Welcome to Monterey Yacht and Country Club located in beautiful Stuart Florida. Our community is a 55+ condominium complex for affordable, invigorating, adult living. Our community is comprised of fifty-one buildings of ten units each. Forty-nine of the buildings, the main clubhouse and pool, along with six ornamental fountain ponds, meander through our 9-Hole Executive Golf Course designed by P.B. Dye, a member of what many consider to be "America's First Family of Golf". The Dye family has designed over 200 golf courses around the world.

The final two buildings are on the opposite side of our main entrance adjacent to the Yacht Club, beautifully situated on the bank of the south fork of the St. Lucie River.

You will enjoy spending time here where you can enjoy the beautifully manicured landscaping and the variety of wildlife that share our natural surroundings. We also have 2 clubhouses with commercial kitchens that are perfect for hosting our special events and get togethers for all Monterey residents. Our maintenance fees include golfing, landscaping, exterior maintenance, cable TV and Internet with high-speed WiFi in every unit, hot water, sewer and trash pick-up.

Comments: Our private nine-hole executive golf course which threads its way throughout the complex is the pride and joy of the residents, who simply sign up whenever they want to play.
