General Arrangement

Specifications

• 5 cabin guest layout incorporating two aft VIP staterooms on the lower deck. (N.B. Saloon dining table to seat up to 10 people with 2 additional chairs provided) • Remote control for engines/thrusters with plug in point either side of wheelhouse (MTU engines only). • Hydraulic system combining fully proportional speed controlled bow & stern thruster and windlass system is supplied as standard. Each engine drives its own hydraulic pump with cross connections allowing any hydraulic systems to be supplied from either engine. • Fin stabiliser system to provide stabilisation underway and also zero speed stabilisation. An additional electro-hydraulic motor powers the system for zero speed stabilisation when the main engines are shut down. • Crew accommodation area furniture is in white finish as standard. Galley area units are in white finish and servery in boat timber. • Rovere Oak interior wood gloss finish (with walnut interior floors where specified as standard). • Servery, helm and upper lobby are fitted with timber flooring as standard.Saloon/dining, guest cabins, lower lobby and crew cabins are fitted with carpet as standard.Crew lobby and galley are fitted with with high wear vinyl safety flooring as standard. • One of the forward lower deck staterooms to have single beds with powered sliding mechanism to convert to double bed.

• Alternative saloon layout with 2 x three seater sofas (one fitted forward and one to port side), two armchairs and circular coffee table. • Low level seating stools (2) to be supplied for starboard side main deck saloon. • Saloon starboard side sliding doors in place of full height window. • Electrically operated sliding door between dining area and main lobby. • Spa bath on flybridge. • Standard flybridge layout comprises ‘L’ shaped seating to port with 2 x Dedon Lounge coffee tables. ‘U’ shaped seating to starboard dining table (with removable centre section) and 2 x Zidz Carver chairs (includes cushion in owners choice fabric). • Standard Galley appliances include a Miele single oven, Miele hob & extractor, Miele microwave combination oven, Miele fullsizedishwasher, Miele built-in coffee machine, 2 x full height fridge freezer (296 + 100 lts each).An ice maker and wine cooler are located in the servery area.A Miele washing machine and separate tumble dryer are located in the crew area.Galley and servery worktops are in Black Quartz as standard. • Fit trash compactor in galley. • Master and guest bathrooms incorporate heated towel rails and have marble or granite worktops and floors (To be chosen from the Princess Desgin Studio standard stone range).Crew bathroom worktops and floors are solid surface Koko white. • Heated towel rail to be fitted in crew bathroom (note not possible in the captains cabin)

• Sun awning covering area 4m aft of flybridge hardtop (featuring carbon fibre poles, stainless steel fixtures, lightweight hydrophobic canvas top with hidden pulley system). • Continental 220v/240v sockets. • Bow docking lights (stern docking lights are standard). • Underwater lighting to aft hull sides (Ocean LED XFM 250 i.e. 5 per side). • Icemaker fitted in cockpit bar (icemakers are fitted as standard in servery and in flybridge bar). • Drawer fridge (100 ltr) fitted in flybridge wetbar. • Foredeck area to have waterproof speakers and local control (linked to saloon system). • Marine router acting as a single control point for Satphone (when selected), 3G/4G services and marine Wi-Fi networks. Easily accessedand controlled via a web browser on any connected device, the router allows the owner and/or crew to control and restrict internet connections and access to the Satphone. Wi-Fi coverage is provided throughout the vessel including crew and external guest areas. • Standard navigation equipment incorporates a “glass bridge” display with 2 x Raymarine 15.4” gS series high definition screens in the wheelhouse with remote control and 1 x 15.4”gS series screen on the flybridge.Wheelhouse screens display radar, chart plotter, GPS, and CCTV (engine instrumentation are displayed at both control positions via HD screens). The headquarters and main shipyard, it covers an area of 121.000 sqm and it is specialized in the construction of fiberglass yachts of up to 23M.

The Azimut service, outfitting and delivery center located in Savona’s Marina.

The shipyard and styling lounge dedicated to the production of Azimut Yachts over 24M and of the Benetti Superyachts from 24 to 100M. Viareggio is also the Lusben historical headquarters for the refit&repair of yachts up to 30M.

Benetti’s facility for the construction of superyachts from 24 to 100M, to date it is the largest active shipyard in the world. Here, Lusben is able to operate refit&repair projects for Gigayachts up to 120M.

The shipyard is dedicated to the production of the Magellano and S Series of Azimut.

Who are the Hindujas? Meet the Indian-British billionaires jailed for exploiting domestic workers in Switzerland

Four members of the UK's richest family have been sentenced to jail in Switzerland for worker exploitation.

Indian-born tycoon Prakash Hinduja, his wife Kamal, son Ajay and daughter-in-law Namrata, were convicted for exploiting domestic workers at their lakeside villa in Switzerland. 

They seized the workers' passports, barred them from going out and made them work up to 18 hours a day.

The family received between four and four-and-a-half years in prison.

So, who is the billionaire family? 

Britain's richest family 

Last month, the family — which is behind the Hinduja Group — topped the Sunday Times Rich list in the UK, with a combined fortune worth 37.2 billion pound ($70.8b).

They are also ranked among Asia's top 20 wealthiest families. 

The Hinduja Group is an Indian transnational conglomerate in sectors including information technology, media, power, real estate and health care. 

It is fronted by chairman Gopi Hinduja, an Indian-British billionaire who is Prakash Hinduja's brother. 

Prakash is chair of the Hinduja Group in Europe and managed the group's operations in Geneva. 

He and his wife currently live in Monaco, Forbes reports, and own real estate in London — including the Raffles London hotel. 

Hinduja, 79, was convicted in 2007 on similar charges and a separate tax case brought by Swiss authorities is pending against him.

He obtained Swiss citizenship in 2000 after setting up residence in the country in the 1980s. 

His younger brother Ashok oversees the Indian interests of the group. 

A climate of fear

The court said the four were guilty of exploiting the workers and providing unauthorised employment, giving meagre if any health benefits and paying wages that were less than one-10th the pay for such jobs in Switzerland.

Prosecutors said workers described a "climate of fear" instituted by Kamal Hinduja, 75.

Prosecutor Yves Bertossa accused the Hindujas of spending "more on their dog than on their domestic employees".

The family paid the household staff about 325 Swiss francs ($545) a month, up to 90 per cent less than the going rate, the judge said.

The workers were mostly illiterate Indians who were paid not in Swiss francs but in Indian rupees, deposited in banks back home that they couldn't access.

Workers were forced to work with little or no vacation time, and worked extended hours for receptions.

They slept in the basement, sometimes on a mattress on the floor.

What is the sentence?

Ajay Hinduja and his wife Namrata were sentenced to four years in jail, while his mother and father were jailed for four and a half years. 

They were not in court during the verdict. 

A fifth defendant — Najib Ziazi, the family’s business manager — received an 18-month suspended sentence.

Last week, it emerged in court that the family had reached an undisclosed settlement with the plaintiffs.

Swiss authorities have seized diamonds, rubies, a platinum necklace and other jewellery and assets in anticipation that they could be used to pay for legal fees and possible penalties.

Following the verdict, prosecutor Yves Bertossa requested an immediate detention order for Ajay and Namrata Hinduja, claiming a flight risk.

The judge denied the request, accepting the defence argument that the family had ties to Switzerland. It noted that Kamal Hinduja was hospitalised in Monaco and the three other family members were at her bedside.

Both the elder Hindujas had been absent since the start of the trial for health reasons.

Family say the truth will prevail

In a statement issued on behalf of the family, lawyers said they would appeal. 

The statement read: "Our clients have been acquitted of all human trafficking charges. We are appalled and disappointed by the rest of the decision made in this court of first instance, and we have of course filed an appeal to the higher court thereby making this part of the judgement not effective. 

"Under Swiss law, the presumption of innocence is paramount till a final judgement by the highest adjudicating authority is enforced.

"Contrary to some media reports, there is no effective detention for any members of the family. 

"It should also be recalled that the plaintiffs in this case had withdrawn their respective complaints after declaring to the court that they had never intended to be involved in such proceedings. 

"The family has full faith in the judicial process and remains confident that the truth will prevail." ABC/AP

Trump's Promise if Re-Elected: "The Largest Deportation Operation in U.S. History"

F ive days before the presidential debate, former President Donald Trump once again made immigrants the focus of his campaign, as he did in 2016.

At a large rally in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the Republican candidate reiterated his promise to "initiate the largest deportation operation in U.S. history" and to close the southern border if re-elected according to El Espaniol.

Using the same strategy that helped propel his previous campaign, Trump accused immigrants of being the root of the country's biggest problems.

Blaming Immigrants for National Issues

In his speech, Trump referred to many immigrants as "drug dealers, gang members, and murderers," falsely claiming they take jobs away from Americans, especially Latinos and African Americans.

He cited recent incidents involving foreign suspects, such as the murder of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray in Houston, Texas, for which two Venezuelans were arrested and charged.

"They crossed our border claiming to fear for their lives in Venezuela, but you know, crime in Venezuela has gone down... because they've brought all the criminals here," he said to applause.

Controversial Proposals and Criticism of Biden

Trump also mentioned the arrest of an Ecuadorian accused of raping a 13-year-old girl in New York, and recent charges against a Salvadoran for the rape and murder of Rachel Morin, a mother of five in Maryland.

In a joking tone, Trump suggested immigrants should have their own fighting league similar to the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship), proposing to his friend Dana White, UFC's president, to create a competition for immigrants that would be highly profitable.

"You're going to start a new fighting league with only immigrants... and at the end of the year, the immigrant champion will fight your champion (the UFC's), and I hate to tell you Dana, but I think the immigrant will win. That's how tough they are," Trump quipped, continuing his rhetoric that new arrivals are violent.

Rapper Travis Scott was arrested early today in Miami for disorderly intoxication and trespassing, according to Miami Beach Police public information.

The 33-year-old rapper was arrested at 4:35 a.m. after engaging in some sort of dispute with boat crew on a chartered yacht. Scott was arrested under his real name, Jacques Bermon Webster.

Scott was released on bond after paying $500 on the disorderly intoxication charge and $150 on the trespassing charge.

Officers report that the rapper had a “a strong smell of alcohol” on his breath.

According to the report, police told Scott to leave the dock, which he did, walking backwards and “yelling obscenities to the occupants of the vessel”.

Five minutes later, Scott returns and attempting to head back to the yacht. Disregarding officers’ commands to leave, Scott became “erratic”, shouting and disturbing local residents, police say.

Following his arrest, the police report says, “the defendant later admitted that he had been drinking alcohol and stated: ‘It’s Miami’.”

A local news outlet in Miami, WSVN News is reporting that Scott, following the first request to leave, “became irate screaming profanities, left and returned to disturb some more.”

Neither Miami Beach police nor Scott have made official statements on the incident as of yet.

The rapper is about to begin the second leg of his Circus Maximus tour, supporting his current Utopia album, which re-launches after a break on June 28 in the Netherlands.

In 2021, 10 people were killed and hundreds injured during a crowd surge at Scott’s performance at Houston’s Astroworld festival. He was not criminally charged in the incident.
