Is transportation from the hotel included?

No, transportation is not included. You can add transportation from your hotel to the departure point, by easily selecting any of the prompt options to “Add Transportation to Tour” throughout the purchase process. We highly recommend selecting this option as the van pick you at your hotel lobby and transfer you directly to the boat departure point.

Are there any vegetarian options?

The buffet we offer has salads, vegetables, and fruits available. At the moment we do not offer a full vegan or vegetarian menu, but please write down in the comment section if you are vegan, vegetarian, or allergic to any ingredients.

How many people can be on the Catamaran?

You will be placed on a catamaran that best suits your group. Catamataran capacity can be from 40+ passengers.

The catamaran was the best party of the day. The beach party was rubbish and the beach itself was horrible and the food was very basic

The service was just fine. Everyone was very nice. However, it was definitely a "drunken co-ed" vibe, and that was just not what we were looking for. Loud music, and a guy dressed up in a bra and wig pouring shots into people's mouths on the way back. That's not our vibe, but if that's what you're looking for... The sea was quite choppy where we were let out to snorkel. Obviously, they can't control that, but it was so rough you really couldn't see anything. We were quite rushed, and they only provided masks and snorkels, no fins (they did provide life vests). I had my own equipment, including fins, and I actually had to help a lady who was starting to panic, as she was swallowing. I had to grab her and tow her in as the guides were yelling at us to hurry up. Finally a guide came back and helped. Not a super great experience. The beach club was ok. The food was mediocre, but that's to be expected. The beach area was crowded and smelled of raw sewage.

Booking and payment for the day trip to Isla Mujares was easy. But the prepaid, prearranged transportation to the marina was late picking us up at our resort and dropped us off at the wrong marina!! We felt like we were asked to pay more to get to the correct launch point and boat. Luckily the tour operator was also operating at this marina and was able to add us onto a departing boat for the day, with only 15 minutes to spare! Otherwise, we would have missed our boat. But the tour operator was great, and the day went well from there. Lunch on the island was a little chaotic, with hundreds of other tours congregating at the same lunch spot.

How long is the tour?

The initial fee includes a 4-hour tour. If you wish, you have the option to add extra hours during the checkout process and include them in your total payment.

A five-star experience, I must say! Captain Bertrand was an incredible host, a true bon vivant, and an absolute master in the kitchen. We snorkeled, paddleboarded, and swam in stunning locations, far from the  crowds. We were even fortunate enough to encounter some tortues sauvages along the way. The boat is in excellent condition, and the crew members are exceptionally accommodating. I highly recommend it if you are seeking a private charter with great value. C'est magnifique!

Our catamaran charter to Isla Mujeres  was AWESOME! The boat was big, comfy, and clean. The host was nice and very fun. He took us to beautiful places and let us swim. The food was yummy. I loved it! 5 stars!

• Optional hotel pickup & drop-off is available from most Cancun & Riviera Maya hotels. No pickups are possible south of Dreams Tulum hotel. Please arrange pickup from your hotel or a nearby location when you call to confirm your reservation.
• Check-in is 30 minutes prior to the departure time. If you opt for hotel pickup, please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
• Hotel pick up commence prior to departure time (Catamarans depart at 10:00 and 12:00 hours)

What you can expect

Cruise away from Cancun's sun-soaked coast to head to the pristine shores of Isla Mujeres. Spend the day sailing on a catamaran with plenty of room to stretch out, do some snorkeling in the island's brilliant blue water, hang out at a private beach club, visit Playa Norte, and swing through Isla Mujeres to do some leisurely window shopping.

Start your Caribbean adventure at Marina Las Perlas, located in the Hotel Zone in Cancun. Board a majestic catamaran and set your sights Isla Mujeres while the crew casts off your mooring lines. Grab a seat on the open-air deck and let the gentle breeze cool you as you cruise.

When you reach the edge of the Great Mayan Reef—the world's second largest—enjoy the snorkel experience for about 20 minutes to do some underwater exploring. Spot schools of tropical fish, look for graceful sea turtles, and watch delicate coral sway in the ocean current. For more fun, also try the Spinnaker and let the wind carry you up to 16ft (5m) above the sea, and then plunge back into the warm waters of the Caribbean Sea.

Afterward, dry off quickly in the Caribbean sun and grab a drink from the open bar before you anchor up at a private beach club in Isla Mujeres, where you can relax and tuck into a tasty buffet lunch. Head into town and spend the afternoon working on your tan at beachfront bars at Playa Norte beach, famous for its crystal clear turquoise waters. You can also decide to rent a golf cart to tour the island, or go shopping in the colorful shops that beckon visitors away from the surf, before sailing back to Cancun.

There are several upgrades available for additional inclusions. You can select convenient roundtrip transportation from your hotel, and add open bar service at the beach club in Isla Mujeres; or you can opt for a luxury experience in a more exclusive setting, to sail with a smaller group on a deluxe catamaran, with premium drinks, and Zama Beach Club, considered the first and original luxury beach club in Isla Mujeres .
