In case of bad weather (big waves, raining) we will offer a reschedule to an alternative day or a full refund if not possible (e.g. you leave home, the boat is not available). We will contact you in advance, as soon as we have a realiable forecast (around 48 hours before charter). Last minute cancellations or no-shows won't be refunded. Please understand that there are costs involved in getting the boat and crew ready as well as missed opportunity when we cannot rent the boat to someone else.

Malex is a premium yacht Maiora 26, designed in Italy, and has a raised cockpit with retractable swim platform that allows the hull to reach a length similar to that of a 30-meter yacht. She features a large flybridge with seating for 12 guests for sunbathing, dining and socializing . Large main living room that includes a bar and dining room or intimate meeting room. For the adventurers or families, it also has a selection of water sports .

• Profesional Marine Charter Company legally incorporated in the Trade Office of Malaga, Spain, with fiscal number B-67581371. Your rental contract will be in force, you will be legally compliant and protected.
• All Risk insurance (ALLİANZ) covering either your bareboat or skippered rentals.
• Only in case of bareboat rental, reduced deposit amounts (Sunset 242: 500 euro) with immediate return to client.
• Your base will be Puerto Banús, with the boat right next to the commercial promenade, even if moored it will be a pleasant experience.
• You will have permanent on line assistance with our Operations Dept. during your rental for queries, advice when sailing, etc.
• Friendly advance booking & cancellation policy, please see “General Terms and Conditions”
• ADVERSE WEATHER: Refund of 100% or ticket for reschedule, subject to agreement. Your rights will not be lost.
• FUEL POLICY: Fuel included in our prices (generously capped), so you will not spend in extras.

The best way to enjoy this summer in Marbella? Easy .. if you are over 18 years old, you can take our boats without a license.

They are very safe and easy to drive, we teach you everything you need to know. Equipped with sound system with bluetooth connection, a retractable roof in case you want to hide from the sun, a ladder in case you fancy a swim and space for up to 5 people. The boats have a GPS device, for everyone's safety. If you are lucky you will have the possibility of spotting groups of dolphins or flying fish.

Our boats are brand new, with electronic start and steering wheel, making them very easy to drive with no need of prior experience.

To take a boat out, you don’t need a license. Our instructors will give you a full explanation of how to drive and some basic nautical knowledge. Sit back, find a good playlist and enjoy!

Our Azimut 39 Fly is one of the nicest boats that you can rent in Puerto Banús. The boat went through full refit in 2016 so the interior looks like new. Exterior has been polished for this season and new extra large sun cover installed on the fly-bridge.

It is the ideal boat for a family trip if you are already looking for a small yacht with saloon and two cabins. There are also two bathrooms and a small kitchen inside. You will be enjoying the wonderful views from the fly-bridge or getting suntan on the cushion on the front of the boat.

Price includes

Skipper, fuel up to 40 miles at 9 knots speed for 8 hours charter (20 miles for 4 hours charter), port fees in Puerto Banús, beers, soft drinks, cava and snacks. All prices are shown with VAT included.

Price does not include

Additional fuel (150 € / hour) if the included amount is exceeded, port fees other than Puerto Banús, catering and spirits.
