According to Greek regulations, Most of the Turkish flag gulets can only go to Greece with a maximum number of 12 passengers. There are few gulets that can go over the border with a greater number, but onboard Elara 1 it is possible to reach Greece with a capacity of 24. It, therefore, becomes the perfect choice for those groups in which it is not possible to decide whether to go to Greece or stay in Turkey as, with Elara 1, you are free to choose the itinerary (within the limits of feasibility) that suits you best, including or not.

The 24-hour service was unexpected. The water toys and fishing were a highlight. Dislike: My only critique was the initial instructions on boat location and the Yacht Beverage Service. The instructions on where to meet the Boat were wrong. We had one family go to the wrong location. As for the Yacht Beverage service, the Service didn’t know where to deliver the beverages. When you don’t speak Turkish, it made the experience extremely frustrating. Last, I would clarify that a “Jet Ski” isn’t on the boat. It’s a skiff, not a jet ski. All in all, we were very happy with our experience. 05.08.2019

Gulet Yacht Elara 1 Description

The twelve cabin yacht ELARA 1 is one of the larger motorsailers to offer Deluxe gulet holidays along the Turkish coast for large groups and families, or corporate meeting and incentive groups, of up to twenty-four guests.

Within her attractive and classic gulet hull, there are all the modern comforts of comfortable beds, well-appointed bathrooms for each cabin, air conditioning, indoor dining and relaxation areas with entertainment systems, and copious outdoor deck space for dining, sunbathing and relaxing.

The gulet yacht ELARA 1 has twelve equal-sized cabins arranged as six double bed and six twin bed cabins all carpeted with a seat bench, well-appointed bathrooms with showers and WC, mirror, TV with satellite, mini-bar, personal safe box, portholes and storage for each cabin. All have air-conditioning available.

There are four double bed cabins aft with their own stairs entry from the saloon, and another entry and stairs from the saloon to the six twin cabins and two double bed cabins forward. The main deck has a long indoor air-conditioned saloon which has four tables with bench alcove seating for the guests’ indoor meals or communal gatherings or using the main TV/DVD/ music systems available.

The galley (kitchen) is a half glassed island in the other end of the saloon, so all the activity of the chef can be seen as he prepares the delicious meals. The main bar is also at the end of the saloon. On the main deck, there are shaded cushioned bench seats and tables in the bow, and wide cushions across the stern in the shade.

There are stairs let down into the sea on both sides of the boat for ease of entry into the water.

On the upper deck of Turkish yacht ELARA 1; there are more choices for relaxing, from leaning on the wet bar around a vintage style boat’s funnel, lazing on the huge cushioned sundeck platform over the stern, chatting in the round on shaded cushioned benches, or dining under the stars or shade on the long dining tables.

ELARA 1 has an excellent and efficient arrangement of spaces affording ease of movement between all areas.

The professional and hospitable captain (4 years aboard), chef (of 4 years) and crew of five, who have their own separate quarters, attend to all the meals preparation and service, bar service, cleaning, boat care, and use of water toys and equipment by guests, so will do all they can to make sure that the guests enjoy their summer holiday on the Aegean and Mediterranean coasts of Turkey.

Halis Temel is a 44 meter large capacity gulet based out of Bodrum harbour. With its impressive size, this gulet is able to accommodate 24 passengers in 12 cabins with ample space. The cabin layout includes six double and six twin cabins and all are equipped with ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, TV and DVD players  The cabins are accessible in the lower deck and on the main deck is the saloon and indoor dining area. The main deck features a bar, dining tables and is an extension of the rear deck which includes an alfresco dining area and rear lounges. In this area is also a TV, DVD player and music system. The upper deck is this yacht’s sun deck and comprises of deck chairs and sun lounges, a Jacuzzi and even some gym equipment. If a nice morning workout is not yours, there is also snorkelling equipment on board for those that want to discover the beautiful marine life in this area and possibly even swim with turtles.

All running expenses of the yacht, crew’s wages, yacht insurance, fuel for an average of 3 - 4 hours of cruising per day, fuel for the generators for a limited time per day, ship’s laundry, free use of onboard watersports and recreational equipment.

RATE EXCLUDES

VAT, all meals and drinks for the charter, fuel for motor-operated equipment (tender, water sports), all marinas, all land tours, transfers, any personal expenses of the guests, crew gratuity (10-15% from the charter fee). Fuel surcharge for portion of charter outside of Turkish waters, any customs expenses if applicable.

Gulet Elara 1 is a large mini cruiser type and is perfect for large group charters, or corporate events. Her base port is Bodrum but it also sails around Fethiye, Göcek and Marmaris. Elara 1 is 43 meters in length, accommodating up to 24 guests, in her 12 comfortable, well appointed cabins. They are configured as 6 double and 6 twin cabins, all spacious, air conditioned and have own en suite bathroom facilities, TV and mini bar. This vessel was purpose built and constructed in 2010 and is also maintained to an excellent standard.

The spacious decks offer many options for guests to relax, both shaded and unshaded, there is also an on deck Jacuzzi. Plus an interior salon bar. Elara 1 comes with a compliment of 7 professional crew, to ensure all guests needs are well catered for. Plus, a service boat and range of water sports. Her Bodrum base provides many route options, in Turkish seas, perfectly suited to larger groups. For the entertainment, there are ringo and water ski in addition to the fishing and snorkeling equipments.

How does charter Agreement work ? Once your chosen Gulet yacht has been confirmed, we will send you a standard Gulet Broker Yachting charter agreement that needs to be signed. If your chosen cruise route requires a different embarking or disembarking place other than the gulet’s central harbor, delivery/redelivery fees may apply.

Payment Options We will require a 50 % deposit of the gulet rental to secure your reservation in Turkey, this is payable by bank transfer. The remaining balance including food monies, is payable 5 weeks before departure by bank transfer or alternatively the full amount may be paid in cash on arrival.
