The Largest Top 100 Superyacht Launches of 2023

This year has seen an exceptional array of superyachts launched, from complex refits to technically advanced new builds. We take a look at six of the largest launches of the year, according to Superyachts.com’s Top 100 list of the largest yachts in the world.

Ranging from 90 to 145 metres in length, the five largest yachts launched in 2023 have certainly set the bar high for future launches. Three of the five largest yachts launched this year are Lürssen builds, as the German yard once again prevails as an esteemed industry leader. Freire Shipyard and Oceanco have also launched two exceptional vessels in 2023. 

145m - LUMINANCE

Builder: Lürssen

LUMINANCE was launched in February 2023: a highly anticipated project marking Lürssen’s eighth largest build. Her exterior design has been penned by Espen Oeino, marking the thirtieth collaboration between the designer and the shipyard. 

Her details have been kept tightly under wraps throughout her build process and following her launch, however she is said to have an internal volume of 9,000 GT and a beam of 20m, whilst bearing a steel hull and aluminium superstructure. 

According to Superyachts.com’s Top 100 list, LUMINANCE ranks as the 12th largest yacht in the world, marginally behind the Egyptian presidential yacht EL MAHROUSA which has an LOA of 145.7m. 

140m+ - Project ALI BABA

Despite an unintentional launch earlier this month due to a technical fault at her dock, Lürssen once again stunned the industry with the unveiling of the 140m+ Project ALI BABA. 

Whilst details of her build, design and specifications remain tightly under wraps, Project ALI BABA showcases a sleek, low grey profile, an elongated stretching bow, and two helipads. The industry had long awaited more news of ALI BABA’s build, as she was last seen in May 2022 during transport to begin her assembly. Following this unexpected launch and disruption, she is still on track to be delivered to her owner in 2024, recently moved to Lürssen’s Hamburg facilities for completion. 

With her official length still yet to be confirmed, Project ALI BABA will likely sit 16th in the Superyachts.com Top 100 largest yachts in the world, just behind Lloyd Werft's SOLARIS. 

In August, Lürssen launched its highly anticipated 122m JAG. She features an exterior design by Nuvolari Leanard: a sleek and sophisticated profile, with monochromatic black and white tones accented with splashes of red. Reymond Langton penned her interiors, and whilst they have not been revealed, we can only assume that they are just as eye-catching as her exterior design.

She can accommodate up to 20 guests across 11 staterooms with a crew of 40. She boasts exceptional space onboard, with a beam of 17.8m, making her a highly comfortable vessel. 

JAG ranks as the 32nd largest yacht in the world according to the Superyachts.com Top 100 list. 

114m - Project COSMOS

Project Cosmos was technically launched in March, known otherwise as Project 13759. Her first sighting was a highly exciting moment for the industry as, like LUMINANCE, little information has been revealed about the vessel. 

She has an interior volume of around 6300 GT, a beam of 18m, and a steel hull and aluminium superstructure. Notably, she is the first Lürssen superyacht to feature new fuel cell technology that significantly reduces emissions by avoiding greenhouse gases, contributing to a more sustainable superyacht future. 

Her technical launch revealed that Project Cosmos features a large aft deck and swimming pool, alongside a cut-out that we can presume will house a tender. 

According to Superyachts.com’s Top 100 listings, Project Cosmos ranks as the 45th largest yacht in the world. 

112m - RENAISSANCE

Builder: Freire Shipyard

RENAISSANCE was launched this year as Freire Shipyard’s new flagship motor yacht and the largest yacht ever to be built in Spain. Bannenberg & Rowell oversaw her exterior and interior design, of which her interiors boast neutral colours, tactile furnishings and highly usable spaces. 

She has six decks and can accommodate 36 passengers in 19 luxurious cabins. RENAISSANCE features a double-height dining saloon, a beach club and al fresco dining opportunities on four of the decks. She promises the ultimate relaxation retreat, with stunning views and a range of treatment rooms and salons, as well as an expansive beach club showcasing the latest water toys. 

Currently, she is the most expensive yacht on the charter market, with a starting price of three million euros a week in low season with Burgess. RENAISSANCE sits just behind Project Cosmos on the Top 100 list, ranking as the 47th largest yacht in the world.

105m - 1050H 

Builder: Oceanco

Superyacht standards were set very early on in 2023 with the launch of Oceanco’s 1050H on the 10th of January. She was one of the industry’s most closely-guarded secrets: neither a newbuild, refit, or conversion, representing a fundamental rebuild of unprecedented scale. 

1050H is a heritage superyacht that has been completely transformed: the first vessel that has been recreated to such an extent that no single element remains the same. She has a modern exterior aesthetic, with an entirely new superstructure, and with interiors penned by Reymond Langton Design. 

The Dutch yard commented: ‘At a time when yachting is increasingly mindful of the impact on the planet, bringing an existing superyacht up to date with contemporary standards can have as much, if not more, of a positive effect as a sustainable new build.’ This highlights the importance placed on sustainability, showing 1050H to be an exceptional vessel beyond aesthetics and performance. 

1050H ranks at 63rd on the Superyachts.com Top 100 list. 

2023 has been a remarkable year for superyacht launches, in particular with the emphasis placed on sustainability and future-proof design. These five vessels set the benchmark not only for 2024 launches, but for future yachts in general, as they all exude not only exceptional aesthetics and amenities but highly complex and innovative technical features.

The 10 Best New Superyachts at the Monaco Yacht Show This Year

The Monaco Yacht Show returns this year for its 32nd edition with a stellar lineup of yachts. The newly refitted 319-foot Carinthia VII and the head-turning 312-foot Kismet are two of the largest yachts confirmed to attend, while this year’s debuts include a dozen-plus new launches that may not be as large as some of the brokerage and charter gigayachts at the show but are still an impressive group in terms of design.

The newbies also seem to be broken out into distinctive colors this year, with the 262-foot scarlet-red Leona being the largest launch at the show, while the 174-foot Jewels , with its sky-blue hull will also stand out. Damen’s Bad Company Support has neon-pink lettering on the side, while Anjelif has a gold exterior, and Grey has a black superstructure and light-gray hull.

The Monaco event is the biggest yachting show to take place throughout Europe and the marquis event in the superyacht world. The organizers have been working hard to promote environmental innovations and educational trends taking place within yachting. The show will have design and innovation hubs, sustainability hub, and an adventure area. Of course, the big stars will be the fleet of 120 superyachts in Port Hercules.

Here are the 10 launches that we will definitely be visiting at the show.

‘Leona’ | Bilgin Yachts

The 262-foot Leona is Bilgin Yachts’s largest delivery to date. Even amid the glamour of Port Hercules, the full custom yacht will be hard to miss, thanks to a bright-scarlet hull that has earned the yacht the nickname “the Red Bullet.” The exterior is designed by Unique Yacht Design, and the interior is by H2 Yacht Design. The largest yacht to debut in Monaco this year, Leona is part of the Bilgin 263 series. It has the same lifting transom and large beach club pool as its sistership Tatiana . Another wow-factor feature includes a pair of Greek statues covered in fiber optics that give the impression of a star-studded night sky.

‘Alchemy’ | Rossinavi

With a design that was developed entirely over Zoom, Rossinavi’s tri-deck 216-foot Alchemy was built for an owner with a penchant for space. The result is more than 3,500 square feet of deck space, which holds large outdoor dining areas mated with dedicated bronzing and socializing areas and an on-deck Jacuzzi. The design employs Philippe Briand’s signature Vitruvius hull, while the contemporary interior was by Enrico Gobbi’s Team for Design.

‘Anjelif’ | Columbus Yachts

The 164-foot Anjelif is defined by its many technical innovations, including hybrid diesel-electric propulsion, an onboard sanitization system for the elimination of airborne viruses, and a touch-and-go helipad at the bow that converts into an open-air cinema. The all-aluminum, four-deck yacht delivered by Italian shipyard Columbus Yachts also boasts a gold exterior by Marco Casali of Too Design. The Italian studio used natural and sustainable materials to define the interior. Amenities include a gym on the main deck, a sauna, and treatment rooms.

‘Jewels’ | Turquoise Yachts

Turquoise Yachts’s 174-foot Jewels , with its sky-blue hull, will no doubt to turn heads wherever it ventures. The exterior design is the result of a first-time collaboration between the Turkish builder and Miami-based DeBasto Design. The interior is by British studio H2 Yacht Design to accommodates 12 guests. The boat, which has 720 gross tonnes of volume, boasts a large sundeck with spa pool, sunpads, bar, and socializing area.

‘Grey’ | Tankoa

Sporting a jet-black superstructure and light-gray hull, the aptly named Grey by Tankoa Yachts enjoys the same Paszkowski-designed profile as its sisterships Kinda and Olokun . But it’s the large glass-sided pool on the foredeck, paired with an outdoor cinema screen and integrated surround-sound speakers, that grab all the attention. A fold-down transom with extended swim platform, a beach club with side sea terraces, and a large sun deck with a second pool complete the 164-foot superyacht package.

‘X-Space’ | Sanlorenzo

X-Space by Sanlorenzo takes the use of onboard glass to a new level. Full-height windows, sliding-glass panes and “glass walls” in the guest cabins fill the interior with natural light. One of the yacht’s five decks is dedicated entirely to the owner, comprising multiple living areas, an office, and large master suite leading directly onto a private terrace at the bow. The exterior features include a 323-square-foot sunbathing deck and a swimming pool. Designed by Zuccon International Project, the 144-foot yacht is one of the Italian yard’s most anticipated launches to date.

‘Fancy’ | Nautor’s Swan

As the first hull in Nautor’s Swan’s 108 series, the 115-foot Fancy is one of a handful of sailing yachts making its world premiere at Monaco this year. Described by the shipyard as “the first in a new generation of Maxi Swans,” and sitting neatly between its Swan 98 and Swan 120 flagship, it mates a carbon hull with a sweeping and uncluttered resin-infused deck. The exterior design is by Micheletti + Partners, with naval architecture by German Frers.  

‘Ace’ | Conrad

The 145-foot yacht Ace built by Conrad Shipyard is the largest superyacht to come out of Poland. Its Reymond Langton exterior is defined by a “rolling wave” superstructure and an 82-foot sundeck with cinema screen and recessed infinity pool. Commissioned by a Swiss owner who requested an interior with an “Italian soul,” the full-custom boat sleeps 10 guests in five suites, with accommodations for a crew of nine. It marks the first hull in the Polish shipyard’s C144S series.

‘ArtExplorer’ | Perini Navi

When Robb Report reported on Frédéric Jousset’s idea for a floating gallery in 2021 , the art enthusiast’s vision was still a dream. Now it’s a 154-foot reality called ArtExplorer , debuting at Monaco this year. Built by Perini Navi to a design by naval architects Axel de Beaufort and Guillaume Verdier, it is the largest aluminum sailing catamaran in the world. Following the museum boat’s premiere at Monaco, it will sail the world, hosting immersive art exhibitions curated in collaboration with the Louvre Museum in Jousset’s bid to “democratize the arts.”

‘Bad Company Support’ | Damen

The 175-foot Bad Company Support is the first hull in Damen Yachting’s YS53 support vessel series. Commissioned by American tech entrepreneur Anthony Hsieh, the support vessel will be the largest boat in the serial yachtsman’s 10-strong fleet of vessels used for sportfishing expeditions and marine conservation. It’s also his first new build. Sporting an attention-grabbing neon pink name on its side, the support vessel has a 5,000 nautical mile range, a 15-ton deck crane, and IMO Tier III-compliant engines.

With the summer season now in full swing, we take a look at some of the newest additions to the charter fleet for 2023.

Launched by Golden Yachts last month, the 78m (255ft) superyacht O'REA  is scheduled for delivery to her owner this June, when she will be made available for charter around the sublime cruising grounds of Greece . 

Showcasing a sleek exterior with a plumb bow, the yacht has been designed with relaxation in mind, with plenty of areas onboard where guests can kick back, unwind and entertain in maximum comfort and style.

Highlights include : an expansive swimming pool on her main deck, health bar at the entrance of her lounge area and an abundance of top-quality spa facilities including a sauna, massage room and Hammam. 

Commissioned by highly experienced owners, you can be assured that the elegant 66m (216ft) Rossinavi superyacht ALCHEMY will offer everything you could possibly want on a luxury yacht charter.

Penned by the esteemed Philippe Briand for Vitruvius Yachts, the steel and aluminum motor yacht is a masterclass in design and innovation, with Enrico Gobbi at Team 4 Design heading up her interior scheme.

Highlights include : a spa-centered beach club, a suspended glass staircase, zen-calm interiors and a huge array of land and water toys

Marking her debut onto the world stage at the Palm Beach International Boat Show in March, the custom Amels 60 (196ft) superyacht ENTOURAGE offers her guests a floating oasis of luxury. 

Providing accommodation for 12 guests, she boasts an exceptionally well-equipped master cabin, comprising a dedicated lounge, two bathrooms and adjoining twin-bed guest suite, as well as a fold-down balcony providing glorious over-water views.

Highlights include : a vast sundeck where guests can sip drinks in her Jacuzzi pool or relax on sumptuous loungers, chic light-filled interiors, fold-down balconies and wide deck spaces offering endless opportunities to relax and unwind. 

Available for charter around the glittering coastline of Croatia this summer, the 52m (171ft) Custom sailing yacht SCORPIOS will cut a fine figure in the water as she powers along under sail. Showcasing a striking black hull and blonde teak decking, she is every inch the contemporary sailing yacht .

Her stylish flair continues into her beautiful interiors, featuring elegant herringbone wooden floors, plush carpets and sumptuous sofas, with discrete lighting adding a warm ambiance.

Highlights include : a sun-kissed flybridge offering guests a variety of options with far-reaching views across a number of zones; from her expansive forward dining area to her Jacuzzi with swim-up bar and semi-circular sunpads further aft. 

Marking Benetti ’s third hull in its award-winning B.Now 50 series, the 50m (164ft) superyacht FANTASEA is home to a wealth of charter-pleasing amenities and beautiful interiors that will have charter guests in raptures. 

Designed to reflect the characteristics of the owner’s unique vision and insight, the yacht offers up a wealth of interior and exterior relaxing and social spaces that flow harmoniously between one another.

Highlights include : her vast sundeck, stunning upper deck saloon and 36 square-meter waterside beach club with infinity pool and loungers.

ETERNAL SPARK

Marking the first hull in Bilgin Yacht ’s highly-anticipated 163 series, the 50m (163ft) superyacht ETERNAL SPARK is the perfect blend of performance, style and innovation. 

With a bright and airy scheme that has been cleverly engineered through the use of full-height windows and low external bulwarks, the motor yacht offers guests spacious living areas set across a unique layout, with accommodation for 12 in six luxurious suites. 

Highlights include : a convertible indoor movie theater, with an additional alfresco cinema set-up, oversized glass-walled Jacuzzi on her sundeck and a sunken-level beach club featuring a full-height Finnish sauna, ice fountain, entertainment system and wet bar.

Winning a special commendation award at the World Superyacht awards 2023 , charterers will not go far wrong in making 44m (145ft) yacht ACE  their top choice for their next luxury yacht vacation. 

Built by the up-and-coming Conrad Shipyard in Poland, the yacht is not just a pretty face. Featuring a slew of crowd-pleasing amenities, guests will also love her generous proportions and elegant interiors.

Highlights include : a sun-kissed top deck, featuring an infinity pool with a shaded nearby sit-up bar providing day-long refreshments. This area also benefits from an alfresco cinema set up for movie nights under the stars.  

Available for charter around the Mediterranean , the 40m (131ft) yacht LADY FIRST is the perfect platform for first-timers looking to dip their toes into the charter waters this summer.

Launched earlier this year as part of their Belissima 130 range, the Riva yacht is elegance personified.

Highlights include : a lavish, 60 square-meter beach club and a spacious sundeck that provides guests with ample alfresco outdoor entertainment spaces. Meanwhile, principle charterers are in for a treat with their own on-deck stateroom complete with a terrace and Jacuzzi that offers next level privacy and comfort for their yacht vacation.

Representing the second hull in Gulf Craft ’s Majesty 120 series, the 37m (121ft) superyacht OLIVIA will mark her debut onto the charter market in the celebrated cruising grounds of the West Mediterranean .

The yacht's tri-deck design offers ample spaces for socializing and relaxing, as well as a variety of interior and alfresco dining options.

Highlights include : an expansive sundeck with a beechwood finish wet bar and large Jacuzzi, a crowd-pleasing beach club and swim platform with retractable steps where guests can take to the warm Mediterranean sea on her array of toys and accessories. 

Set to welcome her first guests around the sublime cruising grounds of the East Mediterranean, the sumptuous 36m (117ft) yacht ANDIAMO makes a wonderfully comfortable choice for a luxury yacht charter this summer. 

The brand new Sanlorenzo SD118 has been purpose-built for outdoor living, with generous deck spaces offering swathes of sunbathing opportunities and plenty of lounging space. She also offers a great family-friendly layout; ideal for guests with children or groups of friends keen to experience the high life. 

Highlights include : a large swim platform and beach club stocked with an array of the latest water toys, exercise equipment, on-deck Jacuzzi and fold-down balconies in the main and upper deck salons. She also boasts a top speed of 19 knots, perfect for island hopping around the East Mediterranean.

Monaco, 27 September 2023 A diverse exhibition on display : 560 carefully selected exhibitors representing excellence and innovation in yachting are showcased on the docks: naval designers and architects, yacht equipment providers, service providers, as well as manufacturers of tenders and nautical gadgets. An impressive fleet : In total, 117 superyachts, including 3 exceptional catamarans, will be present at Port Hercule, making this event the ultimate gathering of maritime luxury. New horizons : 45 yachts launched in 2023 are on display, alongside 16 yachts launched or refitted in 2022. This impressive fleet includes 61 yachts less than 2 years old, a remarkable proportion of 52% of the MYS yacht fleet. Yacht builders and brokers : the show welcomes 58 yachts presented by shipyards (representing 49.60% of the fleet) and 59 yachts presented by brokers (constituting 50.4% of the fleet). This balance ensures a diverse presentation of new builds and charter yachts. Luxury tenders : to complement the superyachts, 61 luxury tenders will be exhibited, including 2 extraordinary submarines, adding an extra touch of prestige to the event. An adventurous spirit : Beyond the sea, MYS 2023 emphasizes both land and air with 30 cars and motorcycles on display in the adventure area, as well as 2 helicopters, offering a truly immersive experience for all visitors .

10 Small Superyachts That Offer Supersized Interiors

Sunreef 100

For many yacht owners, the solution to finding more space aboard for friends and family is summed up by that immortal line by Chief Brody in Jaws: “You’re gonna need a bigger boat.”

Until now, bigger has typically meant longer. But that’s quickly changing as more and more builders are creating interior volume by going wider and taller. For disrupter builder Wally Yachts and its polarizing new Wallywhy 150—which refers to its internal volume rather than the boat’s length—the quirky design is said to deliver 50 percent more space than more traditional 78-footers.

Other builders like Princess have been in the game since 2021. Its X95 first appeared several years ago, effectively throwing down the gauntlet as a way forward for sub-100-foot yachts to supersize both interior and exterior volumes.

Since then, many other builders of small superyachts have jumped on board, with designs that typically have somewhat bloated profiles, far-forward main suites, and open transoms—features all designed to maximize space but minimize length.

Here are 10 new yachts 100 feet and under that are breaking the mold in an attempt to dominate the nautical space race.

It’s no wonder that disrupter Italian builder Wally—now part of the Ferretti Group—calls its latest head-turner a “spaceship.” Claiming up to 50 percent more space than comparable 78-footers, the 150 (named after interior volume rather than length) has standout features like a main salon with over eight feet of headroom, and a beam of more than 22 feet. The pragmatic design includes a one-level main deck attached to an open rear cockpit that offers easy access to the water. Its most noteworthy feature is the rule-breaking, full-beam master suite tucked into the bow on the main deck. It has wraparound glass—stretching all the way around the bow—for panorama-like views from the main bedroom. Priced from about $6.7 million.

Lazzara UHV 87

Short for Ultra High Volume, this new Turkish-built pocket superyacht is a sistership to Lazzara’s UHV 100 and 125 models. The newest Lazzara boasts an impressive 2,153 square feet of interior space in its 87-foot length. Arguably, the boat is not pretty in a classic sense. The towering hull sides, blunt, plumb bow, and dark-tinted glass make it look more like a dinner cruiser than a mini-superyacht. But the interior space is astonishing, from the cavernous Sky Lounge, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, to the salon with a separate, chandelier-lit dining area and chef’s galley. With a fuel capacity of 3,000 gals, the twin 1,000 hp Volvo D13s deliver a top speed of 16 knots. The boat also has transatlantic range. Base price starts at about $10.9 million.

Sunseeker 100 Yacht

Movie nights under the stars should have a whole new appeal aboard UK builder Sunseeker’s brand-new 98-footer. Lie back on the yacht’s extra-wide foredeck sunpad and watch the latest blockbuster on a 140-inch screen with laser projection. Or, if you’re the lucky owner, stargaze from your private terrace tucked away in the bow, just steps from the full-beam main-deck master suite, with atrium-style glass sliding doors. One of the best innovations here is the wide, uninterrupted walkway around the entire top deck, which provides safe, easy access from the flybridge to the forward entertaining space. With its twin 2,600 hp V16 MTU diesels, top speed is an impressive 29 knots. Priced from about $10.5 million.

Azimut Grande 26M

For its brand-new Grande 26M compact superyacht, Italian builder Azimut has gone extra wide to create massive interior and exterior spaces. Spatial highlights include a full-width flybridge that’s almost 20 feet across and close to 40 feet long, and a foredeck entertaining area that seems more like an outdoor patio. The Alberto Mancini-styled go-fast cruiser is crammed with space-enhancing innovations, such as a teak-decked garage door that, at the touch of a button, hinges upwards to extend the rear cockpit by almost five feet. New ZF pod drives coupled to the yacht’s twin 1,650 hp MAN V12 diesels also save space. It is priced from about $6.2 million.

Princess X95

As we said during our 2021 tour of Britain’s Princess Yachts’ tri-deck X95 “When it comes to the polarizing, head-spinning design, there are no half-measures, no in-betweens. You either love it. Or loathe it.” But what those eye-popping lines hide is perhaps the most spacious 95-foot luxury cruiser in the category. Reckoned to be some 40 percent roomier than cruisers with the same length, the X95 has stretch-out accommodations for up to 10 in five cabins and living spaces that rival most apartments. The flybridge covers almost the entire length of the yacht. The 100 is also fast, with twin 1,990 hp MAN V12s delivering a top speed of 23 knots. Prices start at about $12 million.

Extra X96 Triplex

This broad-beamed 96-footer is from the Italian builder Extra Yachts, which is part of the Palumbo Superyachts Group. While it’s called the Triplex, there are actually four levels if you include the cozy upper sundeck with its outdoor kitchen, dining area, and oversized sunpads. The exterior comes courtesy of Italian designer Francesco Guida, while interiors are by Milan-based Hot Labs. Both teams have made the most of the yacht’s class-leading 25-foot beam. Notable features include a vast full-beam master on the main level and an upper salon dedicated entirely to dining, with a table for 10, an open chef’s galley, and an adjoining outdoor bar. Twin Volvo IPS1350s deliver a 16.5-knot top speed. Priced from $12 million.

This Sunreef power catamaran’s beam spans a staggering 44 feet, offering the kind of interior and exterior spaces you only get with superyachts twice the length. Every element of the yacht is XXL-size—from the massive hydraulic swim platform to the full-width flybridge that covers almost 1,000 square feet. Down in the salon is a huge 11-seat U-shaped bar that would delight any mixologist. The five staterooms in the twin hulls have space for 10. A pair of 1,300 hp MAN V8 diesels delivers a six-knot top speed. It is priced from about $15.3 million.

Absolute Navetta 75

In Italian, the word “navetta” translates to “little ship.” Which is a perfect description for Absolute’s new 75-foot fast cruiser. It’s an evolution of the strong-selling Navetta 73 but with nearly two feet of extra length. The yacht’s expansive interior volumes will remain the same, with features like a forward master stateroom on its own level that has a private entrance steps away from the main salon. The salon features floor-to-ceiling glass, with full views of the water, courtesy of open bulwarks. Twin 1,000 hp Volvo IPS1350 diesels deliver a top speed of 25 knots. Pricing starts at about $4 million.

Arcadia A96

Cross a spacious Miami high-rise penthouse with a Canyon Ranch spa and the result could be this new 96-foot superyacht from Italian builder Arcadia. Boasting a remarkable 4,300 square feet of total living space, there’s room for 12 guests and five crew. And the living spaces even expand, courtesy of fold-down terraces in the main salon and on the rear deck. But the yacht’s focus on wellness and healthy living sets it apart. That expansive, teak-decked foredeck, spanning over 500 square feet, is perfect for yoga sessions or meditation, while the cockpit and beach club offer another 1,000 square feet of social space. For extra peace and quiet at anchor, solar panels can provide up to nine hours of generator-free power.

Numarine 26XP Fast

Think of it as offering pace, with space. Turkish yard Numarine has been building its bold 85-foot 26XP explorer style mini-superyacht since 2018, but later this year, it will launch the U.S.-focused 26XP Fast. Instead of slow-churning 435 hp diesels and nine-knot cruising, it’s bolting-in a pair of mighty 1,800 hp MAN V12s and modifying the hull to deliver a top speed of 31 knots. What hasn’t changed is the XP’s cavernous interior and expensive deck space. Take the top-deck flybridge which, thanks to the yacht’s 21-foot beam and far-forward helm, spans over 700 square feet. That space will include a dining table for eight, a full outdoor kitchen, and more lounges than a Saint-Tropez beach bar. Prices start from $6.95 million.

Just weeks after tying the knot with  Leah Shafer , the  Below Deck Mediterranean  captain confirmed she had invited Andy to the superyacht wedding ceremony in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The  Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen  host was, unfortunately, unable to attend the event; however, he made sure to celebrate the special day with a thoughtful gesture.

“He was very generous — he sent us a very generous gift,” Captain Sandy said in a recent interview with  Us Weekly . “He actually wanted to come. He said, ‘Yes, send me the invite.’ It would have been awesome to have him there but it was really sweet — his message and his gift.”

Sandy and Leah’s wedding went down May 11 on a 54-meter superyacht, dubbed She’s a 10 Too. The captain said guests included executive producer Nadine Rajabi, Vice President of Current Production for Bravo Josh Brown,  Below Deck  alum  Kate Chastain ,  Below Deck Mediterranean  chief stew  Aesha Scott , and Chef  Dave White .

“We only had a capacity of 60 people,” Sandy revealed. “So with our family and our intimate friends, it was hard to invite people that we really wanted there from Bravo. So we had the people that have been in our lives since the beginning. Because they saw me, [when] I was single when I started the show. Then everybody knows when I met Leah because that’s all I talked about… [We had] Nadine there and Josh Brown and just people that have been in my life from NBC. We really wanted people there [such as] Kate Chastain [even though] we’re not in each other’s lives on a daily basis. And then Aesha Scott, of course.”

Sandy reportedly met Leah in 2018 and popped the question  more than five years later. Andy reacted to the engagement during the September 18, 2023 episode of WWHL : “Speaking of engaged, mazel tov to Captain Sandy on her engagement. That is so great. They are such a great couple. I love them together and they’re so in love, and I’m just so happy for them.”

After living in Colorado for several years, the couple decided to start their marriage in St. John’s County, Florida, where they are currently building a home . “At this stage of our lives … every moment we have together, we make it into a honeymoon,” Leah said. “Like, it doesn’t have to be set days. Sandy agreed: “We’re just to find this kind of love at this stage in our lives and to have the acceptance by our family and friends. It really is a beautiful love story and celebration, and that’s the truth.”

My boyfriend took me here as a pregame for dinner around the block, and I was pleasantly surprised! Neighbors has a hipster, laid-back, yet intentionally weird but unique vibe. We were there just for drinks, but I would love to stop by again to try the food, which seems like a great place to have a nightcap lol. Great place for a date or catching up with friends too. I could even see this place being a speakeasy if they figured out a clever entrance, or maybe having people enter through the kitchen through a fake refrigerator door or something. There is a ton of variety on the drink menu, and I had a hard time choosing which one I wanted! Must mean that I'll have to come back. There was also a small insert in the menu for a special drink, the mall karate, and proceeds of it went to send one of their bartenders, ryan, to Portland for a competitive cocktail competition/convention. When we heard about that, we definitely wanted to help out and ordered the mall karate, which happened to sound delicious too. I would recommend that a small description about Ryan's trip be included, because at first without asking, we had no idea why there was a person named Ryan going to Portland lol. But was excited to help out when we learned about it! We went with a mall karate, and I had the pornstar martini. Also Arnold Palmer jello shots for $2? Count me in! Loved the vibes, the drinks, and the service was great as well. Will definitely be back!

This little cutie is a gem. Their crafted cocktails are top notch... strong and tasty! Outdoor + indoor seating options in a chill and vibe-y little downtown spot... with a designated parking lot!! No paying and searching to park. Whew! We enjoyed the hot dogs and fries... to accompany our drinks. The dogs are pink (and delicious) for all you folks who get weirded out. Fries were a straight dupe of McDonald's heavenly sticks. The drinks were so good we couldn't stop. We started with the Pornstar Martini and Yachts on the Reg, then moved to the Dangerously Unskilled. Pornstar is served as a cocktail + a side car of Champagne! You'll be feeling it. The Yacht is a clear strawberry daiquiri served chilled... deliciously smooth. Then the Dangerously Unskilled is basically a watermelon Margarita... with a spice on the backside (white pepper). Finished it off with a classic Pina Colada for dessert. Bartenders are so helpful and made us feel right at home from the second we walked in. We sat outside at a picnic table under the fan and enjoyed the perfect summer evening!

We took the new downtown trolley bus to visit this fairly new Bar/Restaurant because we had heard a lot about it. Very glad we did! The drinks are really inventive and tasty - you can tell this is a bartender owned place. They have some unique beer selections for Greensboro and many fun drinks. They also have hot dogs, barbecue (not really NC style), and some sandwiches that seemed very popular. The staff seemed very nice and were happy to deliver great service. They have plenty of parking and are next to Joymongers if you are already planning to visit the area. We will be back!

I am SO incredibly excited to write this review! Neighbors is just what downtown Greensboro needed! Located directly behind Joymongers (but has its own convenient parking lot off Simpson Street), Neighbors is a fun, eclectic (and gives off a Florida vibe) bar with a limited menu of hotdogs, brisket, and other traditional barbecue or cookout items. My friend and I have been dying to try this place and finally had a chance on a Wednesday evening. We stopped in about 6:30, and the crowd was light but steady. We each tried a few different cocktails and loved them all! The cocktails are elevated, original, yet fun spins on traditional drinks like a daiquiri or margarita. We tried the following drinks (love the names!) Pornstar Martini Dangerously Unskilled Dumb Starbucks (try it with regular tequila if Mezcal's not your jam) Yachts on the Reg Late Night Slices at Sticks (which inspired us to do just that!) Each cocktail has its own unique flavor, and they were so tasty we came back after dinner for a nightcap. We did not try the food on this visit as we were craving pizza, but I definitely will in the future. I love the takeaway window and that the whole establishment is opened until 2am. Not that I typically stay out that late, but it seems like most places close so early nowadays so this is a nice option. The bartenders were super fun and friendly, and offered their advice for drinks to try. Highly recommend stopping in at this fun spot when in the downtown area!

I may need to start direct depositing part of my paycheck here... I don't know where to start so...in the beginning, a bunch of beverage and food-making experts banded together to create a space where everyone could hang out for dinner, drinks, late-night snacks, and even dessert. The service is friendly, fun, and customer-focused. The choices vary by week and lots of regular food and drink specials. Hours are 4pm-2am Wednesday-Sunday and adds to the late-night options in Greensboro! Highly recommended!!

I accidentally discovered this bar a few weeks ago and I'm so happy I did! The inside is really cute and cozy and the staff is really nice. Their menu has some unique drinks which I loved because a lot of bars seem to have the same drinks. I got a pornstar martini which was delicious and came with a side of champagne. I also got a pimento cheese sandwich which was really good and I love that they offer food late at night since most places don't. I definitely recommend & can't wait to go back soon

Neighbors has ribs after midnight. It has ribs after midnight. After midnight, they have ribs. Five stars. I forgot to take pictures here and I always will.

This was our 2nd time eating here and we weren't as impressed as we were opening weekend. They did seem to have some of their kinks worked out this time around, such as service and telling us that there were condiments available, instead of leaving us guessing, but the brisket is bland. They do have BBQ sauces available, but for the price of the brisket, you'd think there would be more flavor. It is a small space with limited seating, so be prepared, you may have to wait for a table or stand at a bar table until a seat opens. The staff are all kind and knowledgeable and the place has a nice vibe. Next time I'll try the hotdogs that people are raving about.

Stopped by on opening weekend for date night and boy was I glad I did. This place is a perfect little eclectic spot with delicious food and drink. The vibe felt straight out of East Austin with pink walls, kitschy art, creative cocktails, and the smell of brisket wafting through the air. Can't say anything like this exists in GSO right now. Food and cocktails were excellent. A simple sandwich with mayo and pickles showed off well-smoked brisket. Beef tallow fries were perfectly crisp, salty, and delicious. Deviled egg fillings were spiked with a nice tangy mustard. Ordered the Dumb Starbucks cocktail and it balanced mezcal and coffee perfectly. Service was slammed so I'm hesitant to judge it on this visit (wasn't bad, but they were in the weeds for sure) but I'll be back for sure.

It’s the dead of summer, it’s hot (probably, wherever you are), which means — of course — it’s time to cool down with some TV.

The return of Justified (via streaming platform reboot, like so much these days) might not help with that. Timothy Olyphant has always been one of the smoothest-talking (and hottest) men to grace the television screen, and his Raylan Givens is no exception. Is the trip outside Kentucky is worth it? We’ll see this week.

Stepping off the big screen, Nicole Kidman is moving from cultural ambassador (in AMC’s preshow ) to CIA director, starring in the Paramount Plus’ new Taylor Sheridan show Special Ops: Lioness opposite Zoe Saldaña.

New shows on Netflix

Sweet magnolias season 3.

Genre: Romantic drama Release date: July 20 Showrunner/creator: Sheryl J. Anderson Cast: JoAnna Garcia Swisher, Brooke Elliott, Heather Headley, Jamie Lynn Spears, and more

The feel-good Netflix series is back — based on the novels by Sherryl Woods, Sweet Magnolias is still following three lifelong friends in a small Southern town. Season 3 picks up after the brawl at Sullivan’s, with each of the women looking for ways to help their community while also facing difficult decisions about their own lives.

New shows on Hulu

Justified: city primeval.

Genre: Crime thriller Release date: July 18 on FX with two episodes; July 19 on Hulu Showrunners/creators: Dave Andron and Michael Dinner Cast: Timothy Olyphant, Boyd Holbrook, Aunjanue Ellis, and more

Olyphant’s smooth-talking U.S. marshal has left Kentucky for greener — or, at least, more urban — pastures. The Justified reboot finds him in Detroit, balancing life as a marshal, a father, and a law enforcement officer squaring off with a violent sociopath .

Praise Petey

Genre: Animated comedy Release date: July 21 at 10 p.m. EDT on Freeform with two episodes; July 22 on Hulu Showrunner/creator: Anna Drezen Cast: Annie Murphy, Christine Baranski, Stephen Root, John Cho, and Kiersey Clemons

Just when Annie Murphy thought she was done with a well-curated NYC life crashing down around her and forcing her to move back to a small town — well, that’s about where the similarities between Praise Petey and Schitt’s Creek end. Petey (short for Petra) gets a mysterious gift from her deceased father: taking over as leader of his small-town cult, New Utopia! Now she’s girlbossing her way through the role, and trying to bring this cult to the modern era.

It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia season 16 finale

Genre: Debauched comedy Release date: July 19 at 10 p.m. EDT/PDT on FXX; July 20 on Hulu Showrunners/creators: Rob McElhenney, Charlie Day, and Glenn Howerton Cast: Glenn Howerton, Charlie Day, Kaitlin Olson, Danny DeVito, and Rob McElhenney

FXX’s (historically) long running comedy wraps up its 16th season on Wednesday (and streaming the next day on Hulu). True to form , it ends on a funny note: Dennis taking a mental health day — and, of course, running into rage-inducing trouble every step of the way.

New shows on Paramount Plus

Special ops: lioness.

Genre: Spy thriller Release date: July 23 Showrunner/creator: Taylor Sheridan Cast: Zoe Saldaña, Nicole Kidman, Michael Kelly, Morgan Freeman, Laysla De Oliveira

This Paramount Plus show — the latest from Yellowstone creator Taylor Sheridan — is inspired by an actual U.S. military program, tracking the Lioness Program overseen by Kaitlyn Meade (Kidman) and Donald Westfield (Kelly). At the center of it is Joe (Saldaña) as she, as the Paramount summary puts it, “attempts to balance her personal and professional life as the tip of the CIA’s spear in the war on terror.”

New shows on Peacock

Below deck down under season 2.

Genre: Upstairs/downstairs reality show Release date: July 17 at 8 p.m. EDT; July 18 on Peacock Cast: Jason Chambers, Aesha Scott, and other below deck (eyyy) crewmembers

The third spinoff of the very popular Below Deck reunites Captain Jason and Chief Stew Aesha for another soapy, drama-filled 150-foot-plus superyacht. You’d be surprised how much they can pack into just six weeks of shooting, but: anchors aweigh!

The yacht-spotter's guide to the F1 Monaco Grand Prix

Every year, Monaco’s Grand Prix pulls in some of the fleet’s finest superyachts for a weekend of adrenaline-fuelled F1 action and A-lister events in the heart of the principality. Yachts moored stern to the circuit have a premium vantage point over the cars tearing around the track, while superyachts at anchor can enjoy all the Formula One buzz with the added benefit of privacy and seclusion.

Renaissance

Length : 111.9m Builder : Freire

Renaissance is the largest private yacht built in Spain and one of the world's most expensive charter yachts . Which is quite the feat for Freire, a commercial shipyard that has built only one private yacht in the past. With 7,200GT to play with, her list of amenities include a sushi bar, a dedicated hair and beauty salon, a ballet bar with a mirror for stretching and two cinemas – one indoor, one outdoor. The owner's deck is described as "palatial" and comes with its own a media room, a lounge with bar and dining and a private terrace with a Jacuzzi for six.

Length : 52.1m Builder : Sanlorenzo

Spotted pulling into port with a Bugatti on the aft, Seven Sins is the perfect yacht for soaking up the Formula One action. She is part of Sanlorenzo's hugely successful 52Steel series, with features including a glass-bottomed pool on the aft that floods the beach club below with light. Her palatial interior design offers plenty of space for kicking back and watching the races in a more relaxed setting and her sharp Officina Italiana Design exterior is sure to attract attention in Monaco harbour. 

Length : 90m Builder : Benetti

Lionheart was launched in 2016 as the shipyard's largest build to date, though she was surpassed by the 107-metre Mar (ex Lana ) four years later. She was the third yacht to be ordered from Benetti by the same owner, Sir Philip Green. While her curvy exterior and private balconies will be visible to those visiting Port Hercule this weekend, interiors have always been shrouded in secrecy. It is known that  Stefano Natucci  collaborated with Benetti on the exterior design and Green & Mingarelli Design  is responsible for the interior design.

Fountainhead

Length : 87.8m   Builder : Feadship

Created with family use in mind, Fountainhead features a recreation room and library that can be converted into cabins to supplement the six existing guest cabins and owner's suite. She was designed by De Voogt Naval Architects and Sinot Yacht Design , though "a signature blend of art, antiques and aesthetics" by Belgian artist Axel Vervoordt are also displayed throughout.  Leisure highlights include a fully-equipped gym with health club, a contra-flow swimming pool and a tender garage that houses wave runners, kayaks, surfboard and diving equipment, among others. The superyacht is named after the famous novel by Ayn Rand.

Coral Ocean

Length : 72.6m Builder : Lürssen

A World Superyacht Award winner, Coral Ocean earned the judges' commendation following a sensitive, multi-million refit that converted the heritage vessel into a successful charter platform. All deck spaces were upgraded, including a reimagined sundeck that now houses a glass-sided spa pool, sunbathing and observation deck and a central deckhouse with a television lounge, dining area and bar. Coral Ocean was one of the largest launches of 1994 and her secrecy for the first two decades of her life solidified her as an icon for the German shipyard. She is owned by Australian garbage waste disposal giant Ian Malouf. 

Length : 72m   Builder : Lürssen

Delivered in 2006, Titania  (ex Apoise ) was put up for auction by her owner in 2010 and was snapped up for €33.75 million – roughly half the estimated value – by Phones4U tycoon John Caudwell. He then went on to refit, lengthen and rename the superyacht, which he discusses in an exclusive interview with BOAT International . Designed by Espen Øino and Francois Zuretti , the Lürssen was the star yacht in season six of The Crown and is a popular charter yacht. No wonder, as she sports a beach club that can be converted into a nightclub, an onboard masseuse and beautician and an impressive array of watersports – including a waterpark and a 12.7-metre slide.

Length : 70m Builder : Royal Denship

Force Blue first hit the water in 2002 as the 63.3-metre Big Roi , a trawler-style expedition yacht that has since been refitted to varying degrees. The most recent work was done at Lusben in 2022 and involved a seven-metre stern extension to allow for a large, wrap-around swim platform. The main deck was extended in the process as well. Design highlights include a black-tiled spa (with heated massage table), a cinema, a barbecue and dining area that turns into a disco and a dining room that doubles as a conference space. An elevator serves all decks.

Length : 67.5m Builder : Icon Yachts

The flagship of the Dutch shipyard, Loon (ex Icon ) is now anchored in Port Hercule where she is likely to cause another social media sensation . She was delivered in 2010 to a design by RWD , with clean, contemporary interiors by Studio Linse . A raised main deck pool is one of her many highlights with two panels of glass that filter natural light into the beach club below. A bar, gym, massage room and sauna are also found at this level. Loon was sold to a new owner in April 2023, after which she joined the charter fleet with IYC .

Length : 66m   Builder : Oceanco

AHS has undergone numerous name changes (she was sold and renamed mostly recently in January ) but started life as Dilbar in 2005. A successful charter yacht, she can be easily distinguished in port by her classic canoe stern. An interior by the late Alberto Pinto provides accommodation across eight cabins, including a full-beam owner's suite with its own lounge and adjoining private office. Other highlights include an outdoor cinema, a beamy sundeck with 19,000-litre pool and a helipad that transforms into a sun lounge.

Length : 49.9m Builder : Zepter

The Croatian yard's first superyacht offering, JoyMe is usually berthed in Cap d’Ail but has been sighted in Monaco for the past two Grands Prix. She’s one of the most recognisable yachts at the event, with her custom red and white exterior and unusual eye motif – said to be the eyes of the commissioning owner’s daughter. Leisure highlights include a Pop Art-inspired interior by  Marijana Radovic , a sundeck with a 3.5-metre Jacuzzi and a lower deck arranged with a gym, Finnish sauna and Hammam spa with sea views. Accommodation is across five cabins, including the "VIP deck" owner's cabin which has a walk-in bathroom, lounge and private sunbathing platform on the bow.

Length : 45.2m Builder : Royal Hakvoort

The most recent delivery on the list, Milele is one of this year's World Superyacht Award winners . According to the judges, she stood out thanks to her "incredible build quality” and surprising spaces on board. Most notable of these is the innovative foredeck garage, which stores a submarine and crane, and has a full entertainment suite with a large television screen built into its hatch. She was designed inside and out by Omega Architects with an efficient hull design by Van Oossanen Naval Architects .
