The Bavaria S36HT is an accomplished sports cruiser that offers comfortable accommodation and serious cruising capabilities. The huge, easily accessible side decks take away the hardship and (sometimes) nervousness of going forward to put out the fenders and warps. The cockpit is huge for a boat of this size, perfect for entertaining or "al fresco" dining. The electric height adjusting table makes the conversion to the sun pad a simple task. The large electric sunroof gives you the best of both worlds, allowing vast amounts of sunshine and fresh air to fill the cockpit or, in the unlikely event of rain, the ability to stay comfortable and dry. It's the little things, not usually considered when you are buying a boat, that also make the S36 stand out. For example, the large cleats for easy tieing on of ropes, superb all-round visibility at the helm, decent windscreen wipers with freshwater washers, all help to make using the boat that much more relaxed and enjoyable.

The singer, 54, was spotted taking a few sultry selfies — including of her famous “ big booty ” — while on a luxurious boat off the coast of Italy on Thursday amid  rumors she has split from her husband, Ben Affleck .

Lopez looked ethereal while sporting a white, plunging, one-piece bathing suit that perfectly hugged her curves in photos obtained by Page Six.

She accessorized the fresh look with round sunglasses, gold hoops, a necklace and matching gold bracelets. She also donned white sandals and styled her hair in a high ponytail.

At one point, she carried a straw bag and her brown two-piece cover-up, which she had slipped off as soon as she got on the boat.

Most notably, Lopez rocked her engagement and wedding rings from Affleck, 51, despite going on the Italian getaway solo .

In the pics, the mom of two could be seen first getting on the boat with her friends before they had an impromptu dance party.

She later stripped down to her bathing suit before posing for a few photos and selfies. She also turned the camera on her friends as they danced and stuck out their tongues.

The “Jenny from the Block” singer could also be seen adjusting her bathing suit while chatting with friends before sitting back with a glass of bubbly in one hand and her phone in the other.

In between all the fun, Lopez was photographed sitting in a corner of the boat, looking into the distance and biting her thumb.

Her Italian getaway comes after Affleck spent Father’s Day with his ex-wife , Jennifer Garner, and their three children : Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12.

The “13 Going on 30” actress, 52, was seen walking into her ex-husband’s house Sunday before he drove her back home a few hours later.

Despite not sharing any children together and being absent from the low-key visit, Lopez did pay tribute to Affleck on Father’s Day with an Instagram post.

She shares twins Max and Emme, 16, with ex-husband Marc Anthony.

For the past two months, Affleck and Lopez have been plagued with split rumors since the singer attended the Met Gala on her own .

A few days after the May 6 event, it was revealed that the couple — who tied the knot in July 2022 — had been staying in separate homes , further fueling rumors that there was trouble in paradise.

“We went somewhere with [Jennifer]—I can’t remember because she’s so famous, and she creates this—people love her, and she really represents something important to people,” he told Kevin Hart, who hosts the  “Hart to Heart” talk show .

“[To me,] people are like, ‘Hey, I like your movie,’ and then they’re like ‘AAAHHHH! J-LO!’” he yelled. “It’s amazing, you know what I mean?”

Affleck also talked about his infamous facial expressions, explaining that he comes across as frustrated in photos because he’s “a little bit shy.”

“I don’t like a lot of attention. This is why people see me and they’re like, ‘Why is this dude always mad?’ Because someone had their camera sticking in my face, and I’m like, ‘OK, here we go.’”

Whoever ends buying the establishment also gets a marooned, giant Bertram yacht called "Batchelor Pad." It was impaled on a couple of posts at the restaurant's dingy boat dock when Hurricane Ian slammed Fort Myers Beach on Sept. 28, 2022.

The status of the boat hasn't changed since Hurricane Ian. In other words, it hasn't moved - at all. Not even when Hurricane Idalia brushed the coast last year. One reason "Batchelor Pad" is not going anywhere is there are still boats sunk in Estero Bay right behind it.

However, social media ha been filled with comments from people saying the boat should stay right where it is or be displayed nearby as a memorial to the worst hurricane to ever hit Southwest Florida.

Coney Island will dive under the sea Saturday afternoon, when thousands of decked-out revelers show off their fin-ery at the 42nd annual Mermaid Parade.

“It truly is not just the greatest day in Coney Island, or Brooklyn, but probably in the entire city,” said Adam Rinn, the artistic director of the non-profit Coney Island USA, which produces the event.

Over 3,000 participants are expected to turn out for the 1 p.m. parade, where an estimated 200,000 spectators will ogle at the ornate sea life-inspired floats, costumes, and other creations finagled out of beads, sequins, and all manner of dinglehoppers.

“It’s a wacky event in the birthplace of wackiness,” Rinn gushed. 

Theater performer Kate Dale, who has participated in the parade since the early nineties, is the winningest mer-person in the parade’s history.

“I’ve won Best Mermaid three times, possibly four times. And I’ve won Best Push-Pull Float three or four times,” Dale told The Post during a brief break from parade prep on Friday afternoon.

Dale first saw the parade in the early 90s, and immediately knew she wanted to participate, she recalled.

“I knew, this is it for me. It was kitschy, it was campy, it was crafty,” she added.

Acclaimed performer and parade emcee Shelly Watson is also known for her elaborate get-up – and even designed her costume for this year to hold up against the forecast.

“There’s possible thunderstorms,” Watson told The Post. “So I had the wherewithal to base my costume off of one of those umbrella hats.  And so I decorated that with sea life and made it like a little jellyfish.”

The year’s creation, including a sequined skirt that mimics fish scales, took about six hours to make, Watson added.

The Juilliard grad and opera singer has been involved with the Mermaid Parade for around 25 years, and started emceeing the event alongside Bradford Scobie last year.

For her emcee debut, Watson concocted a towering headdress inspired by a 1930s Ziegfeld Follies look.

“That took me weeks,” she recalled.

Over years, Watson added, her favorite part of the parade is admiring the other costumes – especially family groups that incorporate their little kids and pets into the fun.

“Last year, there was a King Neptune with a mermaid, and they dressed their baby and their dog in little lobster outfits,” she explained.

“But as a designer and costume creator myself, I’m always blown away at the amount of work that some of these people put in to build huge ships that can be pedaled on a bicycle. It’s incredible.”

Watson also noted how parade-goers look beneath the surface for their costume ideas.

“Many times I ask a person and say, ‘what is that costume?’ And they’ll say, ‘Oh, well, this is a horned seahorse.’ Or, you know, an angler fish that we don’t get to see, like those lantern fish and things like that,” she told The Post.

“The one thing that we know the least about is the ocean, and they’re constantly finding new species as we get closer to the ocean floor.”

“[The costumes] go from not wearing anything to wearing big, heavy suits and everything in between,” Adam Rinn agreed. “Every single one is a work of art.”

The guests of honor at the Mermaid Parade are the king and queen of the festivities, Rinn explained.

This year, artist Joe Coleman and his wife, Whitney Ward, got the plum parts. But one of Rinn’s personal parade highlights was in 2010, when the late rocker Lou Reed and his wife, performance artist Laurie Anderson filled the roles.

“I love Lou. I was in the same room as him, I got to shake his hand,” Rinn recalled of the star sighting. “I had to control the fan boy in me!”

For eager first-time Mermaid Parade goers, Rinn promised “the most surreal experience you can have in New York” – even though an oppressive “heat dome” is currently hovering over the festivities.

“It really is an amazing dream come true. It’s just this colorful, vibrant, you know? You’ll think ‘what did I stumble into, and can I get more?’”

Body found in search for missing boater after St. Augustine boat crash, sources say

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – Sources tell News4JAX that a body was found during a search for a missing boater who was thrown into the Matanzas River when a boat crashed into a piling around 9:30 p.m. Thursday.

A witness said another person who was thrown from the boat was recovered alive and taken to a local hospital for treatment.

Multiple agencies were searching for the second boater Thursday evening north of the 312 Bridge.

We are waiting to learn more from authorities about the cause of the crash and the end of the search.

BANGKOK – Thailand’s Senate voted overwhelmingly on Tuesday to approve a bill that would legalize same-sex marriage, clearing the last legislative hurdle for the country to become the first in Southeast Asia to enact such a law.

Thailand has a reputation for acceptance and inclusivity but has struggled for decades to pass a marriage equality law. Thai society largely holds conservative values, and members of the LGBTQ+ community say they face discrimination in everyday life.

The government and state agencies are also historically conservative, and advocates for gender equality have had a hard time pushing lawmakers and civil servants to accept change.

Thailand will become the third place in Asia, after Taiwan and Nepal, to allow same-sex marriage. The marriage equality bill, which grants full legal, financial and medical rights for marriage partners of any gender, sailed through the House of Representatives right before the previous parliamentary session concluded in April with the approval of 400 of the 415 members who were present.

It passed its final reading in the Senate on Tuesday with the approval of 130 of the 152 members in attendance, with 4 voting against it and 18 abstaining.

The bill now needs the pro forma endorsement of King Maha Vajiralongkorn, followed by its publication in the Government Gazette, which will set a date within 120 days when it becomes effective.

The timing of the Senate's vote on Tuesday, the first day of the current parliamentary session, suggests the urgency in getting the bill passed. The legislation will amend the country's Civil and Commercial Code to replace gender-specific words such as “men and women” with gender-neutral words such as “individual.”

But it was not approved without a hitch. One member of the Senate, retired army Gen. Worapong Sa-nganet, argued that the gender-specific terms should still be included in the law along with the gender-neutral terms. He said excluding them would be a severe “subversion of the institution of family” in Thailand.

After the vote, Plaifah Kyoka Shodladd, an 18-year-old who identifies as non-binary, took the floor and thanked everyone who supported the legislation, calling it a “force of hope” that will help Thailand become more accepting of diversity.

“Today, love trumps prejudice,” Plaifah said.

The government, confident of the bill's passage, announced several days ago it would host a celebration of the occasion later Tuesday at Government House. The ground in front of the main building was decorated with rainbow carpets, flags and a giant balloon in the shape of two hands making a heart sign. The party was joined by politicians, celebrities, diplomats and activists from the LGBTQ+ community and their supporters who rode in a colorful parade of floats from Parliament after the vote.

Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin, who could not join the event because he recently tested positive for COVID-19, wrote his congratulations on social media platform X.

“I am proud of the collective effort of all stakeholders which reiterates the power of ‘unity in diversity’ of the Thai society. We will continue our fight for social rights for all people regardless of their status,” he wrote.

Passing the law is a “triumph for justice and human rights,” said Mookdapa Yangyuenpradorn of the human rights organization Fortify Rights.

“The Thai government must now focus on ensuring swift and effective implementation of this law to safeguard LGBTI+ rights,” she said. “Marriage equality is fundamental to human dignity, and it is essential that Thailand protects these rights without delay or discrimination.”

The government led by the Pheu Thai party, which took office last year, has made marriage equality one of its main goals. It made a major effort to identify itself with the annual Bangkok Pride parade earlier this month, in which thousands of people celebrated in one of Bangkok’s busiest commercial districts.
