The New Diamond Superyacht Project is a series of four motor yachts, sizes ranging in size from 70 to 85 – 105 – 120 meters in length. The yacht design “New Diamond 70” is the latest new studio work by AVADESIGN Yachts Projects Prato, as led by designer Andrea Vasto.
The 70m New Diamond Superyacht Design Project - Underway
The New Diamond Project 70 m superyacht was realized by the designer, James Edmund van der Merwe who has followed the development of graphic concepts and assisted by the architect and designer Andrea Cardinal Fabio Vasta, members of the study AVADESIGN.
The first project presented here is the New Diamond 70. She is to be made of high strength steel with an aluminium alloy superstructure, a four bridges, and with lines which are very tense and with a strong character design. The aim of the designers of in AVADESIGN is to respect the concept on all future models, increasing only measures and bridges, keeping the lines very similar and identifiable series.

The series of 4-Motor Yacht New Diamond will be hyper and Eco-Friendly and very innovative. This Super-Yachts 4 bridges, 70 m. will have the classification “Green Star” certificate and a double class, Rina and Lloyds. The Yacht has low power consumption and reduced emissions, a range for long ocean crossings, at a cruising speed of 16 knots. The hybrid propulsion, uses two diesel and two electric motors coupled to two gas turbines, thus achieving a considerable power, but also energy and cost savings of all respect and low environmental impact.

In recent days, after having made several drafts of the project and after several meetings with members to discuss the details of the study, began the design of the three other models of larger sizes and in the meantime is completing the interior design for 70 m, particularly for fittings and furnishings, with the choice of materials and finishes.
The New Diamond 70m. is characterized by a design that shows a strong personality, a very clear cut lines and strict, these details, even appreciated by an owner interested in the Russian project, which has contacted us after the last show in Monaco.
The 70m New Diamond Superyacht Design Project - From Above
The energetic and muscular design make this boat a jewel of modern luxury yacht.
The peculiarity of this yacht are many: Inverted bow with two garages hidden for tender flush with the floor, a swimming pool, two Spa Pools in a triangular sun deck with bar and roof of the cabin has room on the fly opening with adjustable sections made with solar panels. But the strength of the project but can be detected especially in the stern of the yacht, in fact the hatch opening and sliding on the sofas upstairs is made with a particular and special thick transparent resin, which may be necessary obscured by electrified liquid crystal placed inside, creating a shaded area if necessary also on the Main Deck.
The beach area of the Lower Deck has a swimming pool at the center of 3x 5.5 m. equipped with air movement of water that produces the artificial current to swim stationary.
Around the area Swimming-pool open spaces for relaxing and an American bar, sofas and armchairs, gym equipment, sauna and shower and an area for storage of accessories for diving.
The ceiling of this room is partly made of laminated glass on the pool and is supported by a sturdy metal cross, allowing light to filter in the lower floor of the beach club.
At the center of the floor is glazed with a building with a spa pool support with waterfall made of glass and metal structure and connected to the pool below the floor of the main deck is equipped with two sofas on the floor of glass, as well as armchairs and deck around the Spa Pool, relaxing outdoors.
Finally on the Fly is completely private, in addition to the room owner, find out a triangular Spa Pool for a game of inside perspective seems to be completely suspended on the sea, in front of an American bar equipped with sofas and chairs, loungers outdoor , armchairs, tables and accessories gym.

For guests on the main deck the yacht has four cabins, a VIP two doubles and one twin bridges connected by stairs and elevator, a master suite of nearly 60 square meters. Fly on the concluding night for a total of 10/12 beds for guests.

Completing the interior, relaxation lounges, a bar, a cinema room and a dining area for 12/14 people on the upper deck, which opens on two sides with sliding glass doors, while the central wall of glass with more vertical opening, made in four sections folding, the same as local beach club on the lower deck, all accompanied by the angular sofas around the entire perimeter of the balcony outside.
This superyacht has two tenders placed in two garages on the foredeck and a tender ecologically driven solely by electric motor, totally powered by solar panels for zero emission and navigation in total silence, four jet skis and a helipad with helicopter private extreme bow for the journey between the ship and the mainland.

Luxury motor yacht SHERAKHAN is one of the most impressive superyachts available for charter. A major refit of her interiors was completed in 2017.
Superyacht SHERAKHAN’S luxury interior décor and layout works very well to give a feeling of grandeur and comfort. The added extras such as the glass bottom Spa Pool , 8 meter inflatable slide and the themed cabins make this yacht one of the very best available for charter. Superyacht Sherakhan is available in the Caribbean and Mediterranean Seas and also cruises further afield offering some once in a life time adventure charters. SHERAKHAN is presently seriously considering cruising to Patagonia for the Antarctic winter.
In 2014 Sherakhan underwent a refit at ICON Yachts and again in 2017.
M/Y SHERAKHAN is the culmination of a dream for her owner. Whether it be the luxury dining room for 26 guests with its massive 7m Atrium, bathed in natural light filtered down through the glass bottomed Spa Pool. (Seating 18) or the Joy of standing in the lookout house perched above the sundeck a massive 20m above the water line. Suites range from 30-50 square meters and are impressive for their decor, style and of course sheer size.
A note by the designer…
Once you set foot on the gangway, you will be surprised by the beautiful details, the enormous deck areas, astonishing woodwork and the incredible choice of outside furniture! We are sure you have never experienced a view as marvelous as the one from the look-out house. The Spa Pool is very big (18 people)and of course we have a complete B.B.Q. area
When you finally come inside, you will be surprised by the beam of the yacht. The main saloon is about 20 meters long and 9 meters wide. The style is cozy and, what we think is the most important, homely. Every single guest on MY Sherakhan must immediately have the feeling that this is their home and can relax the way they want!
The main saloon is visually divided into two areas; On one side we find the dining area; with a beautiful table, where 26 people can be seated. On both sides of the dining table there are 2 impressive stairs which will lead you to the owner’s deck. When you sit at the dining table and look up, you will be impressed by the atrium. You can look completely to the roof of the yacht where the Spa Pool with glass bottom is situated. The enormous chandelier is of course specially designed for this area of 7 meters of height.
The other side of the saloon is furnished to relax. Nice cozy couches, homely armchairs, enormous vases, a fireplace, a flat screen television, a bar where you can sit down to enjoy your drinks and of course a little podium with a white grand piano. Although the area is big, you will never have the chance to feel “lost”. From this area you have a nice view on the aft deck where the outside dining table is situated.
When you walk through this area and pass the dining table, you will enter the vestibule. Here you can choose to go down to the beauty salon and the suites on the accommodation deck or even go to the fitness-massage, sauna and Spa Pool on the lower deck. When you go straight on from the vestibule, you will first meet the ladies room on one side and on the other side the library. After passing a door, you will come to the corridor on which at either side 2 spacious suites are situated. All four of them have sizes like 38 square meters with an en-suite bathroom which have baths and showers as well. (The size of 38 m2 is only the suite; it does not include the bathroom!)
The suites:
Our feeling about a big yacht is that also the suites must be large! When guests want to have some privacy, not only during the night…, they must experience all the luxury of a 5 star accommodation and of course be surrounded by a nice furnished and decorated ambiance. All the double beds are king size. All suites are equipped with a television, DVD, stereo, mini bar, safe, air-conditioning/ heating, a vanity table/desk, a computer point, relaxing chairs, saloon table, a very spacious walk-in closet, bathroom with toilet, bidet, bath (Spa Pool), double basin and shower. On the art impression you have some idea of the style which will be fitted in these areas. The way the woodwork is done, is astonishing! Nice and with unexpected details…..
Accommodation deck:
On the accommodation deck, you will find 4 suites. The smallest will be 34 m2 and the biggest 37,3 m2. They will be fitted just like all the others. Of course there will be differences in colors and decorations, but not in luxury! You also will find a children’s themed cabin, (Only designed for children! So no access for people above the age of 13! Little people also have the right to have their own party…….) and a security cabin. These cabins are connected with the 2 suites next door, but can also be used completely separately.
The last area of importance on this deck is the beauty salon. The beauty salon is also fully equipped hair- and nail studio. So the guests can be pampered as much as they want!
Lower deck:
When you walk down the stairs, at the end of the corridor on the accommodation deck, you will enter a world of body pleasure! First take a drink at the bar to get used to the idea of exercise, then some fitness on the most modern equipment, followed by a well-deserved massage, going into the sauna to give your body the most precious rest and end up in the Spa Pool to cool down! What more can a person wish for…..?
Apart from all the equipment available here, the area in which this is situated is a feast for the eyes. Because of its location, completely in the front of the ship, below decks, the area is built like an American loft. Something like this hasn’t been shown before, fantastic mosaics will amaze you.
Owners deck:
We leave this deck and follow our “tour” to the saloon on the owners deck. The one you can reach from the vestibule on the main deck or with the stairs besides the dining table. When you come by the 2 enormous stairs, your attention will be attracted by the spectacular view down on the dining table. There is a vacant space of 6 meters long and 3 meters wide! In this way, the areas are not completely separated but in a creative way connected with each other. The saloon is further furnished with exclusive and comfortable chairs, a bar with an integrated piano and a dance floor for the people who cannot control their feet! During the day time, this area will be quite popular! It is great for reading and relaxing when the sun is too hot or having a drink or playing some chess. During the night this saloon will be perfect for having swinging cocktails before dinner. In the meantime the crew can set a wonderful decorated table and the guests will be surprised when they walk down the stairs to enjoy their dinner!
Besides the saloon, this deck contains 2 suites of 31 m2 and 1 Master Cabin of almost 51 m2! This deck is completely outfitted for the owner with a huge study. Like the name reveals, this will be a Masterpiece! Located completely in the front of the ship, with an amazing view over the sea, this cabin has even its own terrace! The major Spa Pool will be in the middle of the room, apart from the bathroom. The special effect of this cabin must be seen to be believed!
The outer deck on the owners deck will have comfortable chairs, footstools and even table lamps for the people who want be outside at night and enjoy a good book or just want to sit in silence and enjoy the stars……… On every outer deck there will be music, when wanted.
Wheelhouse-deck:
The last deck is the wheelhouse deck. You can reach this deck from the corridor on the owners deck or from outside. On this deck the wheelhouse is situated, but the most important of all……..the Spa Pool, loads of deck chairs, a bar, a B.B.Q. area, shade for the burnt ones and of course the look-out house!!!! Between the 2 funnels, we created a real look-out house. Once you are up there, you will be taken by surprise!!! The height of this location will be 20 meters above the waterline, so you can easily imagine what sort of view you can have up there! A 360° view for the star watchers; this is the ultimate spot…
In 2014 ICON Yachts were commissioned to refit the impressive 1945 Gross Tonnage luxury mega yacht Sherakhan. She received a new exterior paint system , new boilers and two new generators. During her brief visit to the ICON yard she underwent a thorough systems service and maintenance campaign. The project was managed by Verkerk Yachting Projects.

Polaris: The 70m Rossinavi flagship designed for long-haul comfort

The owner of 70-metre Rossinavi Polaris wanted to go far – with plenty on board to entertain and delight along the way. BOAT discovers how to equip a yacht for long-haul comfort, outside and in.
In the first month after she was delivered, the 70-metre Rossinavi flagship Polaris had already travelled more than 3,000 nautical miles. It’s a distance that’s nearly as vast as an Atlantic crossing, but it’s small change compared to how the owner plans to use his new yacht. Polaris will visit the usual Med and Caribbean hotspots, but she will also journey to the ends of the earth. When dreaming up his new yacht, the owner had his sights set on cruising the icy climes of the Arctic and Antarctica, and it was this mission that shaped the entirety of Polaris , from her ice-classed hull to her diesel-electric propulsion and her inviting interior, chock-full of amenities to enjoy while far from land.
“The owner’s dream was for a long-range superyacht that could comfortably cruise the world,” says Enrico Gobbi of Team for Design , who penned her exterior and interior. Having worked with Rossinavi, Arrabito Naval Architects and Team for Design on his previous yacht, the 48-metre Polaris I (now Parillion), the owner already had his Italian dream team in place for his new creation. Between yacht builds, Gobbi had also designed the owner’s holiday residence ashore, all of which gave the designer a firm footing for understanding his client’s style preferences.

Polaris meets the requirements of Class II of the Finnish-Swedish Ice Class rules. “This includes some upgrades compared to a normal boat: there is a reinforcement of the first forward quarter of the hull and there are reinforcements in the structural part of the pods and propellers,” says Federico Rossi, Rossinavi’s COO. The shape and volume of the sea chests are also specifically designed for navigation in icy waters, with two different de-icing systems, including hot water from the engines that can be sent to the sea chests. “We have not had substantial difficulties as she is Ice Class compliant and not a pure icebreaker – and this drastically changes the construction techniques,” he says. While Polaris is the first ice-classed Rossinavi yacht, she will not be the last; the yard already has others under construction.
The exterior design was influenced by her explorer capabilities. “Mainly the height of the hull and the bow, which had to have certain characteristics in order to navigate in all conditions,” says Gobbi. “A tall and long bow was not only a technical requirement, but also a necessary aesthetic feature to balance the proportions of the yacht.” The straight, tall bulwarks form a splash guard edge to ensure dry decks even in adverse cruising conditions.
The owner briefed a yacht with a slender silhouette and eye-catching exterior lines. “The superstructure needed to have a dynamic appeal, flowing decks and unique identifying features. When drawing her profile we imagined her anchored in the bay, showing off the harmonic connection of all decks and the sleek outlines of the superstructure,” says Gobbi. Team for Design created a harmonious exterior that, upon closer inspection, is composed of sharp angles that catch the light and add interest. Best appreciated in profile, the edges of the superstructure are slanted so there is a continuous line at a 45-degree angle that draws the eye from the bridge deck down to the main deck. The owner also specifically requested a stern design that would be recognisable in a marina without being too pretentious, so the aft ends of each deck overhang slightly. These overhangs are painted grey to match the radar arch and transom. “This is an identifying feature of Polaris and it helps to create a dynamic stern view,” says Gobbi. He notes that it’s also functional, with each overhang forming part of the ceiling for the exterior deck spaces below and hiding lighting that illuminates the boat at night.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the owner didn’t get to visit the yard often during the build and only saw the yacht once before she was launched. When he finally saw Polaris on the water, he was “stunned by the dimensions”, says Gobbi. “I don’t think he actually managed to appreciate her length and overall size until he saw her on water.” Besides stepping up by more than 20 metres in length, the new yacht has more than triple the volume, from 499GT to 1,542GT. This meant plenty of space for the facilities, starting with the gym and spa, which hold pride of place on the main deck.
“The spa and wellness centre is actually the space from which the interior project started,” says Gobbi. “It’s a space the owner uses frequently and wanted it to be located in a privileged area of the yacht with panoramic views.” The gym/yoga room features a huge opening terrace to port, complemented by a hammam, massage room and full bathroom to starboard. The wellness area is decorated with fabric walls, marble and glass mosaics.
The interior design for Polaris was brought to life slowly, after many meetings and yacht viewings between owner and designer. The owner desired a timeless interior, neither too modern nor too classic. It should be cosy and inviting to contrast the icy climes that might be found outside when navigating polar environments. “The interior motif had to convey an atmosphere of warmth and comfort to the owner and his guests the moment they step inside,” says Gobbi. The colour scheme is understated, with grey and white soft goods and glossy dark wood furniture. Pops of colour are more whispers, with a pale green accenting glass lamps or artworks throughout.
Timeless, however, doesn’t have to mean bland. The interior is characterised by art deco-inspired furnishings, and there’s more than a touch of glamour in the many crystal chandeliers and reflective surfaces. The owner also requested a “maximum level” of customisation, says Gobbi. Almost everything had to be unique and bespoke for this yacht. Most of the furniture is custom designed by Gobbi’s team, accompanied by contemporary loose furniture, decorative lighting and fabrics sourced from top Italian and international brands. Among these are Armani/Casa, Baker, Donghia, Rubelli, Porta Romana, Schonbek and Preciosa for the custom lighting, while pieces from Paola Lenti, Summit, Jim Thompson, Hermès, Mariaflora and Ralph Lauren are found on the exterior living spaces.
“One of the main requests he had for the interiors was to have a ‘wow point’ on each deck designed to impress the guests, such as a feature wall, a chandelier or an artwork,” says Gobbi. In the main saloon, this translates to a waterfall flowing down over a wall of backlit onyx on the forward bulkhead. A round sofa in the aft lobby of the saloon welcomes guests, and glass doors to port and starboard of the main sitting area can open to let a breeze flow through. But it’s the waterfall that is the undisputed focal point. It is flanked by curved walls in vertical strips of crystal, which Gobbi says were inspired by the Baccarat Hotel in Manhattan. “The intent was to create a double ‘wow point’ here in the saloon, with the central waterfall and the crystal wings,” says Gobbi. The saloon itself is free of televisions, but duck around the corner of the crystal wall and you’ll find a cocoon-like cinema space. This takes the place of a formal main deck dining area, which was of no interest to the owner. The cinema features soundproofed walls and the latest audiovisual technology.
The stairwell forward also adheres to the owner’s wow-factor brief. An impressive vertical chandelier made of different-sized crystal rings rises from the lower deck lobby to the upper deck, creating a waterfall-of-light effect. Light from the chandelier also reflects beautifully off the wood-and-resin backlit walls of the staircase. Another focal point is the forward wall of the owner’s deck lounge. Here, Gobbi aligned thin slabs of backlit onyx in a wave formation, which also works practically as a curtain to separate the lounge from the wine rack found on the forward bulkhead.
“This is my favourite space on board because it has a very elegant design and a lovely panoramic view,” says Gobbi of the lounge. “I very much like the curved front wall in onyx with its soft lighting effect, the chandelier made of crystal cylinders hanging from the ceiling, and the overall warm atmosphere.”
As the owner plans to spend a good deal of time on board, it made sense to give him a dedicated deck, to which this lounge is the entry point. Forward of the wine rack is a VIP suite to starboard – which can be used by the owner or assigned to a guest – and a full-beam owner’s suite with a walk-in-wardrobe, dual en suite bathrooms and a forward-facing bedroom. “The owner wanted a panoramic suite, with his private front balcony and the bed placed right at the centre of the room looking outward. He liked the idea of being able to follow the yacht in navigation directly from his bed,” says Gobbi.
The private forward terrace has two chairs of woven fabric, a small table and chaise longues, all that’s needed for the owner to sit and enjoy the expansive views ahead. Another water feature is found here – a waterfall runs down the full length of the forward bulwark and has a lighting effect that makes it especially vibrant at night. Aft on the owner’s deck is a huge round table with seating for 12, which speaks to the owner’s plans to entertain guests. “My favourite element on board is the entire owner’s deck,” says Rossi. “In boats of this size it is really a plus to have an owner’s cabin with a front view and private balcony.”
But comfortable living during long-range cruising extends beyond the yacht’s amenities. A focus of the brief was for excellent seakeeping and silent navigation. “We are extremely proud of the comfort on board and the silence. Our Zero Noise technology in this boat has expressed itself to its maximum potential and after being personally on board cruising I can say that the boat is really extremely silent and pleasant [while underway],” says Rossi.
Delivered in 2014, the original Polaris is a semi-planing yacht that was specced to reach speeds in excess of 24 knots, but for the next Polaris , the owner was more interested in endurance. “It was a totally different concept: he wanted a full-displacement yacht that could reach anywhere in the world,” says Giuseppe Arrabito of Arrabito Naval Architects, who created both Polaris yachts. “The hull is equipped with a bulb resulting from an iterative process of CFD optimisation aimed at reducing resistance and damping the pitching motions of the oncoming sea.” CFD calculations, together with tank tests of the Kongsberg Azipull propulsion, were also carried out to improve performance. The owner was enthusiastic about Arrabito’s suggestion for the new yacht to have full diesel-electric propulsion with the Azipull system. The system operates with variable-speed generators, so that the fuel efficiency is optimised in all sea conditions.
Yet the new Polaris is no slouch either; she was contracted to reach at least 17 knots and goes one better, hitting a top speed of 18 knots while cruising at 15 knots. And her range is more than 6,500 nautical miles at a reduced speed of 12 knots. This should give the owner plenty of scope to meet his world-girdling goals.

Crew is one of the largest expenses on a superyacht and critical to the owner’s enjoyment of their vessel. As the largest crew agency in the world, we know crew. Our cost calculator contains customized crew lists for yachts ranging from 80ft to 600ft with salary information based on our reference verified salary data. Our users also have the ability to completely tailor the crew list to the specific needs, schedule and requirements of their vessel. Each yacht is unique and may have specific owner requests in addition to the yacht’s safe manning requirements. Management of the supplemental crew costs and strategic budgeting can help avoid significant overspend on categories such as food and uniform. This tool contains default values based on our industry expertise and recommended budget for an efficiently and safely run superyacht. These are not linear scales and we expect most yachts to operate within the 20-80% window. Above 80% and below 20% costs increase or decrease at exaggerated levels and we only see numbers in these levels in very rare circumstances. This sunburst diagram is interactive. Our chart of accounts displays seven major categories, 20 sub-categories plus a further 80 detail categories for a total of 107. Our yacht operating cost calculator is now on it’s third major revision. We start with actual yacht expense data from our yacht management accountants and then generate formulas to extrapolate out the budget for a wide range of yachts. We have been providing accounting services to large yachts for the past 18 years. Our operating cost calculator is tuned for yachts from 80 to 600 feet. We find operating variables create the largest variances for yachts smaller than 100 feet and larger than 250 feet. We have tested the numbers the most in the range from 100 to 250 feet. Our budget calculator factors in the fuel burn for a range of engine sizes typically seen installed on yachts by length. By dragging the green “fuel dockage” slider to the right you will increase the projected fuel burn rate and therefore the budget cost for fuel. Our default position would be for a typical displacement fuel burn. Position the slider in the 60-80% range for fuel projections for planning hulls. Our default values produce a budget number that we believe is generous to run a yacht to a high standard. Perfect is a very expensive word to use in the yachting industry where standards are already high. Moving the crew and maintenance sliders to 80% will provide an “industry best” quality of crew and give them the maintenance budget to operate to a very high standard. If you need to go over the 80% area then you may have unusually labor intensive equipment on the yacht. Yes, our yacht operating cost calculator can output a budget suitable for this situation. Adjust the owner use to 2 (minimum value), owner slider to 0, crew slider to 10%, Administration to 10%, Fuel and Dockage to 0, Maintenance to 10% and then Capital Repairs to 0. This will remove all of the large charges associated with owner use and vessel movement but leave the essential base maintenance and insurance in place. Lift on and float in yacht transport is a popular way to transport yachts across large ocean passage. The yachts that this service certainly applies to are ones that may not have the motoring range or structural integrity for blue ocean cruising. The cost of transporting a yacht twice per year is put into our budget once the “Fuel Dockage” slider hits 75%. If your yacht has the range we recommend self-sufficient ocean passages whenever possible. Whilst the transport companies sell their services based upon reportedly well oiled operated schedules the reality is that your yacht may stay waiting for pickup for a week or more with no compensation due. When factoring in all secondary factors of self-sufficient passages (increased fuel, maintenance, potential storm damage, crew time off, extra delivery crew) compared with transporting your yacht (insurance, potential loading / unloading damage, loss of schedule control, no work whilst underway, crew flights, crew accommodation) we believe that there is a 100% premium associated with float in transport and a 75% premium with lift on transport compared with self-powered. Abandoned yachts crash in value. We recommend that even if you are trying to sell your yacht that you use the yacht for a minimum of two weeks per year so that systems are tested and working every six months. There is nothing worse for a yacht than not being used. If you truly are not going to use the yacht then you should sell it immediately for the first genuine offer as every dollar you put into maintenance will not be recovered at the time of the sale. We did not build this version with sailing yachts in mind. Early in our development of this version we decided to exclude sailing yachts as a few of the major cost drivers scale very differently for sailing yachts compared with motor yachts. For example: To calculate paint costs we reviewed the surface area of over 100 large yachts and created a formula for painted surface area to length. Sailing yachts just don’t scale in a consistent way. Similarly crew numbers don’t scale in the same manner that they do for motor yachts. If there is sufficient demand we may build a sailing selector switch into a future version of this tool. We hate to hear when yacht owners were told by their broker to factor in 10% of the purchase price to operate the yacht. This over used saying is sadly right occasionally (particularly for newer yachts in the $20-30M range)… but just because a broken watch tells the right time twice a day you shouldn’t rely upon it to tell the time. As yachts get older their capital value decreases but their maintenance costs increase. This is a fee that’s collected prior to charter, and it’s similar to an expense account the captain can access during the charter. At the end of the charter, you will receive a detailed accounting of your APA account, plus any unused APA funds in cash. In the case of overages, you may be required to replenish the APA account during the charter. This can be done with cash, although many choose to set up accounts with their charter brokers , which can be accessed if requested by the captain. Taxes and Value Added Tax (VAT)Most boats – whether all-inclusive or Plus Expenses – will not include local taxes or a Value Added Tax into their charter rate.
