Great storage only center. That's where it ends. I asked repeatedly for pricing on about $15k worth of shipyard work. Volvo drive maintenance, bottom paint, some touch up hull paint, ect. Nothing was priced other than straight bottom paint. When I picked up boat nothing was done. They tried to charge me 3500 for hull and deck polish. The scum was still on the hull from the initial haul out ! Oh and the icing was the head tank was full and never pumped on initial haul out as in their "full service" program. Wow did that stink! So if u just need storage and nothing else it's a great facility. All other work should be owner supervised.

Everyone was super helpful . The marina is so clean and organized. And the location is like not driving to work. I highly recommend .
