ISA Yachts 65m Classic superyacht Resilience hits the water

The 65 metre ISA  Classic superyacht now named Resilience has hit the water for the first time in Italy and is due to debut at the 2021 Monaco Yacht Show. 

Speaking about the project, Palumbo Superyachts chief executive Giuseppe Palumbo said: " Resilience is a project in which we have invested a lot and which fills us with enormous pride. 

"I thank the owner and his family who have given us their trust and who, by christening their yacht with this name, have expressed a feeling that has seen us all united and resilient against the pandemic."

Sold in 2017, the yacht features exterior design by  Enrico Gobbi of Team for Design , who has previously worked with the shipyard on a number of other projects.

Key features include a classic profile and innovative stern door aft that folds down to sea level. Combined with two side-opening transom doors, the beach club is extended into a 180 square metre area.

Decorated in shades of cobalt blue on metallic and lacquered surfaces, the beach club is accessed from an external staircase, internal staircase and transparent glass corridor that leads to the lower deck lobby and guest cabins.

The 1,400GT interior features six guest cabins, as well as a seventh convertible cabin. The full beam owner's suite is located forward of the main deck.

Other highlights include two swimming pools, a gym, a massage room with sea views, a Turkish bath, an outdoor cinema room, two Jetskis and two tenders.

ISA Classic 65 // Enrico Gobbi - Team for Design

Isa yachts started the construction of the isa classic 65, a design by enrico gobbi - team for design and will be launched in 2021..

The design studio of Enrico Gobbi created both the exterior and the interior design of the ISA Classic 65. The color scheme appears in a classy blue and white with a black antenna mast.

The yacht has two pools. One is on the sun deck forward, the other one is on the main deck aft and features a counterflow system. More recreational areas are a gym, a massage room with sea view, outdoor cinema, and a Turkish bath. For fun around the vessel are two tenders and two jet skis.

The ISA Classic 65 comes with a 180 sqm beach club

The extensive 180 sqm beach club of the ISA Classic 65 transforms by a folding down the 3.9 x 4m transom door and side platforms.

“Simultaneously, the corresponding portion of the aft swim platform tilts and aligns itself with the opened stern door, essentially creating a same-floor tailgate at the water level.”

“The gangway opening mechanism too is literally one of a kind. Designed to be installed sideways on the port side of the transom – rather than lengthwise – it is divided into two sections and provided with a pantograph retracting system (that, once the gangway is extended, shuts its lower part for aesthetic reasons). This system has been specifically engineered to allow for a 2.10-meter ceiling height throughout the whole beach club.”

ISA Yachts have shared the update on the construction of superyacht  ISA CLASSIC 65.  She is a 65-metre motor yacht currently in build at the shipyard facilities in Ancona, and yet to undergo the outfitting stage shortly. She was designed by Enrico Gobbi of Team For Design , who also created her interiors.

With a total gross tonnage of 1,300GT, the yacht will provide six guest cabins and an additional convertible cabin. Her notable features will include a full-beam master suite on the foredeck, a massive full-beam beach club with three transom doors and a huge pool.

Motor yacht ISA CLASSIC 65 is set for delivery in Spring 2021.

The Superyacht ISA Classic 65 resilience luxury interior sleeps up to 12 guests in 6 staterooms. She is also capable of carrying up to 16 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience. Construction & dimensions

ISA Classic 65 resilience features a Displacement Steel hull and Aluminium superstructure. She was built to Lloyds Register ✠ 100 – A1 – SSC – YACHT (P), MONO, G6, ✠ LMC, UMS, MCA LY3 classification society rules.

ISA Classic 65 resilience is equipped with a Non-retractable Fins for underway and at anchor stabilisation system which reduces roll motion effect and results in a smoother more enjoyable cruising experience underway.

Performance

Powered by 2 x MTU 12V 4000M63 2 х 1500 kW engines and driven by Shaft drive Superyacht ISA Classic 65 resilience is capable of a top speed of 16 knots, and comfortably cruises at 14 knots. With her 150000 litres fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 5500 nautical miles economic cruising speed. Her water tanks carry 34000 litres of fresh water.

The design by Andrea Vallicelli, developed from the 65m Granturismo platform, puts an emphasis on the outdoor experience without compromising the space and comfort that the owner would expect from a steel and aluminum displacement yacht. 

The Route 66 with her ample and expansive deck spaces is indeed designed for owners who love the sea and like to be outside. Among her features a large beach area enhances this concept of connection to the sea.
