Upon launch, she will operate a Med season for the 2025 summer. She will then head back to the shipyard for the winter warranty work.
They are looking for an experienced engineer, ideally someone with previous newbuild experience on similar sized yachts.
Given the position of the role and the size of the yacht, this will be a very hands-on role so they are looking for an engineer who will be able to bring a lot of energy to the program.
You will need to hold a Y3, Y4 or EOOW license for this position.
On offer is a salary of €8,000 + 60 days leave.

- This is a rare opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience as an officer before holding their OOW as the yacht is ideally looking for someone who is working through their modules or close to completion of their modules that wants to gain experience as an officer
- The role will involve both deck and bridge operations and you will be given your own watches, exposure to passage planning and chart corrections as well as overseeing the Bosun and deck team running the deck operations. It’s important you are keen to get stuck in on deck!
- The boat winters in the Med and will be completing a short yard period for around 1.5 months starting in the next few weeks. Summer is spent cruising the Med with the owner. We have a 60m+ Private/Charter dual-season motor yacht currently looking for a Head Chef to join them by the end of January.
- Lovely boat with great owners and captains. The owners enjoy a variety of cuisines and with the vessel being available for charter, you must be diverse and confident across various styles.
- The yacht operates a dual-season private/charter program and has prehistorically done well with charters. There are equal split of charter gratuities for the crew.
- The galley runs with 2 chefs – rotational Head Chefs and a Sous Chef. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the galley, all guest food as well as liaising with the Sous Chef to ensure a good quality of crew food. This said, the Sous Chef does have a healthy leave allowance so there will be periods in the yard/on crossings where you will be cooking solo so you must be happy with this.
- With the vessel being a busy charter, we are looking for a Head Chef who ideally already has a substantial amount of charter experience.

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our client's dynamic team, reporting directly to the two Directors. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing multiple new construction and refit projects, with a focus on shipyards. You will be working on both the technical and managerial aspects of projects, overseeing construction inspections, conducting surveys, and ensuring quality across all deliverables. This is an exciting role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with both office work and hands-on site responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple new construction and refit projects simultaneously.
- Conduct engineering systems drawing reviews and provide feedback.
- Lead construction inspections for both steel and alloy structures.
- Perform condition surveys and acceptance testing .
- Work within shipyards, liaising with contractors and shipbuilders professionally.
- Write and deliver clear, concise technical reports.
- Engage in AVIT systems where required.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meeting quality standards.
