We are based at the ABC Powermarine boatyard in the beautiful town of Beaumaris on the Isle of Anglesey in North Wales. Our proprietor has been a Yacht Broker for 20 years and has marketed and sold a wide variety of Sail and Power boats ranging from £1,000- £1,000,000.

Our in-depth knowledge of the used boat market means that we are the people to turn to for a true valuation of your boat. We would then be very happy to present a professional marketing pack for your boat both on the internet and in our office. We work on a no sale/ no fee basis and our competitive commissions don't attract VAT enabling us to easily match a competitor's quote.

About Doug Edwards Yachts

Doug Edwards has been a successful Yacht Broker for eighteen years. Doug is ABYA (Association of Brokers and Yacht Agents) and industry trained and has a wealth of knowledge with regard to boat title paperwork, registration, surveyors, finance, insurance and transportation to assist both boat purchasers and vendors.

During his time in the Marine Industry he has achieved in excess of 700 brokerage boat sales of both Sail and Power boats and worked for 10yrs for A M Dickie & Sons Ltd until they sadly went into administration in August 2013. The opportunity then came up for him to take on shop/ office premises at ABC Powermarine's premier boat yard at Gallows Point, Beaumaris. Confident in the knowledge that the used boat market was strong Doug welcomed the chance to set up his own business trading from this well known and serviced yard.

Doug's shop front office is positioned next to ABC Powermarine's well stocked Chandlery. Doug is based here and from his home office in Pwllheli but he also offers the Mobile Broker service that he pioneered whilst working at Dickies International. This covers from Aberystwyth in the South and all around the North Wales coast to Liverpool. Doug has also sold many boats in the Mediterranean remotely and would be very happy to help UK owners with boats located both elsewhere in the UK and Europe.

A beautifully presented bermudan cutter-rigged example of the crabber 24, which is fully loaded. teak internal finish with 2gm20 yanmar diesel engine option. bermudan rig making her easy to sail, with aluminium mast and spars re rigged 2018. this model has the lovely white and blue hull with woodwork and her cats heads carved on the bow. she has been well maintained with no expense spared. she is just in the process of having her hull from waterline down peeled re-epoxy  and copper coated at a cost of over 5k, this is a lovely coastal and offshore cruiser that will keep you safe in a rough sea and will not disappoint on all fronts., equipment :-.

Cabin Heating, Hot/Cold Water and Fridge. Good generous cockpit, with deep coamings offers full depth locker to port, starboard with holding tank and aft locker for two Gas canisters. All new internal cushions and soft furniture fitted 2018 A protective and waterproof cover for the quarter berth to protect the head of the cushion when the chart table is being sat at has been fitted and new external folding waterproof cushions for the cockpit were new in 2018
