked it viciously. It was just as I remembered… fresh bread with a crunch on the outside but chewy and soft inside, flavorful sauce and chicken prepared just right.

The daily lunch specials from Italia Mia are at Italian Touch too. With the prices of everything from gas to groceries going up, I don’t know how they can charge only $8.95. Choices include ravioli, lasagna, and one of my favorites – ziti with sausages, peppers and onions in marinara. Bread and salad is included. Lunch specials end at 3pm. A personal pizza with a topping is $9.95. I must’ve gone to Italia Mia 30 or 40 times before I ever tried their pizza because the Chicken Parm was my thing. But the pizza is fantastic too. You can get it by the slice during lunch hour.
