Princess 412 for sale.  Built in 1980 by Marine Projects to a John Bennett design.  This is a 41ft flybridge motor cruiser with 2 x Volvo TAMD60B diesel engines 235hp.  5 berths in two cabins plus saloon area, 2 heads. "Royal Lady" has been undergoing an extensive refit over the last two years, with significant work and investment in key areas, such as electrical systems, engine systems, plumbing, new galley appliances, soft furnishings and much more.  Some finishing touches are still required, mostly cosmetic, and with options to upgrade the navigation systems. The Princess 412 works equally well as a live aboard or cruising boat, she is light and airy, spacious, and has good sea keeping ability too.  Viewing strictly by appointment, lying Tollesbury, Essex.

Survey report Completely professionally re-wired by previous owner, wiring diagrams to be supplied with boat REMARKS "Mutual Friend" was built in 1983 by Tyrell and Young for John Tyrell himself. She is built on the lines of a traditional East Coast Smack, but had 6'2 headroom below decks, with heating, hot and cold water and accommodation for 6. She has been continually maintained and upgraded over the last 30 years including fitting of a Beta Marine 50hp inboard diesel engine.

Tollesbury Marina

Located in the countryside on the River Blackwater, Tollesbury Marina has some of the best views a place can offer. Sheltered from the winds and situated in one of the driest areas of the country Tollesbury Marina offers a safe haven for the weary sailor. With our facilities including a swimming pool, toilets, showers, washing machines and a great bar and restaurant (to feed the hunger that only a sailor knows)

Tollesbury Marina is an ideal place to moor up and spend a few days relaxing and losing yourself in the beauty of the surrounding area. There are walks around a nature reserve about 5 minutes away and (more importantly) a town close by to restock on those vital supplies for dark and stormy's. 

We are a working marina with the capacity to take on boat-work from start to finish. With our extensive workshops and professional, qualified staff we are able to offer a wide variety of repairs and maintenance. 

We also have a camping field behind the marina seawall that's sheltered when it does get a bit gusty. It has progressively been getting busier and busier the past couple of years so we recommend giving us a call or filling out the enquiries form to secure a pitch at busy periods.

OUR SERVICES

We have the facilities to do all manner of work you might want doing on your boat from shot-blasting to re-sprays. We have options for you to do your own maintenance as well. If it is lifting and setting down for a few weeks or out one tide and back the next, our boat-yard can accommodate most requests.

You can visit our Marina or enquire about getting yourself a more permanent berth so you can pop down and check on your pride and joy whenever you want. We offer a variety of different prices and offers to allow for our customer's specific needs. Our Chandlery

Our on-site Chandlery has all the essentials you could need. If there are things you need that we haven't got in stock then most items are available for next day delivery. Tollesbury Campsite

At Tollesbury Marina we can offer a complete camping package situated at the marina itself. For the past few years, our campsite has been getting steadily busier and we now have all the facilities in place to make your stay as fun as possible. Whether you want to just sit in the sun and do nothing all day, take a walk down the River Blackwater or play tennis on our tennis courts then jump in our pool, the choice is yours as all our facilities are included in the price. 

We have toilets, washing facilities, showers and everything else you need.

THINGS TO DO

Tollesbury Marina has many things to offer in and around the surrounding area.

A must for anyone arriving in from a sail is to relax and wind down with a hearty meal and some drinks. The Harbour View is the spot to do exactly that. With beautiful views and a comprehensive menu to satisfy every taste, The Harbour View Restaurant is a great place to chill out and talk about your travels.

When staying at this beautiful Essex marina, as part of the berthing fee's, you get access to all our facilities including a full sized tennis court, a heated pool, shower and toilets and also a washing machine and dryer. 

The surrounding area has some beautiful walks including one that takes you down the River Blackwater, next to Tollesbury creek and around a nature reserve, so bring your binoculars. 

We offer scrubbing facilities for your vessel as well as fuel and if you have any questions about something on your boat we have full-time staff available for you to chat with.

Located nearby is the village of Tollesbury where you can find most things.

Located next to the marina is Tollesbury's salt pool which is emptied a filled up regularly and enables the ability to swim, even if the tide is out.

Boat sales are looking ship shape at walton’s titchmarsh marina.

A NEW yacht brokerage has set sail for a popular marina in Walton.

David Morris Yacht Brokers and Boat Sales has opened a new office at Titchmarsh Marina.

The office is managed by Matthew Young, from Harwich, who has been in the marine industry for over 25 years, for most of which he has been a yacht broker.

Matthew said the office at Tichmarsh Marina has recently undergone a full refurbishment and has an acre of hard standing for the sale of new and second-hand boats.

David Morris has a head office at Tollesbury Marina and has operated a boat sales business for many years.

The brokerage sells all types of boats from sailing boats, motor boats to fishing boats and classic craft.

The firm has also been appointed as the East Coast agent for Dufour Yachts.

Dufour builds a range of sailing yachts from their factory at La Rochelle, France, ranging from 32ft to 61ft. Titchmarsh Marina has full boat yard facilities for over 1,000 boats on and off the water and is located on the beautiful Walton Backwaters.

“It is a real gem of a facility, set in beautiful surroundings and still a family-owned business,” added Matthew.

“The business is off to a flying start with a good number of boat sales already completed and other boat sales currently going through.

“Collectively we have around 70 brokerage boats currently available and some of the new Dufour yachts are available for delivery this season.

“We are not just limited to Tollesbury and Walton either, but happily travel throughout the east coast.”

For Sale: Princess Yachts S60

Princess Yachts’ S60 is a family-size sport-bridge yacht with three staterooms, two heads and crew quarters. This 60-footer comes standard with twin 1,000 hp Caterpillar 12.9 diesels and has optional twin 1,200 hp MAN V-8 diesels. Depending on the power selection, the S60 reportedly has a 34- to 38-knot top hop.

Exterior spaces include two alfresco dining areas—one in the cockpit, and one on the bridge—as well as a sun pad and bench seating on the foredeck.

As of April 2024, there were 12 Princess S60s available, ranging from $1.75 million to $2.19 million.
