The boat was originally designed for Columbia Sailboats by Alan Payne (Australian 12 Meter designer). He designed the Columbia T-23 and this T-26 along with several additional models for Columbia. There is plenty of data on these boats and they are pretty, shallow draft and look, at least by their bottom shape, like they sail well.

Posts: 5. commodore 26. This boat is a full keel, not a swing. Have done alot of glass work in this area myself to find it is very thick. Looks like the area where it is, is at the top of the ballast. you stand in the keel for headroom. the ballast fills about half the keel.
