Guests will however still be able to disembark at anytime and join the shore easily, or reembark the boat after their visit , thanks to the private boat tender service Le Yacht will offer.

“ Y Le Yacht ” accommodations: With only 20 ultra-luxury suites, guests will have an opportunity to live the vibrant lifestyle across the desert and the Persian Gulf and its surrounding new city of the world during the day, while knowing that at the end of the day or at anytime, they will be able to get back to the peaceful and quiet environment of their private yacht cruising without a sound, all around the Sea or anchored in one of the cities or resorts docks. All accommodations will be spacious contemporary design sea view suites which will include personal butler service.

There will be: - 2 ultra large suite cabin of 48 square meters (520 sq.ft) - 12 large suites of 30 square meters (330 sq.ft) - 6 suites of 25 square meters (275 sq.ft) Suites will be able to be inter-connected to create larger accommodation as desired.

“ Y Le Yacht ” amenities: Wellness: With an ultra-luxurious spa including 3 massage rooms, a sauna, a steam room and a gym with private trainers, guests will be able to enjoy the wellness philosophy of their journey, embracing the mystical power of the sea, discovering their senses, and elevating their spirits.

“ Y Le Yacht ” will also have a superb outdoor pool where guests will be able to swim peacefully while cruising the waters of the Gulf.

Gastronomy: The gastronomical worldclass restaurant on board with its private Michelin star chef will treat guests to a true culinary experience. Visitors to New York are drawn to the non-stop hustle and bustle found in areas like Manhattan.

And while that's part of the excitement of being in the Big Apple, there are also times when you need somewhere quiet and relaxing to recharge your batteries.

Currently under development, Y Le Yacht will offer its guests the never previously experienced option of visiting Manhattan while based in an eco-friendly, floating luxury hotel.

Y Le Yacht will be propelled entirely electrically, with multiple stabilisers for a completely smooth ride, smart air conditioning and a host of other technological innovations.

Guest will be accommodated in 20 ultra-luxury suites and can experience Y Le Yacht's gastronomical, world class restaurant onboard with its own private Michelin star chef.

While the first Le Yacht will be in Manhattan, there are already plans for Y Le Yachts in other major destinations including Miami, Monaco, Geneva, Dubai, Shanghai, Paris, Montenegro and San Francisco.

Fast Luxury Carbon Superyachts for sale made of carbon are much lighter than those made of GRP or aluminum. In light winds, sails can already be set on them, and on the regatta course they perform much better.

GREAT DESIGN

YYachts owners should feel comfortable on board. That’s why we only work with the most renowned designers such as Sir David Chipperfield, Bill Tripp,Lorenzo Argento, Design Unlimited, Surge Projects or Norm Architects.

EASY HANDLING

All lines and winches are located near the helmsman’s seat – this guarantees easy handling of the yacht with a very small crew. For cruising,all YYachts models have a self-tacking jib.

We are thrilled to share that YYachts has just completed its busiest delivery season since the company’s inception seven years ago. This season, we successfully delivered five new Y7s, serviced two Y7s over the winter, and handed over one Y8.

REGATTA DEBUT FOR OUR NEW Y8

After a very successful world premiere in Palma de Mallorca our new Y8 set off to Italy before returning now to Mallorca for her second major appearance. From June 19 to 22, the new Y8 CALBASH will be competing in the Superyacht Cup, one of the world’s most prestigious regattas.

SUPERYACHT IN THE BALTIC

We are delighted to once again be exhibiting a Y7 at the ancora Yachtfestival. The 22-metre sloop will be the largest yacht at the show. After an extremely successful Palma International Boat Show, the next show is already on the horizon for our shipyard.

The 28.49m/93'6" motor yacht 'Le Pacha' was built by Dragos Yachts in Turkey at their Antalya shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Koray Ünsal and she was delivered to her owner in January 2010. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Koray Ünsal.

Le Pacha has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 5 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Range & Performance

Le Pacha is built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks. Le Pacha comfortably cruises at 12 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 14 knots with a range of up to 2,500 nautical miles from her 25,000 litre fuel tanks. Her water tanks store around 8,000 Litres of fresh water. She was built to RINA (Registro Italiano Navale) ✠ 100 - A - 1.1 classification society rules.

Kyle richards gets matching tattoo with daughters farrah and sophia: ‘lucky’.

Kyle Richards has added some more ink to her tattoo collection.

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star debuted her newest tattoo on Friday — the word “lucky” — which is a design she now shares with her daughters Sophia Umansky, 24, and Farrah Aldjufrie, 35.

In Sophia’s latest TikTok video , all three family members took turns laying on a tattoo table while an artist wrote the word on their sides. She set the clip to a remix of Rihanna’s “If It’s Lovin’ That You Want.”

“Matching tattoos with mommy & Farrah Brittany,” Sophia captioned the clip.

Sophia also gave her followers a more behind-the-scenes look in her Tuesday vlog .

After showing off her coffee run with co-workers, Sophia returned home where she announced, “My mom has some friends over. They’re getting tattoos and drinking wine so I’m going to go downstairs and join them.”

The “friends” mentioned in the video turned out to reveal the family received a visit from Kesha — who also got a tattoo at their home. Though, the singer opted for a different design and had the words “Joy Ride” written on her arm.

Richards is also mom to daughters Portia, 16, and Alexia, 28. She shares her youngest three daughters with her estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky. The Bravolebrity welcomed Farrah during her previous marriage to Guraish Aldjufrie.

Ahead of her and Umansky’s separation in July 2023 , her tattoos became a topic of contention with The Agency founder as cameras covered the lead-up to their split in Season 13 of the reality series.

At the time, Richards was seen spending a lot of time with her heavily tattooed friend Morgan Wade, sparking rumors that the two were dating.

The rumors were fueled further when Wade was seen on camera getting a tattoo of Richards’ initials . Fans also believed her tattoo of a cowboy hat , which she got in March, was a nod to her rumored romance as Wade is a country music artist.

Richards is no stranger to sharing ink with others. Her sister Kathy Hilton revealed she, Richards and Morgan Wade all got matching artwork on a November 2023 episode of “Watch What Happens Live.”

When Andy Cohen asked if she’d met her sister’s friend, Hilton answered, “Mmm hmm,” and sneakily raised the hem of her skirt to reveal a design that wasn’t quite visible to the camera. She teased the artwork and told viewers, “Four-leaf clovers are my favorite thing.”

Hilton went on to give Wade her stamp of approval, saying, “I love her. She is a very humble, wonderful, lovely girl and very talented. Seeing her on stage is really something.”

Not Hollywood Royalty? Here’s How to Enjoy Lake Como on the Cheap.

Stars like George Clooney frequent this scenic corner of northern Italy, but you might be surprised by how affordable it can be. Here’s an insider’s guide.

Lake Como, in northern Italy, conjures images of glistening blue water, opulent villas and villages where celebrities like Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce, and Amal and George Clooney try to dodge the paparazzi.

But you don’t have to be Hollywood royalty, or a billionaire, to enjoy the famous, mountain-ringed lake.

In the decade that my family has been visiting Lake Como in the summers, we’ve discovered a range of ways to save money: Stay farther away from the water, for example, and take advantage of free or low-cost activities like hiking, visiting museums and riding bikes.

Here’s how to sample the sparkle of Lake Como without breaking the bank.

Avoid A-list destinations

Lake Como, a one- to two-hour drive north of Milan, is shaped like an upside-down Y. To get a sense of distance, consider that the drive from the town of Como, at the southern end of the western branch, to Colico, at the northern end of the lake, takes a little over an hour.

Prime lakeside destinations include Lecco, a small city at the southern end of the eastern branch; the town of Bellagio, in the fork of the Y; and Varenna, a village on the eastern shore. These towns tend to have the priciest accommodations and restaurants, so you’ll get more bang for your buck if you look to other villages and towns instead.

Stay at guesthouses and farms

Guesthouses, a less expensive option than hotels, may lack certain amenities, but make up the difference with authenticity and welcoming hosts.

About an hour’s drive north of Como, Le Radici Agriturismo offers comfortable accommodations on a hillside farm that grows much of the food served by its on-site restaurant. Rooms, available April through October, start at €90, about $98, a night with breakfast.

In the mountains between the branches of the lake, a 40-minute drive from Como or Lecco, you’ll find Da Mara, Lago di Como, where an apartment with a living room, bedroom and kitchen, breakfast included, starts at €40 a night.

Agriturismo La Vecchia Chioderia , a property that raises its own pork and trout near the midlake town of Menaggio, also offers double rooms, with breakfast included, starting at €60. It’s also near Parco Val Sanagra, a local park where you can take an easy, scenic hike and return for a lunch of freshly caught fish.

In Colico, a cozy double room with a water view at Rosina House e Chalet starts at about €98, and rooms at the chic bed-and-breakfast Foresteria Ca Di Nadin start at €110. Both are within walking distance of Spiaggia Ontano and Spiaggia di Piona , two public beaches.

Float away from the masses

Avoid the crowds in Como, Lecco, Varenna and Bellagio by hopping on a ferry to a postcard-worthy destination like Tremezzina. An adult ticket for a ferry will set you back €6 to €13 , depending on distance. Remember, the lake, mountains and piazzas look just as beautiful from a ferry as they do from a yacht — and there’s sometimes a bar on board, too.

Once you’re there, walk along the Greenway, a six-mile path that winds from the village of Colonno, around farms and over creeks, past gelaterias, cafes and cobblestone alleys, to the village of Griante. Alternatively, rent a regular or an electric bike from the many shops nearby and pedal at your own leisure.

Go jump in the lake

You don’t need to stay at a five-star hotel to get access to a five-star beach. Many towns, including Bellagio , Lenno and Lecco , have their own municipal beaches — just ask locals to direct you to a spiaggia libera, or free beach.

Spiaggia di Lierna , in Lierna, among the top public beaches on the lake, is a 30-minute train ride from Lecco. There, you can enjoy the cool, crystal clear water or rent a catamaran. A nearby cafe, Riva Bianca Bar Pizzeria, serves pizzas for as little as €6.

In Colico, you’ll find the bucolic Spiaggia di Piona , a grassy beach on a secluded bay. Nearby are hiking paths of varying difficulty with views of the lake, the 1,000-year-old Piona Abbey and the Del Risti winery , which offers tours and tastings paired with local cheeses and cold cuts. Book your tour online for €48 per person; the winery has a minibus that picks up visitors near the beach.

Head for the high country

Though the lake is the region’s main attraction, the surrounding mountains offer hikes of varying difficulty, altitude and length.

Sentiero Spirito del Bosco , or Spirit of the Woods Trail, in Canzo, near Lecco, is an easy, entertaining trail that takes about an hour and is lined with quirky wooden sculptures of animals and mythical characters, like elves and gnomes.

Along the trail, two farms, Agriturismo in Valentina and Rifugio Terz’Alpe , offer hikers a chance to refuel with a rustic meal of homemade cheese and salami, polenta and a flat local buckwheat pasta called pizzoccheri. Two main courses and a cheese plate at either place will set you back a total of €25 to €30.

For those who would rather skip the sweaty walk and cut straight to the views, the lake abounds with funiculars and cable cars , including one that ascends about 1,600 vertical feet from the town of Como to Brunate every 30 minutes until midnight and costs €6.60 round-trip.

In Lecco, the Piani d’Erna Funivia cable car takes visitors about 2,600 feet up to a grassy mountaintop with panoramic views of the water. Nearby, the adventure park Parco Avventura tempts thrill seekers with ropes courses, zip lines and more. Tickets for the cable car start at €12 round-trip, and entry to the park starts at €12 (depending on how many adventure routes you want to try).

Explore a grand villa and gardens

The Villa del Balbianello and its surrounding gardens, in Tremezzina, have a rich history going back hundreds of years. Built for a cardinal in the 18th century, the villa was once owned by Guido Monzino, a count who led the first Italian expedition to the summit of Mount Everest. Art and objects that he collected on his travels adorn the glamorous Neoclassical building, including an 18th-century Venetian globe, a collection of Inuit ivory carvings and the sled in which the count reached the North Pole in 1971. Now run by the National Trust of Italy, it has been a setting for movies like “Casino Royale” and “Star Wars: Episode II — Attack of the Clones.”

Entry includes a 45-minute tour and costs €24 for adults. You must book online — and well ahead of time. The villa is one of Lake Como’s most popular attractions.

In Bellagio, wander the peaceful 19th-century Gardens of Villa Melzi , which feature a photogenic lily pond and a blue-and-white pavilion with views of the lake, as well as 250 different types of camellias and a large tulip tree. Entry is €10.
